Came for my birthday lunch and I got the club on focaccia bread with a side of fried okra and a water. What made this radish so good was the focaccia bread. It had a certain crisp crunch with each bite that made it so delicious. I've come here before and this meal impressed me more than what I had in the past. I guess I've never had a focaccia bread before and now I want to buy some to make sandwiches at home. The sandwich had great flavor and the fried okra was delicious. I'm taking off a star because the ranch was super runny and wasn't as good as other ranches I've tried. The server was really nice and helpful with everything. She was attentive with filling our water and came back at the right times to ask if we were ok. The inside was pretty busy for a Saturday lunch, but had many free clean tables. My wife and I want to try a local spot while visiting Oklahoma City. We found this spot listed under locals favorite restaurants in Yelp. Though our waitress/ bartender seemed a little off, she did not impact the deliciousness of our food and beverage! We opened with cocktails. My Manhattan was absolutely delicious. All my wife opted for a blueberry sour beer. After perusing the menu, we decided to open with the trio dipper. Lots of fresh flour tortillas chip, hot and salted! The queso and guacamole are about standard, but the salsa was extremely good and had a good spice. For my meal, I decided on the fish and chips with no chips. I opted for the brewery salad and the bacon macaroni & cheese vice French Fries. My wife decided on the carnivore pizza. Each dish was well presented and delicious! It's always a good time at Bricktown. We were sat promptly and our waiter was on the mark. Ordered some drinks and an app with zero effort and they came to the table fast and cold/hot. Everyone ordered and things were going great until... I realized I let everyone else order and never asked for my food. So, that one is on me. LOL! Late Tuesday lunch so not busy. Ordered Best Fried Chicken salad. Disappointed today, lettuce not the best. Don't remember any sunflower seeds, and 3 tiny pieces of Broccoli. We were seated quickly and our server Scarlet was very friendly, attentive, and speedy with their service. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a restaurant of this genre, it's a very modern take on it, however expect it to always be packed to the brim with people. The food was extremely subpar. I tried the Bricktown Burger, Fries, Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, and Coleslaw. All of which were extremely dry and they were not warm at all. Service was not very good. When the food came, it was bad. We ordered fish and chips. With slaw. The saw was just shredded cabbage and carrots with what seemed to be a flavorless spritz of dressing. The fries were old. They were dry and tasted terrible. Then, there's the fish. It was great and soggy. The manager came out was just as bad. His whole attitude was terrible. Ice worked in kitchens for most of my life from fast food to fine dining. The fact that they served that was an epic definite on their part. Not going back. The whole experience was terrible. My office went here for a luncheon. There were over 20 of us. With the restaurant being close to Tinker, I believe they get a lot of large parties. I was pleasantly surprised how well our service was considering the large party. Of course a party of 2 is probably faster but ours was not too bad. I love coming here on Wednesdays when the pizza is half off. Service is great and you might have to wait a bit to be seated but it's always pretty quick. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and the ranch here is really good, perfect for dipping. The interior is nice and there is a ton of seating. The service at lunch on a Wednesday was excellent! We got seated immediately. We had previously tried to go for lunch and it was about a 30 minute wait which just won't work when you have a short lunch break but the day after the holiday we got in and out very quickly! I have eaten at the Bricktown Brewery several times in the past and have always had a good meal. So when I heard that they were also doing free meals on Veteran's Day I decided to try something different on the limited Veteran's Day menu. They sat me in an area to the side of the bar. Either the chair was too tall for the table or the table was too short for the chair. Six if one half a dozen of another. The chair was hard and very uncomfortable. Then I made a really bad decision by getting the Bricktown Gumbo. It was awful. Not only was it barely warm but did not taste very good either. Do NOT get this dish. They have a lot of good items in their menu but this is not one of them. The waitress was a doll. She did her job and had to listen to my disappointment with the food. I expressed my concerns and she was very apologetic. At days end, the food was free but bad, the table and chair were not comfortable but the waitress saved them and that's why they got the rating I gave them. Overall grade a "D". Just not worth the stop this time. I will go back but will order a different dish. read more

