The owner was extremely helpful, welcomed us like a guest in their home, and walked us through how to use everything. In addition, they explained their additional services sush as there washer and fold, and they offer pick up and delivery. My wife actually likes this better than our former home setup because she can wash a week's laundry all at once! We are not techies but we downloaded their app which tells you which machines are available,how much they are, and even lets you customize the washer settings and pay. On the high-tech side, you can pay with your phone using an app. On the low-tech side (and what I usually prefer), you can still use good old-fashioned quarters. Since this stop was unexpected and I didn't have any quarters on hand, I went the app route. That meant downloading yet another app, transferring money into it, and scanning the QR code on the machines to get started. The downside? I now have $23.75 sitting in the app, which feels a bit like my money is being held hostage--basically guaranteeing I'll need to come back to use it. Going forward, once those funds are used up, I'll likely stick to quarters for a more comfortable, no-strings-attached wash experience. Tech quirks aside, the facility itself was clean, spacious, and well laid out. There were plenty of washers in a wide range of sizes, from 1-load all the way up to massive 10-load machines, plus everything in between: 1.0 Load Capacity 2.0 Load Capacity 3.0 Load Capacity 4.0 Load Capacity 6.0 Load Capacity 10.0 Load Capacity Dryers were also plentiful, which is always a plus. I brought my own detergent and dryer sheets, but there's a vending machine with select laundry products if you forget something. There are TVs available if you choose to stay and wait, and parking is ample both in the front and the rear of the building. A business attendant stopped by briefly while I was there, and overall, I felt safe and comfortable using the facility. So, would I return? Yes--especially since I already have money in the app. Once that's used up, I'll come back prepared with quarters and skip the tech hassle. My husband brought in his uniform, patches, and printed out the specific instructions for them to use. I go to pick his uniforms up a few days later and my husband tells me that it's been done wrong. They sewed his name patch ON the pocket flap when the instructions specified that it belongs ABOVE the pocket flap. No branch of the military has the name patch sewn on the actual flap which led me to believe that they in fact did not have experience with military uniforms. They also cut the name patch incorrectly so it's no longer usable. We had to order new ones which cost $20, and they were back ordered. Great. We ended up getting a partial refund from the business, but were not reimbursed for the name patches. I'm sure this business does well with dresses and suits, but I'd probably go somewhere else for military uniforms, especially when you brought in a physical copy of instructions on where the patches go, that they didn't even look at.

Everything is clean, they run great deals and there's always staff available! The laundry room in my apartment complex has been down for a maintenance for two weeks now, so I finally caved and packed up my SUV to do laundry at a laundromat. I WAS DREADING IT. But I'm so glad I read through reviews and chose this place. The staff is friendly and helpful and available. The other customers are all clean cut and polite. They have washers and dryers of all sizes. I spent about $25 and did around 10 normal "loads" worth of clothes, and it only took maybe 2 1/2 hours? Then one of the guys working there gave me a punch card and said I already qualified for a free wash + dry on my next trip. They also had a table full of "free detergent" for customers to use. Terrible! I went there recently and put a small load in and suddenly the woman who was cleaning yells, no wash loads after 8:30PM. I looked at the clock and it was 8:35PM. I mentioned this and she yells the same thing. The place closes at 10PM. I didn't argue with her and left. The funny thing is I was in there a few weeks back and a black guy comes in at 9:10 and asks the same employee "Is it too late to wash", and she said "go ahead". She's black so I think it's a pretty good assumption that she's messing with this business. read more

Avoid going in here Friday afternoon/night they hired one of the rudest woman in here. I went in here today hoping to redeem my free Laundry card I had won in there weekly contest and she refused to redeem it claiming it was already redeemed.
