I used both of the large washing machines at this laundromat on a Tuesday to wash blankets, expecting to use the free dryers as advertised (free drying is supposed to be available Tuesday through Thursday). However, they refused to let me use the free dryers and insisted I pay extra to use the largest dryer, claiming it's required for blankets--even though my blankets didn't even exceed the maximum fill line. There are no signs stating that blankets must be dried in the paid dryers, and this policy wasn't mentioned in advance. It feels like false advertising. They lure you in with the promise of free drying, then apply hidden restrictions to force you into paying more. Because I couldn't justify the unexpected cost, I had to pack up my wet blankets in bags and take them home to hang dry. It was a huge inconvenience and completely avoidable if they had been upfront about their policies. I found the experience misleading and frustrating. I don't recommend this laundromat--there are more honest and transparent places out there. Avoid if you value fair and upfront service. read more

This is a no frills nice place to wash. I went on a Thursday morning needing to wash two large comforters and a few pillows. I got everything in the 9 load machine for $11.25 with plenty of room to spare. I was able to use my card (TAP) which was great. There is free dry on select machines Tues-Fri which made this a bargain. My only quip was that I'd read online that all the machines could be paid for with a card and that's not the case for the dryers. Make sure you have cash for those in case it's not a free day or the free dryers are in use. Otherwise great deal!! Side note: tamale man outside takes Zelle! What more could you ask for? read more

I Love washing here it's right by my house and the prices are great I come here very often to wash when I have big loads of clothes

I rarely need to use a Laundry Mat but this is my go to place. Friendly, attentive, and helpful employees. My only complaint is the app. There needs to be a time limit for people who just leave and keep pushing the app button because they don't want to come and get their clothes. 45 min to an hour max not more especially if they are not in the facility. I had to wait for the dryers but once I opened the dryers doors those people came and got their clothes. Don't need to dry clothes for two hours. Be considerate. read more

I come here every weekend to wash my clothes. The attendants are always friendly and helpful! The attendants are constantly cleaning the facility (see picture) and keep it looking nice! They have remodeled the inside which looks a lot better than it used it! And the finally got some women to work here! I love the new card readers! No more carrying change!! When you pay and leave, they will take your clothes out and let others use them for free. I paid for two hours and found out twenty minutes later that someone was using your dryer. The reason is that someone else paid the wrong money, so my clothes were taken out, still wet jeans。 read more

But when I entered the store it was squeaky clean I also loved the fact that the machines were clean on the inside and out and also that it did not have a funny smell to it like at many other places. Since my last review I have been in this place a few times and unfortunately their costumer service has disappeared. It is so uncomfortable to walk into now and it's really not the costumers that make the room feel uneasy but one of the staff members, which is the older man working their. He is always shaking his head at me and making direct eye contact while he does it, he also stands directly almost a few feet away from me and stares at me with his arms crossed for some reason. I'm in college and live in a small apartment so I come here to just dry but this guy is just ruining the experience. Not to discredit the other employee, he has never gave me a problem or has done anything weird. But yea overall, don't come here if he's their, don't waste your time, just go down the street somewhere else, other places are not like this read more

First time here yesterday and i am definitely coming back. All thanks to their employee Jessie, super helpful especially with these brand new machines . Washes so fast and so clean , i was soooo satisfied ! His customer service was so great that i was thrilled to even be treated so kindly . As soon as my boyfriend and i parked in the front and started pulling out our baskets , jessie came outside to welcome us and helped us bring our baskets inside . He made us feel comfortable and even if the environment outside was kind of ghetto , it was a complete opposite inside of boulevard laundry ! Love love this place !!! If I could give more than a 5 star rating... I would! I work in the area and needed some duvets washed and by chance I stumbled across this laundromat and I'm so glad I did! As soon as I walked in we were greeted by a very helpful and smiley employer who recommended machines and showed us how to work them. We asked him if we could let our laundry wash and go off to run some errands and be back before it ends (as I know some laundromats don't allow you to leave your washing unattended)... he said it was fine and then as we were getting in to our car he said that if we were running late he could put the duvets in the dryer for us. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this facility. I have been using this facility for about a year, mostly during the day about once every 2 weeks or so. Today, I needed to use it and it was later than usual. The sign on the door said 'last wash 8:00 PM'. I started my last wash between 730 and 745; placing it in the dryer about 5 or 10 minutes after 8. The one employee was in the process of cleaning the place and at about 10 minutes to 9, he comes to me and says that he is locking up at 9. I still had 20 or 30 minutes left on my dry cycle. He states that he is leaving at 9, and I have to get busy folding my stuff still running in the dryer. I told him that I still had time on my cycle and he HAS to stay as I met the last wash time. He still said he was leaving. I told him that I was the property manager for a 65 unit property nearby and that I would tell my residents (all 65 of them) to not use this property because of his attitude. He told me to *(*)& off. Does anyone know who the owner is so I can get him fired? read more
