I've put more miles on CJ's orthotics than the doctors' so I guess my feet have decided.

They're 5th generation cobblers! That says it all, they know what they're doing and quality of service and work is the best in class.

This is by far the beat shoe repair shop in town. Family owned. Good prices, great quality, great staff!

I have been a customer of REI for years, but my recent experience has left me extremely…read moredisappointed. REI has flagged my account as an "excessive returns" customer and now limits my purchases to effectively being final sale, even though REI widely promotes its customer-friendly return policy. What is especially frustrating is that the company has refused to remove this restriction despite my requests and despite my history as a customer. I understand that retailers need safeguards against abuse, but the process lacks transparency. I was not provided with a clear explanation of what specific returns triggered the restriction, what criteria were used, or what steps I could take to regain normal purchasing privileges. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable making purchases from REI because I am being held to a different standard than other customers while still paying the same prices. A return policy is only useful when customers can reasonably rely on it, and in my case that trust has been lost. I hope REI improves the transparency and fairness of its customer account review process.

I come here often and let me give you the breakdown…read more.. Pros: 1) staff is friendly and understanding 2) there is a large verity in what they have and u will most likely find what u need 3) there r mirrors around the store so u can see how something looks on u 4) if u donate then u get a card with a bunch of discounts that work immediately- I saved almost 10 dollars from it 5) it is very organized 6) they have the best selection of items I. The area Cons: 1) there r a lot of stained clothing items that are marked for a high price - but was looking at a pair of branded jeans that had a period stain on them for 23.99 which is a good price for a branded item but u usually wouldn't wash jeans because of shape and sizing 2) there r no dressing rooms and there is a strict policy on not using the bathrooms to change- however if u can slip the clothing piece on quickly then u will be able to check itself in the mirrors Overall it's a pretty average thrift store... Edit: I went back for some more thrifting and upped my review by one star because the staff was so kind about finding every possible way to get a charger for my android because it ran out of charge. The staff was also super nice, and you can find some steals there that were amazing! There are also 30% off on Tuesday for seniors which came in really handy when shopping with my mom who qualified as a senior.

Over the years, I have noticed that the Customer Service desk almost always has a long line. Today…read morewas no different. The line was moving very slowly, and it kept getting longer. There was only one employee helping customers, and she was working at a very slow pace. Meanwhile, another young employee was standing nearby doing paperwork and showed no interest in helping the growing line. Among those waiting were two elderly women using walkers who were clearly having difficulty standing for such a long time. There was also a mother with two young children, and I am 62 years old myself. I kept hoping the young employee would stop what he was doing and open another register to help everyone, especially the elderly ladies. He never did. He was unbothered. Finally, I asked if there was anyone else who could help us. He came to the register, and I asked why there weren't more employees assisting customers. I asked him to look around and see how many people were waiting. I also pointed out the two elderly women with walkers and asked, "Can't you see that these ladies are struggling to stand in line?" He told me he was busy working on employee schedules. I replied that taking just a few minutes to help customers would have made a big difference. He could have helped reduce the long line and then returned to working on the schedules. His response shocked me. He said, "When you're done with your tantrum, I can proceed with helping you." I was speechless. I was simply expressing concern about the long wait and advocating for customers who needed assistance, especially the elderly women. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, I was insulted. I found his comment disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Is this really how Walmart expects its loyal customers to be treated?
