It's a little hit or miss, but they tend to have a mix of sizes and styles--clothing and shoes and some scarves. Sometimes i'll go and not find anything. Yesterday I went and got 2 pairs of pants, a pair of leggings, a casual dress, and a cashmere sweater for $200. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were not greeted upon entering, and when my sister approached the register to ask about her pickup order, the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. After my sister explained she had received the pickup email about two weeks ago, the employee immediately said orders are automatically refunded after one week if not picked up. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. Overall, not a pleasant shopping experience and unfortunately not a place I would return to.
