I have been using the service in West Sacramento for more than 4 years and until Monday around 8 at night I went as usual to wash my family's clothes when I arrived it was full and I had to wait for the machines to be vacated. Whenever I go I do it accompanied by my husband or a relative to take care of my son, my 3-year-old son with autism while I wash! my son met a girl his age and they started playing. The employee yelled at them to stop playing, I called my son's attention and sat him on a bench so that my cousin could take care of him, but how children with this condition will understand it is difficult for them to understand. My son started to play with his new friend again, the employee approached the children and yelled at them that they will not play. My son got scared and burst into tears. my cousin took my son to the car to calm him down and returned 15 minutes later. I always sit my son in the laundry cart because he is aallergic to dust,I know the security policies and I always do it under my responsibility as I said before.I have been a client since before I was pregnant and I never had any problem, also he never stays alone in the cart! My son calmed down and got entertained with my cell phone under my supervision. the employee told my cousin to get my son off the cart immediately to which I told her he was under my supervision and responsibility, she aso saw that the girl who was playing with my son in a cart but she says nothing. I do not speak English and the employee says she does not speak Spanish even though I hear her speak in Spanish with another person. I tried to explain my son's condition to her and she starts yelling at me as she approaches the cart and try to bring my son down of course I did not let her touch him but she did not let go of the cart and I had to put my son down. He keeps yelling at me and takes pictures of me and asks for my name and begins to threaten me, which I also ask for his name and he tells me that her name is Melissa, I also make a short video explaining what is happening to me and I call the police immediately But the parents of the girl friend of my son never came, they offer themselves as witnesses and they give me their cell phone number. I waited for more than an hour and the police did not arrive.I felt discriminated because of what was happening. The officer spoke to me and asked me for the witness's number and I spoke with him and told me that they would take care of it and gave me the report number I went home but my son was in crisis and scared he couldn't sleep at all last night! It is unfortunate that a person with such ignorance work in a place like this, where I always feel comfortable and the treatment she gives to children is reprehensible. She is a disrespectful and discriminatory person. read more

Went there the other night to dry a couple of loads because it is close to my residence. Mistake! It seems, the 'manager' remembered me from my first visit a few months ago, where she refused to let me dry my daughters blankets because I had the nerve to talk back to her. Anyway, I tried to apologize over and over,(for my daughters sake), but she just refused to budge and told me I should of thought about that before I ran my mouth. I should have never went back, but I figured ,I'm not gonna run into her, I bet she don't even work there anymore, I mean, how can someone so rude keep a job working with people?? Well... she was there.. and she remembered me!? good thing I only had to dry three loads of clothes, so I wasn't there long. But she started calling me names as I was leaving, and I argued back(how dare that bitch). When I was done I packed up my clothes and left. Ihad to wait for a friend who I gave a ride to get groceries, so I parked in the Walmart lot. After locking up the bitch seen my truck and started threatening me and challenged me to a fight. I know it wasn't the mature thing to do... but, hey, this bitch needs her ass whooped. So I got out of my truck and took a few steps toward her(but still in Walmart parking lot), she tried to get me to walk up to her, so I turned to leave and she ran up and bear maced me! No joke. After macing me she stabbed both passenger side tires on my truck. As I was screaming for someone to help me, she drove by me laughing and talking long shit. That woman is evil. The next day I called to tell her employer what she did and that she has a warrant for her arrest... She said she would look at the tapes and call me back. She called about a half hour later and said I was at fault because I went in there to use the free dryers for free and that I waited for her to get off work. All lies! I didn't know they had a rule about using the dryers-but I definitely paid, I had three loads and I used two quarters each. And even if I did dry my clothes for free- you can't mace someone for that! So, I will have that bitches job soon, because I'm going toSUE!! read more

