One word - Dean! Dean is THE best sales rep I've ever had and omg I think he needs to be the face of LV worldwide. I am in the unfortunate situation of having to replace everything I own after my house was destroyed by my neighbors trees (yes, trees is plural) during the bomb cyclone in November. There have been many downs and some ups - and shopping at this LV with Dean has certainly been a highlight! Let me start with - I live in Woodinville. Bellevue is way more convenient. But the Bellevue LV staff doesn't have anything compared to Dean. The Bellevue LV staff treats your experience like a casual transaction. Dean, on the other hand, is top notch. Shopping with him is worth the tolls and the parking - he is patient, friendly, personable, and fun. He remembers all the small details you mention throughout conversation. He listens to what you're looking for. He brings suggestions and recommendations. He is the best! I came in and ordered some bags and mentioned how my daughter (4 yo) really wanted to come with me, but I felt it would be stressful. When the bags arrived, he suggested I come back with my daughter to pick them all up at once and make it a memorable experience - and - it was certainly that. We were treated like VIP - Dean made my daughter feel like she was making all the choices and told her stories about the bags and how they got their names. We had chocolates (it was Valentine's Day, after all) and even left with a special treat - personalized luggage tags. I cannot stress this enough - I love LV - but it is the Deans of the world who make me love it even more. I'm looking forward to going back again to pick up my pieces that they're having repaired and I will forever only shop at this LV. Now the last several times I've come by for some retail therapy I'm always stopped at the black rope and grilled by SERGE from Beverly Hill's Cop. He the. asks why I'm here. Really what a flipping dumb question to ask. HELLO I've come here to spend money! Serge told me I had to wait an hour to get in, I said SEE YA! Another time I came to pick up something I ordered a few weeks back and received the 5th degree at the black rope and he got all testy after letting me in cause he couldn't locate my order. I was extremely put off by my sub par treatment considering most LV employees are exceptional except here. And then there was the person who couldn't seem to get off her personal phone call to actually take more order, so I turned to the next person who seemed semi interested in helping me. This location is inside a Nordstrom, not a stand alone boutique store. There is security outside, managing the numbers of shoppers inside. Operating a downtown location must be incredibly difficult but they were friendly and professional. The staff inside were all busy but we lucked into working with client advisor Plamedie. She was amazing, super patient, knowledgeable and took her time despite the demanding number of shoppers. Despite the fact that the store policy prevented my exchange (we ended up going to LV Bellevue), Plamedie's kindness and expertise made us feel that our trip was not wasted. read more

Keep in mind this store is small so item availability could be limited. We were kindly greeted by Ruby as soon as we walked into the store. This was refreshing because nowadays customer service is very bad everywhere. She asked if we knew what we were looking for. I asked Ruby if we could see some wallets to match my mothers purse. Ruby walked us over to the wallets counter and showed us a few. Surprisingly, they had the Sarah wallet and the Zippy wallet that I had seen online. After picking out the wallet I wanted to purchase, Ruby asked if there was anything else we wanted to see. She walked us over to the men's section but I did not see anything that caught my eye. After, Ruby charged me for my item and nicely packaged it for my mother. Ruby included her business card and a magazine for us to browse through which I thought was very thoughful of her. I've been to several Louis Vuitton stores worldwide and this one is hands down the rudest Louis store I have been to! Prior to coming in, I had spoken to a client advisor on the phone regarding a product I wanted, and she advised me that it showed it is currently in stock at this store, however if I wanted to purchase it on the phone through her, I can do so as well with free overnight shipping. I decided to go to the store first to check the item out. I approached the store, yes approached as they have it blocked off, to see if they have the specific item I want. The guy at the entrance asked if he could help, told him the specific item I wanted. He advised that they don't have it in stock, but they do have other options available. Ok, so I decided to check it out. I was paired with one of the rudest employees ever! I wish I had remembered his name, but from the beginning he was already unwilling to help from the way he greeted. I told him that I wanted this specific item but it's not in stock and would like to see other options to see if it's comparable. He asked me, "if that's the specific item you want then why look at the others?" I was shocked and kept my calm. Still asked to see the items. Well to cut it short- the other options didn't fit my needs. The sales associate started being annoyed because I didn't like the other options and that I said I will just order online with the rep I have been talking to. He started being very condescending and basically said what can that rep do that I can't? I said overnight shipping. He proceeded to say that the rep on the phone was lying because if the item isn't in stock it could take two weeks! I walked out of the store. Ordered my item on the phone and it arrived within 24 hours! I'll never return to this one, and if you're in Seattle and wanting LV, I suggest going to the Bellevue store or have a client advisor contact you. They've been very accommodating! read more

