Did not like this karaoke spot. Reeked of cigars, the service was lazy and could care less about us, the computer to play the songs sucked. So many of the songs we would choose on YouTube would give us an error. That touch screen computer also sucks you have to press down super hard, trying to spell on it is so difficult and takes so long. I'd say we spent almost 15 minutes of our time as a whole troubleshooting and fighting with the computer to play our songs. The technology in these rooms sucked and made our experience frustrating. Our room also got incredibly hot near the end we were all sweating all of a sudden, as if they turned the AC. We asked for them to make it colder but we had only a few minutes left. The service button inside the room doesn't work, we pressed it many times. No one came the exhaust button also doesn't work. There's a 2 hour minimum. And one of the mics they first gave us was dead we had to wave someone down to get us a charged one. Bathrooms are dirty. They never informed us gratuity was going to be mandatory and already added. Very sloppy smelly place. For the price it should have been much better quality. read more

Fun spot to do karaoke with friends at a reasonable price. This spot isn't giant, but it doesn't feel cramped at all and the equipment including microphones and smoke machine seem to be pretty nice. As they only provide beverages and no food, this probably helps to keep the place clean and prices lower. Like most similar private room karaoke of this setup, the catalog of Asian songs is excellent but the English songs can be limited. If you're looking for something outside of the top 100 of any given year, this can be a bit challenging but if you stick to major artists, boybands, ballads, etc. you should have plenty to sing. Service was quite fast here when the call button was pressed, and fairly friendly as well. The sound quality was overall quite good, both on the speaker system and the microphones as well. We also could not hear any of the rooms next to ours though we didn't have our sound on super loud. read more

Love the fact that they have a personal bathroom. Had an amazing time the first time my friends and I attended and even received a discount for our following visit because we cleaned up after ourselves. So when we went back the people were rude and over charged us for no reason and acted like we weren't going to pay after I had already put down $600. Our group of 20 had a reservation yesterday at 9 PM (Saturday) for two weeks already. They called us at 8:30 PM while we we were on our way after finishing dinner but we couldn't pick up because we were obviously busy. We called them back 10 minutes later and they informed us that they canceled our reservation because we didn't pick up. Huh??? Who cancels a reservation when we weren't even late yet? They were clearly being greedy and just wanted to seat another group that came in before we did, even tho we clearly had a reservation and that group didn't. At this point there were no other big rooms available for our group anywhere else. If you're not going to honor reservations and only want first-come first-served, they need to specify that as a business and we wouldn't have wasted our time. In short, this establishment doesn't honor reservations and is willing to screw you over for whoever will pay money first. Do not reserve rooms with them. read more

My husband threw a surprise birthday party there last night, 3/15/25. The VIP room was a nice set up but the tables are glued onto the floor so if you want to adjust the seating to visit with your friends, it's not possible so the seating arrangement is not very comfy to visit. Worst part of the night is we spent half of the night trying to figure out how to play music so we can karaoke. It's all set up in Chinese and we need English. We asked for help but no one showed us how to operate the system. It sucks. Why would we spend that much money to karaoke when the system is only in Chinese? The guy server was grumpy the entire night but the girl server was very nice so service needs to be consistent. The last part that ruined our night was that they claimed their wifi stopped working at 1;00 am and we still had the room until 2:00 am. They didn't do anything like allowing us to cast from our phone to continue singing, we just had to accept it. My husband spent close to $1000 for the night and this place was lucky they got his money. Please do not come here. I don't recommend it. read more

This place PAYS for its 5-star reviews in exchange for a 'free' drink. Besides being newer than others, their karaoke system doesn't have many popular songs, and the lyrics don't always match the pace of the song. Also, the songs you load from YouTube will play only 50% of the time and/or lag. They charge $5 per BYOB and this place reeks of cigarettes. Don't be fooled into paying more for their 'features', it's not worth it based on PAID reviews. read more
