Parked in front since I was unaware of rear parking. Arrived and only 1 other person washing. Noticed I had to download an app (another one to add to the list) and it was a breeze. I did observed an attendant who was busy with the shop vac cleaning out the dryer vents as well as doing loads of laundry. The area is maintained cleaned and no machines out of order. Pick ups and drop offs for my area are on Tuesday and Friday. I simply leave my clothes in a GAC - provided bag, and my clothes are returned on the next scheduled day perfectly cleaned and pressed. I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

The pickup and drop offs are in a timely manner and the employees making the trip are always nice. My clothes come back smelling great and they are nicely packed and tied in stacks. They come right to your door and keep you informed on both legs of their trip.