You know when people try to be chic by just being rude? That's what it's like shopping here. Last December, I purchased the Pochette Métis and had the best experience. Today, it was a complete 180. First of all, the place is roped off and there was a man standing beside it. He asked what I was looking for, and I asked if they had hats available. He used an iPad to look it up on the website and scrolled until I said so. If I wanted to shop online, I wouldn't have bothered coming in... anyway, I let him know which hat and he seemed surprised (or annoyed) at the choice. He clicked it, held the iPad to himself and then told me, "yeah so... the only stores that even carry this hat are the store in San Francisco, and... the... it's kind of like this store but... inside of Neiman Marcus in... our location in... Las Vegas ." I thanked him and when my eyes skimmed the store, he stood firmly at the rope then told me to have a nice day. Don't bother with this location, the Bravern in Bellevue has better parking, inventory, customer service and class. Dean Morgan, in one word, is fantastic! I visited the Seattle Nordstrom last weekend with an out-of-town guest/friend. I stopped by the LV shop in hopes of purchasing/replacing my small but super sentimental LV purse that had a broken zipper. Dean overheard the convo AND swooped in (with his invisible LV cape) and asked if he could take a look at my purse and possibly repair it. Within 15mins my purse was repaired! I was in awe of Dean's product knowledge, professionalism, empathy and customer service! He not only repaired but restored the 15-yr old purse that is truly special and sentimental to me. Absolutely horrible service and I shouldn't have been surprised based on earlier reviews. I don't like calling companies the second they open and I don't go in right before closing because I try to be respectful of people in general. I called this location today (Saturday) at 10:37am. Apparently that was too late because I verified availability of an item and I advised I wanted to purchase it immediately. I was informed that when a CA was available I would get a call back. An hour goes by so I call again asking if I can make my purchase. TJ (who told me he was the manager) informed me that he is working his way down the list of people to call back and according to his inventory the item I verified was in stock earlier was no longer available. I asked him where I was on that list and he refused to say. He kept telling me that there were people in the store for them to tend to and they're busy. "There are lines of people" he said. What I heard him say was that I was less valuable because I was on the phone. He proceeded to dismiss my feedback for over 5 minutes when within that time he could have helped me with my purchase and never hear from me again. Nordstrom should take note of this lack of service. Even though LV is separate from Nordstrom they are taking up space in your store and it's not unreasonable to expect the Nordstrom level of service or better from a luxury brand. Luckily I was able to call the LV boutique in the Chicago Nordstrom and I made my purchase that way instead. I was trying to avoid the high tax rate but at least I was able to make my purchase. When I told the CA in Chicago how grateful I was for her attention she also told me they were very busy in store and they try to keep a CA available for phone purchases. You should try the same approach, TJ. Also, you need to brush up on your customer service skills because they're severely lacking. read more

Stopped in yesterday during a long layover in Seattle and had a wonderful experience. Was immediately greeted but was given space to browse on my own. And once I needed help, Langstin was super helpful and even though I had him pull out a hundred different things and was probably being a pain in the @$$ he never made me feel like it. He's the best! I wish I could steal him and make him my regular CA at home in Vegas :) Sales tax is significantly higher in Seattle but I honestly might just order from him anyway because the CAs in my home store make me mad haha. About the store: it's a smaller location within Nordstrom. They had a decent selection, including some of the newer, HTF items. Good selection of accessories and fashion jewelry. They don't carry shoes at this loc but they are happy to order and have items shipped to you directly, complimentary. Best thing... you can use your Nordy card and rack up points/notes! read more