Hands down the most disappointing dinning experience. From the moment we walked in the door we did not feel welcomed. Our group was a larger party but we picked this place knowing they could accommodate one. We were unable to order drinks at the bar while we waited for a table, something I've never experienced before. The bartender seemed annoyed at the idea of this,l. They were out of most of the food items on the menu. I understand this is beyond the servers control and there are supply chain issues, it was how we were communicated the food issues. When I'm appetizer arrived I asked for side plates to share, to which the server (different from our server) said "I guess". I wasn't asking her to specifically bring me plates, but relay it to our server since it had been a long while since we had seen her last. My husband literally sat with an empty soda for nearly 20 minutes, unable to find the server. We had no napkins and only 2 rolls of silverware for over 8 minutes once our meals arrived. We took turns using the knives to cut our food so we could use our hands. There was no staff available on the floor to ask for silverware. We finally did have silverware delivered. But the staff would leave our table so quickly we rarely had a chance to ask for refills. I understand we were a large party (15) but as we usually travel as a sports team, we have a pretty solid system for the server not to have to worry about the kids table. We assign ourselves to our players numbers to keep easy track. All the adults sit in pairs with their spouses. We keep our requests to a minimum, but basic needs like refills and silverware don't feel excessive. read more

This was my first time to this Bricktown Brewery, but we have visited other locations. The food is consistent with what I have had at the Shawnee location. I had the chicken nachos, which were piled very high with lots of great flavors. My daughter had the chicken sandwich (ordered plain), and it was enormous. Good flavor. It was served with chips that were "just ok" in her opinion. The cheese curds are good, not great. Overall, the food was good, and they offer a variety of menu items, so everyone is sure to find something they enjoy. read more

My son and I had dinner at Bricktown Brewery after a very long day driving to the Oklahoma CIty area. We arrived around 8:30pm and took seats at the bar. We were quickly greeted, menus provided, food and drink ordered. He ordered a dinner sized salad, I had a vegetable pizza. Food arrived quickly and tasted good. Service continued to be great through the meal. I'd be back if I'm again in the area! read more

Stopped off for lunch at the Bricktown Brewery across from Tinker. Was seated at a booth this time -- which was nice. Had a pleasant hard working waitress who suggested the club sandwich when I asked her opinion, While I waited, I enjoyed the musical choices their in house radio played over the murmur of the lively lunch crowd. (Not the same stale tunes played in many places, mind you. Nice music.) When my meal arrived, I found the sandwich to be very tasty -- a really solid representation of what a club SHOULD be, with ample amounts of meat inside, and with a great Cheddar cheese melted on top. The bacon was firm but not burned. Unfortunately the French fries just couldn't cut the mustard. No, they were rather limp and lacked the crispness I look for -- but they were seasoned well. We went here for my neices birthday dinner and yes we had a pretty big crowd of about 20 so we had two waitress helping us. One of the waitress name was Biancca and she was awesome and had a great personality and got us everything that we needed and answered all of our questions and trust me we had a lot. I have eating here before when they first built this location and I asked her what happened to the hatch chile macaroni and cheese and she said that they had a rotating menu and I was kind of bummed so I just ordered the hatch chili burger with sweet potato fries. So our other waitress was Mattie she was not so pleasant. When she brought out my friends drink it was spilling over and running down the sides and I almost lost but my friend was like Ebony calm down you are acting like a Karen and I was like but that is not right. Then when they brought my food out my sweet potato fries were freshly cold and I really do not like to send my food back and since that was half my food and I only had a cup of tea and a pickle spear to eat all day I had to do it. Then when we were ready to leave 90 percent of us were paying with cards and their system was down so we had to wait for it to come back up to pay and leave. I'm torn about the review for this place. We went for dinner Sunday since we are still without power. There was a 30 minute wait for our party of 5. We went to the car to wait and I'm pretty sure the hostess removed us from the list, a lot of ppl left and they never called us. I went to check and he acted like he had no idea that we were on the list. But whatevs, we say down and Zaydie started off doing great. Downside they were out of a lot Of items due to business doubling cuz of ice storm. After determining what was available I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. My sister ordered pizza. Food came out and looked and tasted great. Zaydie got an attitude because my sis asked for a plate and when she brought it to the table with sauce cups on it and sat it away from my sister she didn't know the plate was for her. When my sister asked a 3rd time Zaydie caught an attitude and rudely said it's right here. From that point on service was non existent. She never checked on us again and when she refilled a drinks she just sat them on the table and walked away. There were 3kids meals ordered but because my sister said the drinks didn't have to be in kids cups she charged for the drinks. When I asked her why her attitude changed she said she had an attitude cuz my sister got one with her first . The manager was was awesome and handled our issue with grace and was very apologetic. We ordered Door Dash from here and it was a huge waste of money. The food was inedible due to the amount of salt they poured into the food.