On MLK Day I decided to wash my clothes. As usual I took my clothes to oasis laundry near me. I noticed many washers were OOO (out of order). I wasn't concerned as I have seen that quite often. I took my clothes to the 7 load and started putting them into washers, then as I was about to pay I noticed the card reader was broken and looked to the right and left the others were broken. I asked the attendant she showed me how to "jimmy rig it" lol. I didn't think anything of it and proceeded to put my washing liquid in and lock the door. I attempted several times to lock it and the washer kept indicating to lock door. Then finally the washer indicator said start.Then to my surprise water started pouring out, lol I thought to myself should I run and go tell an attendant or hold back the floodgate of water. lol! Finally the attendants came with towels. Then the attendant did something you should never do in customer service: accuse the customer. I didn't defend myself, I just said thank you packed my stuff up and went to Love Laundry. Love Laundry was clean and bright. The attendant Elizabeth provided excellent customer service with a smile. Love laundry will be my new Laundry Mat lol. read more

First and last time using this laundromat. Many homeless not doing laundry just resting inside. Clothes were stolen out of the dryer. When I put in a request for cameras to be reviewed and called back after a few days because I'd received no response the worker asked what exactly I was hoping to get out of a review of the cameras. Obviously, I'd like for them to know what the thief looks like so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Unfortunately lost about a hundred in huge, fluffy bath sheet size towels that I use for my business. While doing laundry was harassed by another patron and asked repeatedly for my number though through polite conversation I found out this guy has a pregnant girlfried about to give birth to his baby. He followed me to my car and pressured me forcefully for my number to no avail. That's why I left in such a hurry. While putting in my request for a review the following morning, another homeless man asked for a key to the restroom and the attendant said, 'not unless you're doing clothes'. So he said okay and just sat back down on the bench. It's also FREEZING inside this laundromat. Go elsewhere! read more

I just want to say thanks again to the young lady who was the attendant at the time she was so patient and polite with me seeing as it's been a while since I've used a laundromat. Well my washer went out a few days ago and clothes were starting to pile up so I decided I'd give the new place a try. This place Is definitely way more updated than o remember a laundromat being as a child. It was nice to be able to just swipe. The bathrooms were super clean, especially for the place to have been full of people. There's lots of parking in the front and the back which is nice. I had only planned on washing my clothes there and then I would dry them at home, but once I learned I had the option for free drying I went ahead and got it all done there. If I ever have to do laundry at a laundromat this is the place I'll be coming. I was told by another patron that morning is the best time to go, because it's not as packed. They open at 6am for the early birds who like to get things over and done with by noon. read more

I frequent the Howe location, but since LOVE LAUNDRY opened on WATT recently, conviently its just closer to home so we decided to switch it up. I've read previous reviews and I've never experienced that from that employee, but the employees are very helpful and kind when we go so I dont know whats up. We love washing here because it makes washing less stressful, theres free dry when you wash and since we're on a fixed income, it does help a lot to save any type of money . Currently, if you purchase an eight loader or six loader you can enter a raffle to qualify to win free laundry for a year! I like that, some incentives for us to come back. The place is always clean when I come, but most importantly the inside of the machines are always clean! I'm big on customer service and when I drop off and wash myself, the employees are always kind and helpful and I met a few already. On a hot day it's pretty chilly inside because they have coolers and big a** fans. There's lots of parking in the back but in the evening if you park there your car can get really hot because the sun is hitting it directly. They have a diff options of soap for sale 16 loads tide 6.75, tide pods 1.00 and there's always someone working, when I came it was busy but I didn't have trouble getting a machine or free dryer. The 8 loads are seven bucks and 6 loads are five, that's cheaper then my previous laundromat. So overall, you will save money the staff is friendly and professional. read more

I've been to plenty of laundromats in North Highlands and I'm so soaked that LOVE LAUnDRY came to N. Sac. I'm always skeptic about how clean a laundromat is but Love Laundry is top notch. There's always someone on staff and they're always cleaning!!! I washed 24 loads for 23.00 bucks and since you wash here you get free dry. You can't beat 7.25 for 8 loads and free wash... most importantly to me personally, is the cleanliness of the facility. It's huge too so there's space to move around with your cart on a busy day and there's a lot of washers and free dryers so you'll be able to find and use one on there busiest days. My only complaint are the carts, people always leave there stuff in then to hold them but there should be a rule where that's not allowed . Oh yeah and they accept credit cards, debit cards and Apple/android pay !! read more

