The food was decent...good enough to eat, but I'm not sure it's worth coming back for. For college students, though, it's not a bad spot to grab a meal. Service was on the slower side, especially considering the bar wasn't very busy. I also ordered the cherry limeade cocktail, and it honestly tasted like there was no alcohol in it at all, disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying alcoholic beverages here; it feels like a waste of money. That said, our bartender, Sage, was super friendly and always greeting us with a smile. I went with my family to Louie's before the game started. The area where we sat at was very dark and secluded. Waiter was nice. Louie's in this location is on the corner of campus corner and offers a great spot to sit and watch everybody walk by. They have typical food for a Louie's and they do have one of my favorite drinks, the Oh So cherry. Service can be slow due to crowds, depends on how many people are here. read more

So I'm not going to lie I really wanted to like this place I've been to many other locations but today just was not the best experience the food was fine the waitress was very friendly but it was a late night we did not want to cook at home so we decided to look for a local deal I found on the website that Louis had kids eat free on Wednesday so I thought that would be great I even went to the website of the restaurant to check and it was on their site too... So we went with my father-in-law and my wife and our two kids we ordered two kids meals, a pizza, two burgers an appetizer and two beers when it came time for the check I looked and both kids meals were still on there. I asked the waitress and she said let me check with my manager the manager came over and said I'm sorry that is for a different location we have different specials depending on which Louise you come to I was a little confused but agreeable pay $95 for my meal only to look at the site again when I got home and lo and behold their address is the top of the site it's just a little frustrating for the manager to come over and either lying or be confused enough about the policy I'm not that worried about $10 but if I don't enjoy my experience I don't know that I will do repeat business... I even asked about another special they had on their site about $25 to go family meals he said we run that special but not the kids eat free... I have a huge problem either being lied to or Just false advertisement... It's not that big of a deal monetarily but it is one of the reasons we chose that establishment in the first place ...I guess fix your website or honor what's posted there read more

It's just okay. The burger really didn't have much flavor. I feel like for as expensive as it is, the meat and cheese could be better quality. Our server was really sweet though. She was bartending and waiting on the tables outside at the same time, bless her heart. The queso was alright, but they charge 8.99 for a serving that was barely enough for the two of us so if you have more than a couple of people I'd recommend getting something else. So I went here for first time me and wife. New to Norman heard about it.. Went to try it out. For the prices you would at least expect a warm meal. Soggy fries and limp like they were undercooked. Burger was cold so not that great. Wife got a chicken sandwich same deal cold..Server was no good and a bit rude . But that was taken out of her tip. Good selection of beer..Great location only live 3 minutes away. But will probably never return. No I didnt mention cold food to sever cause it already took long enough to get it. We had a wonderful experience over all. Our waitress was so great!! From the moment we sat down and on. Unfortunately while we were there yesterday evening the power went out in the restaurant which was out of their control. The manager comped our chips and queso for us due to the power outage and we paid for our beers. The service was excellent even after the power went out. Due to the service being so wonderful and the staff accommodating us during the power outage I will return just to try the burger I ordered and was wanting in the future! Attempted to come to lunch today, on Super Bowl Sunday, and was informed at 12:30 that I must have my complete order in for my whole party before 12:45 or else they wouldn't be able yo serve us at all. As this was explained, it was because they accepted a catering order that was so large that they would not be able to accommodate any other business through the remainder of lunch service. One question- why would one of the biggest restaurant groups in Norman be so completely overwhelmed by regular lunch service and a catering order? If you cannot accept completely regular walk in business on one of the more standard times of the week, then what business do you have accepting the catering order that will hobble the kitchen? read more
