This is my local store! I've been shopping here for around 12 years and over the years I've had a few really good SA's. It's been pretty consistent with professionalism and atmosphere. But everything changed when I met Cindy Kart! She is hands down the BEST sales associate Louis has ever had. The brand is better just by having her on their roster, truly. I was advised that repairs are backed up between 5-6 months so if your in a rush for a repair, definitely plan ahead. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Terrible quality. Paid $600 for perfume and got it engraved and it looked like my 5 year old nephew did the engraving. The rep failed to show it to me before leaving the store (probably bc of how bad it looked) which I later found out should always be shown prior to leaving the store. When I called online customer service after giving it as a gift and being embarrassed at the quality after my friend opened it, she was very helpful and told me the Jax store would follow up with me on how to make it right. I got a TEXT, yes a text from Joel, a store rep 4 or 5 days later telling me this is how their machine has been engraving and basically the only thing I can do is return it and get a new bottle without the engraving. What an honor to have this high end store in Jacksonville! I have shopped here intermittently throughout the years and I have truly seen this location blossom! They have upgraded/remodeled the inside and I love it! The couch's are so bright and inviting and everything just looks so fresh and vibrant! It is such a treat to shop here! They have a great selection of items out and available to purchase. I love trying on the new items and comparing different canvas prints and leathers. They have purses, luggage, fine and fashion jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, shoes and more! My favorite part of Louis Vuitton (besides the bags of course) are the client advisors! Esmeralda is an absolute gem! We were fortunate enough to have been assigned to her last year and now I can't get enough! She is full of life and personality and is always so welcoming and optimistic! I had a great experience at this LV location. Upon entering, I was greeted, with a hello, and I was immediately helped. I already knew what I was coming in to purchase, I wanted to get my wife a nice travel carry on roller luggage bag. The woman who helped me brought me out a black one, it was extremely nice but my wife wanted the classic one. She brought it out, then put her initials on it, while I wanted she brought me water to drink. She also gave me some samples for my wife and myself to try out. My sweet boyfriend gifted me my favorite LV scent for my birthday. So I took the bottle in to have the date engraved or as they call it "hot stamped". I own a few LV pieces and most times that I go in I haven't had a great experience with staff. But this time was very different. There were a lot of employees actually willing to help and friendly. Most times I'm left waiting for someone to finish with a customer before me but they were very well staffed this time. Called four times to inquire about their selection of men's fragrance that start out at $330. I didn't want to drive over an hour from St. Augustine if they did not. My second time inside the LV Store and I'm glad I decided to go in, because I would not have met Kim. When you walk in, they take your name and then assign you to a store representative. I was lucky enough to get Kim, who was full of knowledge and spunk. I must've looked at over 8 bags and 10 different wallets, but she remained excited and happy to help. I left with my first LV bag, which I promised myself I would purchase once I reached a personal goal. It was lovely to have Kim and the LV Team make me feel so special and important as a customer. I can't speak for other locations, but this store has great employees, it's tidy, clean, and an exciting atmosphere for those who love or seek a designer bag. Spent several thousand dollars on a bag for my wife. Salesperson said if she can try it out and return if not happy. She changed her mind and decided she wanted a bigger (and more expensive) one and we came in to exchange it with all original packaging and the receipt within 30 days. The manager acted like we were trying to pull a scam. She refused to exchange it and gave a cocky attitude. Im not exaggerating when I say that I've had better customer service at Walmart. My wife has quite a few bags from Louie but this will be the last one. This was a great way to lose a long time customer. read more

I made an appointment to make a purchase at Louis Vuitton Jacksonville and upon arriving I stood in line and let the sales associate know I had an appointment. I was told thank you for checking in and to wait in line as there were people ahead of me. I found it odd we had to wait in line even with an appointment but nevertheless we patiently waited without making a fuss. Upon being invited in after the other guests the young lady who helped me was super friendly and helpful. She helped me narrow down the items I ended up purchasing. Two weeks later the gold portions of the purse rubbed off/tarnished. I have purchased a few items from LV over the past 10 years and this is the first time I've had an item tarnish and turn. Disappointed . Lack of quality service .I took a bag in for repair. My bag was ready for pickup after 4 weeks, however, no one notified me. I ended up getting it almost 9 weeks later with missing pieces and defects in the stitching. How was this overlooked ! I called the call center on week 4 to see the status of my repair .All they could tell me was that it was still being repaired. After 8 weeks go by I called the call center again to check the status. They notify me my bag has been ready for pickup for over a month! I am disappointed in the lack of quality service and attention to detail. It is obvious the bag was not thoroughly inspected before giving it to me. Later, when I got home, I found out the lock and key was missing, and the worst part , it had defective stitching. These are things you should not have to worry about when buying from Louis Vuitton. .I did get the lock and key mailed back to me so that was a plus , however, I will still have to find the time to drive 2 hours to drop the bag off and do the process all over again. read more