I love, LOVE LAUNDRY! I want to praise for all staff at the love laundry mat at the North Highlands location. The staff never stop working diligently while also maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Often times I come early, however this evening due to my schedule for the week I had to squeeze in laundry barely making it in at 8:30. Yes I was that last minute customer! The ladies were hustling the entire time cleaning and assisting others. Please extend my gratitude to all staff particularly Isabel, Tara and Eva. These three ladies are exceptional with customers service as a whole!! They really hold true to the company name "Love". Not only that Love is CLEAN & AWESOME PRICES. After seeing the laundry facilities at my own apartment complex, I was terrified of the idea of communal laundry units! Love Laundry of North Highlands changed that ENTIRELY! Not only is the storefront tastefully decorated and incredibly well lit and spacious, the workers are wonderful and keep the place very clean. Tara is an exceptionally lovely person and a very diligent worker. She is very eager to help and every time see sees someone in need of assistance, she makes herself available within seconds! If she isn't helping those in need, she is searching for a task in need of doing! My first time coming do laundry here and I was impressed knowing that I would be. It's very clean and spacious in here and you can't bring being able to dry your laundry for free but that's not the reason for this review so as I came in loaded the washes another customer was doing laundry as well the machine she was using was leaking water and soap really bad and it was ALL OVER THE FLOOR!! I watch the the Laundry Attendant Tara rush over to handle the problem she did not get frustrated and did not Panic she put the wet floor signs all over the area and proceeded to clean the area to all the water was up she made sure all the customer was careful walking around and we was able to continue our laundry I really liked how Tara handles the situation read more

Love this place !!!! This will def be my new go to place. First off it was nice to wash during a hot day without having to try to stay cool the entire time. There were huge fans blowing the whole time which was really nice. They except debit,credit, and cash which is nice because I didn't have to worry about having quarters. I also noticed that there was a little corner for the little ones. I will keep that in mind for the days I have to bring my little guy. There is WiFi as well because I know we have that option if my little one has the iPad. The young lady who worked there stayed busy the entire time I was there and that says a lot for the business as well as the young lady cleaning/working. I wanted to recognize Katie and Carla at love laundry on Watt Avenue there was also a trainee that was amazing as well. All three where very polite and extremely helpful, especially the girl training. She came on about 6 I don't know her name but I wanted to make sure the company knows what great potential she has. I'm 15 days until Labor and all three girls were amazing, the place is very clean the dryers work fantastic and I now have a new favorite place to do laundry thank you love laundry for your employees. I also noticed how well they clean the washers and dryers after each use that process is a lot of work but it does wonders and it makes me very happy to know my clothes will be going into a well cleaned washer. read more

Love laundry is new to the community and I'm glad because it's a pretty cool place. They accept EBT cash and at my old laundromat they didn't, it was hot for a second in there but then some fans and air kicked on and it became cool. I usually just like to throw all my clothes in one washer because I feel like it saves me money and so I threw them in this 8 loader that was 7.00. They have like two loader wash machines, three loaders and four loaders but a four loader is huge so you'll be fine. I was a little skeptical about the area and the homeless chilling inside but fortunately there wasn't. Ohhh and free dry, you get twelve minutes so you would have enough time to sit in the car and come back. read more

Since Love Laundromat came to North Highlands, it has been a good experience. There have been some good employees and some not so good ones there. One employee that stands out is Maggie. She's a very detailed oriented person who ensures that all aspects of operations are done and beyond expectations. Even doing all of the things in the laundromat, she has a great personality and her customer service always goes beyond what is required. I don't worry about needs when I'm using the laundry because she's at the location. She's a great employee that works at multiple locations. My daughter forgot to use the restroom before leaving the house ‍ (As usual; 7 years olds ) I hate for her to use public restrooms! Ugh! However, Love Laundry on Watt Ave had spotless bathrooms, no BS!, Me and my daughter commented about the bathroom cleanliness, prepared her toilet seat protection. The attendant Tara (I think her name is) provided quick service with providing bathroom access, which we know with a 7 year old is critical! As a father trying to juggle 3 baskets of laundry, a hyper 7 yr old, not lose anything and remember to stop at Walmart on the way home! I appreciate that lil bit of smoothness in my day lol read more
