When you arrive, you're taken to a private room almost immediately. Changing before and after your service happens in private, in the same room as the service. Every appointment I have had was on time and I left feeling sufficiently relaxed. I've had a massage from about four of the technicians here and all have been very effective. Vanessa has to be my favorite as she gives a great service and provides aftercare advice that is similar to what my physical therapist has told me. This is a cozy, clean, welcoming, and affordable place to unwind and I will be back many more times.