********Buyer Beware**********: I went to the Jacksonville, Florida location to exchange a pair of glasses. The glasses were the Eastern size and I needed the Western size. However the Client Advisor (Esmeralda Cortorreal) refused to accept my exchange stating that my glasses weren't in perfect condition. I explain that the glasses were in perfect condition, since I just purchased them 3 days ago (1/24/2023). Esmeralda lacked empathy and had a nasty attitude while explaining why she is not exchanging the glasses. As a result, I requested a manager (Cameron). Cameron without properly inspecting the glasses stated he could not exchanged the glasses because it was worn. He stated it had to be in perfect condition to complete an exchange. I indicated to Cameron how did he know the glasses were not in perfect condition without actually picking up the glasses to inspect. Clearly he was just following suit with what Esmeralda said. He then proceeded to pick the glasses up indicating a faint hairline scratch, which possibly was there at the time of purchase. I explained that the glasses does not fit right and I simply just need to exchange them for my vacation. Cameron continued to say No and said you may contact client services, Since, Cameron indicated there is no other manager to handle this issue and he is the manager of the Store. It is definitely disappointing to be treated like that as a customer, especially when you just spent $900 and you just want your product to fit right. The sales rep handled this unprofessionally and Cameron had no interest in coming to a resolution. I felt they both used their discretion and because I am a Black man, it came across as if they were discriminating against me. Although, my experience was not Luxurious at this store, it is the only one available in Jacksonville. Finally, got introduced to the real Manager Kathy who was unable to resolve my issues after contacting me to come into the store to inspect my glasses. Driving to 30 minutes to store to not have a resolution is unacceptable (Waste of time). Fortunately, for me my exchange was handled at another location and I was able to get the glasses I needed. Louis Vuitton service at that Jacksonville location was the worst I have experienced, clearly they are not committed to making a positive impact. Buyers beware of shopping at this location they lack integrity and abuses their discretion. Again my issue was kindly handled at another location with free cologne samples. read more

They are so incredibly helpful and will help you achieve any dream you have, no matter what. My sales adviser, Meron, has been nothing short of incredible. If there's a purse I want, she will find a way for me to get it. She is so dedicated to her job and I have never met a sales advisor with such drive and dedication to what their client wants. She has helped me customize almost every one of my purses. They are constantly getting new collections and it is always a fresh and new experience when you come here. I have had nothing but positive experience at this store and I highly prefer it over the Orlando store (nothing but snotty employees at the Orlando store). The associates have been friendly and have always gone above and beyond. One thing I have noticed is the associates do not have a snotty attitude. I can't comment that much on what the last reviewer (Nancy Y.) said about having to dress nice or they'll tell you something is out of stock. This is not something that has happened to me. First, I can't imagine an associate willing to lose commission. Also, I've always been dressed nicely when I've entered this store. This is my first time going to this store and my son was going to buy me a purse with his first check as a recently graduated computer engineer. It was around 4:00pm on March 19, 2023 and there was this short girl came running to us and look at us from head down doesn't have any good customer service. We couldn't even understand her name, and she was so close to us and looking us from head to toes. I did not want my son to spend his money there. My weaknesses - handbags and shoes, my home videos from 1990 of me wearing a Gucci crossover from Italy while in the house was what triggered my obsession, blame my mother! I was beyond ecstatic when LV came to Jacksonville years ago and didn't have to drive down to Orlando or South Florida for a treat. My favorite sales associates are Julie and Taylor! Although all sales associates are helpful, these two ladies are my favorite! Julie helped me preparing for my wedding back in 2013 when she assisted in finding my wedding shoes, my mother's clutch for the wedding (mother of the bride must go out also in style), and even my Seminole Garnet & Gold inspired Neverfull. Every year, Julie greets me happy birthday - the little things like that make my experience with the Jax LV so wonderful. Service is phenomenal and they're never pushy, always willing to help you and attend to your needs. Thirsty? They also provide beverages while you're looking around. I saw a previous review from another yelper stating that in order to get good service you have to dress nicely and that the sales associates judge you by your appearance. I have to say that is completely false. My recent trip & purchase I came straight from a workout in leggings and a T-shirt along with a toddler and it was nearing closing time. The sales associate, Taylor, was so helpful and attentive. I was never rushed or brushed aside even when my toddler wanted to leave. Taylor was patient and offered various styles to choose from based on what I was looking for even when it was 9pm. So no, you don't have to dress nicely nor will you be judged. I was in the store for quite a while before I was able to make up my mind which purse was going to come home with me. The Sales associate pulled out many different ones, and was very patient with me. Other associates in the store took to my slightly miserable husband and daughter who wasn't happy that she wasn't going to get a purse from the same store. I wanted to get my new bag stamped and was given an estimated wait time of 4 hours, but since we were going to head back home right away, my bag was stamped without any wait. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. No one has been able to help and no one seems to care to either. I purchased something online that didn't go through, and was accidentally pressed twice. My card was charged TWICE but LV says they have no order number and to contact my bank. Bank says LV has a hold on my card. I tried reaching out through the customer service portal and have gotten NO help. So i am out $1400 with no help at all and no explanation on the vendors part. The Las Vegas store is so over the top with tourist and foreigners (no offence please) and the NYC store is just what one would expect. Attitude, for days and I'm from NY. This location is well laid out , staffed with attractive associates that exhibited a genuine interest in what I might be looking for. After a quick spin through I found a scarf and beanie I felt were life altering items. I am going to ck. out the LV site for some price checking. Returned it for a different bag that was not in stock and was told 3-5 business days for it to be delivered to the store. It's been 7 business days with no follow up from the store. After contacting the LV customer service call center, they cannot find the order. For the money and level of service provided, you're better of going to a competitor that has some sense of pride in their products. read more

Sometimes its a hit or miss when it comes to service. I have made about 4-5 purchases from this location since it is the only one near me other than Orlando. Depending on the SA that you get when you walk in, your experience will be different. I had a couple of nice ones (SAs) for a couple of purchases and one not so nice. If you want to be treated nicely, dress nicely. They judge you based on appearance and will tell you something is out of stock if you appear to be not the "type" to buy.
