I got in accident back in July and my car got towed to a shared tow lot that uses this place. When I talked them originally about the car they said yes we'd love to work on it they were all excited and it made sense being the car was already there. They even said it would probably be ready after a couple weeks. Actually said this twice. Fast forward about 4/5 weeks went by I still hadn't heard anything after being told it would be ready 2 weeks prior. I had another vehicle so I wasn't rushing plus I rather it be done right. So I call and they say oh we ran into issues with alignment so it may be the following week I told them that was fine because I was going to be out of town anyway. So they call and say hey your vehicle is ready come pick it up. So I immediately check the connections and they look loose but I didn't mention it until a little later in the day I notice I big gap where my bumper and headlight meet. So I call and their like yeah we did have some issues with connecting bumper and for me to reach out to insurance company because they paid for aftermarket parts basically placing some of the blame on them. They said they would submit pictures to the insurance company to see if they would fix it. They insurance company even said if they take the bumper off and return it then they can submit another order for a OME bumper or a better fit bumper. I waited and called back about a couple weeks later and they tell me they haven't heard anything and " I should poke the bear" My issue is the insurance company did their job. They paid YOU to order the parts and complete the repair. It's YOUR job to know what fits and what doesn't. I nor the repair company is responsible knowing any of that and to tell me it's my job to run down the insurance company is insane. They gave you a solution by saying send the bumper back and they didn't even do that! The right thing to do would be to call me and give me the option to either keep it as is for a discount on the deductible at least or wait extra time while they try to get a better one but no they just handed it back hoping I wouldn't say anything so now I have to spend more money and time getting it repaired CORRECTLY or deal with a bumper that's going to get worse as time goes on. Horrible communication. Waiting for almost 2-weeks for parts. Each time I call it is supposed to arrive "today". I asked to be updated if that changes, she says "sure, no problem", then I call two days later and "it never came like we expected". No update, not even an apology. Terrible service. Lana will talk over you, not let you get in a word, and seems to believe she knows everything about everything - the customer is never right here. read more

My car suffered an accident that left the driver's side mirror dangling by its wires and me hoping to get it replaced as soon as possible as driving without it would of made driving difficult what with merging and such. In stepped in Jeff with Love & Company who was able to not only order a new mirror in the morning but was able to install the new one that same afternoon. While my new mirror was being installed I had to wait outside because of COVID but while I was sitting outside Jeff came out and offered me a chair to sit on and if I needed anything to just knock on the door and ask. I trusted Love and Company because my daughter told me they did great work. When the ice storm hit it did over six thousand dollars worth of damage to my Ford Explorer. My truck was not new, but I kept it in great shape and was devastated when I saw the damage. It did not matter to me how long they had to keep it, only that it was done right. I've had the pleasure of knowing Tommie Love for a little more than a year and a half. I was indirectly aquainted with him through our daughters before that. His baby girl was one of my baby girl's dance instructors for years before we actually met. I have been a tenant, in the strip of buildings Tommie owns on highway 42 near I-40 in the Clayton Garner Cleveland area, for 18 months now. The Love and Co. complex had Village Auto, Kellyz Karz, and of course the body shop when I moved in. With the addition of All On The Line my Japanese / Asian import automobile repair shop, Gotcha Covered Truck acessories / window tint / spray in bedliners, Capital Glass windshields , New and used tires / U-haul truck rentals...well, there's not much in cars, trucks, mini vans, or sport utilities that's not offered.