Me and my girlfriend stopped there to look at a couple of purses at Friday evening at 420pm 2/18/22. We are from AZ and we asked this tall bulky dude about 3 purses. After being shut down at multiple Ben Bridge locations for a Rolex watch I actually wanted, I decided to stick with my Casio until the Rolex watch insanity is finished running its course. In my continued quest for useless luxury, I thought it would be a good time to pick up a nice overpriced wallet. So I went online and found 2 I liked. The Gucci one with the red coral snake was sold out, but could be ordered online with an expectation that there would be more produced and available by February. That wouldn't be fast enough to satiate my luxury needs. Onto Louis Vuitton. I visited the website and found that anything you would want was not actually for sale via the site, but they did have the wallet I wanted in store in downtown Seattle about 20 miles from where I was. I didn't bother calling to confirm because other reviews had said that was a fruitless task to get an answer about actual availability. So off to Downtown! Managed to make it to downtown via I-5 in about 30 minutes. That was a miracle in itself. Found parking at the city centre US bank building a block away from the store. 7 bucks. Quick walk to the store with the Louis signage facing the street. The place felt pretty fancy and a tad girly. That was ok because we know who the main demographic is: women and dandies. But there I was checking out the various accoutrements that anyone could find some use for, even if purchased just to admire. And sure enough, under a rectangular box of glass was the coveted wallet I came for. It looked a little different than the website, but close enough was good enough. I just needed to swipe my card and skee daddle. After a few minutes, I wasn't so sure one of the 3 or 4 sales people was going to assist me. Maybe I looked like a guy who was just waiting for his wife to stop looking at EVERY piece in the store. A couple dudes walked in and were ogling items under the same glass where the wallet sat. I thought it would be funny if one of them decided to buy the wallet. Why wouldn't it be? A sales woman came over and helped them try on some bracelets and they went on their way. She then asked if she could help me and was really nice. She packed up the wallet. Payment was perfect. No extra offers or weird warranties or buying clubs to sign up for. Just swipe that card! The sales woman did throw me off a bit when she asked if it would be cash or credit. Who buys this stuff in cash? The second thing that threw me off is when she asked if I wanted some water. Nice offer, but that's pretty rare in a retail shop. I thought maybe it was going to be a while before she could wrap up the wallet. But she was quick and I was on my way. I was in the store under 15 minutes and I had the wallet. I had low expectations for my trip to the Louis Vuitton store in The downtown Seattle Nordstrom due to the other reviews that were completely believable. I am not from Seattle so my purse had to be shipped to me and it only took 2days to get to me, it's fantastic!Everybody from the store was great and professional-when I called multiple times for inquiries. I will go back to this store in the near future. The repair turned out great as well. NO issues No mistakes. I wished I included the straps too. On our next Seattle trip then :) I was also informed that max time for repair is 6weeks and only took 3! Very happy. Price for repair varies on condition. She went over the return policy and that I would be charged $11 for shipping which included insurance for my package and a sign confirmation when delivered to me. I don't need to be paired with an Asian associate just because I'm Asian, I need to be paired with anybody nice, I speak English fine and isn't even Chinese. This should be a quick easy sale for anybody since I already knew what I wanted and was ready to close a sale walking in. I showed the lady the model I found on their website and assume they might not have much selection in their small store, but can still order it. It's a store within a store, located inside Nordstrom now that their large store previously in Downtown Seattle closed down. The lady told me, "I cannot order it for you. You can go home and call the Louis Vuitton 1-800 number". No offering to call them for me, no offering to help me find a similar bag. Disappointing for fighting through Downtown Seattle's traffic to be sent home. This is what I get for branching outside my comfort territory. Thank goodness I still went to the Bravern Louis Vuitton right when I got back to Bellevue. The service was beyond amazing and they were able to order me the bag in like 5 seconds. They actually had the bag in stock earlier that same day, but if I didn't wasted my time coming here in the first place, I could have made it back in time to purchase it before somebody else did right before me. At the end of the day, LV is getting their money from me regardless of where it's coming from, but I recommend everybody to make their future purchases for Louis Vuitton at the Bravern instead and find George to help you, you get your parking validated whether you bought something or not and it's overall a way nicer store; interior, exterior, and customer service wise.
