Made a Same day appointment. I walked in everyone was very nice. Jane the owner walked in and asked me was everything okay. They offer you tea, coffee, water and conversation which is unusual. I didn't really like the way my nails came out , they started to chip within a couples of hours. I called the shop s/w she told me to come on in and she'll fix my nails. She did so without a problem !!! I'll definitely bgoing back. I would like to back track... I will not be going back. My pictures will show you why. read more

Jane the owner is amazing but she is also the ONLY one that knows how to work there. My Gel nails started to chip within a day. I did go back and she fixed it, but they came off with in few days again. It must have been bad gel since I have never have had this happen anywhere else. I live few min away and I will not be going back to this salon again. Too bad for them. read more

I'm writing this review for my mother, who was there the other day and had a horrible experience. She was given a gift card for this place & had never been there before. They wrapped her foot in plastic wrap with a chemical that burned the top of her foot. One woman worked on her pedi, another worked on her mani. When she went to pay, they charged her over $80! For what? They said they did a special treatment to her foot that they didn't even explain to her beforehand. Then she paid 20% tip at the end and the lady goffed at it that it was for two people. Absolutely outrageous, she nor I will ever go there! read more

I never usually leave a review but I just had too after this experience. It took two hours for a simple dip manicure with black powder. The proper tools and polish were not used. Not even a week later, one of my nails are chipped and another one just fell off after simply washing my hands. Do not waste your time or money here. read more

:-D Thank goodness for Q Nail & Spa! After a terrible experience today and walking out of another nail salon near by, I decided to go into Q Nail & Spa to see if they could help. I'm not lying when I say, they saved my day! When I came in, I was so upset that my nails had been unfinished and they looked horrible from the first salon. Everyone was super friendly and understanding. Not only did they fix the other salons mistake, they gave me a lovely pedicure :-D They wouldn't even charge me for fixing my finger nails. The people there are honest and really look after their costumers best interest. I learned a lot about proper nail care and trust them completely! I definitely will be going back!!!! Total rip off. Prices are way too high for little time spent on your pedi and mani. Extra $5 bucks to buff nails and no polish. Can get better service for less every where. read more

I must say, my feet are still callused after my pedicure and my manicure doesn't have paint on all of my nail, but I may still return due to the staff's kindness and make a few requests on my next visit. read more

This is my favorite nail salon in the area (and there definitely isn't a shortage of nail salons). I think I have tried almost every nail salon in Bucks County and this one is the best. The nail technicians and owner are very polite. I always feel welcomed and relaxed. They are thorough and attentive. The price point is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend the Reflexology pedicure to treat yourself- amazing! I feel so relaxed afterwards. They have an assortment of colors too which is great because I love a good selection of nail colors. I have also had a gel manicure and it lasts longer than other places. The regular manicures are also precise and last longer than most places I have tried. Check this place out- you won't be disappointed! read more

**Update** They started off really strong, but as time went on the service just kept getting worse and worse. Polish was sloppy, nails not filed properly, etc. The last straw for me was that I went in for a simple polish change (I just had a manicure the week before) and pedicure, and I was charged $65.00. A gel manicure and pedicure should be only $25 each, totaling $50. I can only assume the girl priced me out for everything a la cart..gel takeoff, then a polish change, and then the pedicure. It would have been better if she said to me "hey, for what this will cost, you should probably just do a mani/pedi combo". I had no idea I was going to be charged that much for a polish change. This me is bad business, especially for someone was a regular. Needless to say, I have since gone elsewhere. read more

My first time at this location was yesterday. I had to write a review because of how happy I am with my nails. This is the first time in 10 years where I didn't feel like I SETTLED with how my nails looked. It was a great experience from start to finish. I came in with acrylics and paper thin nails. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. My technician Jane was not only a pleasure to talk to, she listened to exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond to accommodate me. She offered to help me rehab my paper thin nails overtime and get them to a healthier state (no technician has ever suggested anything close to that). In addition the prices are extremely reasonable and you could tell the owner takes pride in her work. I will definitely be coming back and making regular appointments. read more

(Husbands account)My first review..as I am not a fan of how much of an impact one review may have to the reputation of a business and many people come on to complain so it seems (not all!) Definitely not the case here. I have been to many salons and consider myself to appreciate the quality in services offered. Everyone here is especially helpful, professional, and kind. The owner Jane is what supports the foundation of this quality business. She greets and checks in with all clients before they leave to ensure satisfaction. Most importantly, she forms relationships with these clients to support their needs. For example, I am a special education teacher and hold many parent conferences. The appearance of my nails is a concern to me. Most nail salons have tried to persuade me in either gel manicures, acrylic, or gel manicures. These all cost more than a regular manipulate and are upgrades. I've had them all and my nails are short, brittle, and I've accepted they will never be healthy again. Jane has a plan for me which excludes any of the above upgrades and encourages consistency and patience. I'm already seeing results week 2. I could go on but I had to leave a review to encourage people that are interested in long term nail care and quality service.
