Love my pedicure! Asked for a basic pedicure with gel polish and art for my big toe. I had a few ideas, but after discussing with Ann the different ideas and consept images I had we decided on a kio fish in burgandy and gold and using the same burgandy color on the rest of my toes. The salon was clean and a nice relaxing spot. The pedicure chairs were the easiest to get into (some places I feel like I am climbing a mountain) and had a spot for my drink and phone with lots of options to select while my toes soaked. read more

He continually checked to make sure I liked what he was doing. He was chatty but not over chatty. The salon is very clean. My nails are the one high maintenance thing that I do for myself, I've gone to this USA NAILS, several separate times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and every single time within five days my nails are either broken off or lifting. The last time I went there I asked for my nails to be square with round edges and they were so thick/wide, that I had to come home and redo them myself! I will not be going there again! read more

I have been going to USA Nails for at least 7 or 8 years and have never been disappointed! I am so surprised by the two ladies that said their experiences were terrible! The owner Kim and her two daughters are the delight of my time spent there! Kim is the only one that has ever done my nails and I will keep it that way! I say this due to her years of experience and her pleasant personality which in today's world is hard to find. She engages in conversation & shows interest in me, not just as a client! I always make an appointment and when I arrive I am not made to wait due to Kim being with another client! Friends have said at two of the other salons they have been to, & made an appointment, that if their requested tech is busy, they have had to sit & wait! That type of treatment I would not and should not have to tolerate. Gosh, I have nothing negative to say about USA Nails! First off, I am no Karen by any means. I am a college student who loves to get her nails done. I decided to go to this nail salon because it was closer to my house and I wanted them done for my evening plans. I usually go to Mindy's nails for my usual nails and I don't mind paying for quality nails, but this place was anything but quality. It was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I had them trim my cuticles and dip polish. He took forever to soak my nails off and went to go eat his lunch and converse with his coworkers at one of the tables. It was concerning to me that there were only a few nail techs and only one client. Besides the point, when trimming my cuticles he made 5 out of my 10 nails bleed.... I asked him to trim my nails and I previously had a beautiful almost shape. My nails turned out to be uneven round nails. After he finished my nails, I noticed three imperfections while he was already going to get the card reader. There was a line, where he unevenly dipped my nail because it was smudged. Then there were TWO white spots on the sides of my nails where he filed too much. After only a week, they started to come up at the nail beds. It took almost 2 hours and I paid $52 for this.... I should've gone back to gave them redo or get my money back. Lesson of the day folks, don't cheat on your nail lady. read more

I really enjoyed my pedicure that I got here before going out of town. I had a great leg massage and the price was very reasonable. The reason for the rating is that my gel manicure that I got started to peel from the top 3 days after getting it. I went on a Wednesday evening to get a mani and left on Friday morning. Saturday, it was peeling off. I don't know if this was a fluke but I really did like the ease of getting in, manicure and pedicure. They have a lot of color choices so it was easy as well. I just had to spend money again to get my polish redone on vacation (at a hotel :-\) since the other peeled off. read more

I've been searching for the right nail place since I moved here. So USA was today's stop. I went for a fill and they asked if I could wait 15 minutes. For a Friday afternoon with no appointment that acceptable. I picked my color and read magazines while waiting. Once seated the male nail tech got right to work. He did a good job though he was not very talkative. I had a nice conversation with the patron in the chair next to me. The price board said fills were $15 but I was charged $18...maybe the board needs to be updated. I'll go back and try out the pedicure in a few weeks as I see reviews rave about them. Bottom line, nails look good. I just like a little conversation. read more

Giving them 3 stars because I loved how sweet everyone was and I didn't feel embarrassed of how much skin came off. But he did give me the best callus treatment, but rushed through the massage part. Others have often bragged of the leg massages that they get from the owner and after 2 years and apparently by default, I finally know what they are talking about. It's like he has a sixth sense about exactly where you need the stress moved out of you. It was insane. The pedicures I get from here always last longer than most (about 2-3 months, with your own maintenance.) Pedis run $22.00 here, the employees here are thorough and are all over the customer service, if you need a drink or magazine or just to talk. They have new chairs too, so new, I almost vibrated out of it. Get your toes in order, people! One of these days it's going to be spring. Hopefully I won't have to wait another 2 years for my next massage. read more

I will start out by saying that I can't rate the quality of the performed service, as I did not have anything done to me. I went in on Saturday at 3:45 after a disaster with trying to get my hair done, thinking that at least I could get my nails done. It didn't look to be too busy when I showed up, though there were two people waiting before me. I entered and one of the gentlemen there asked what I wanted to have done, and I told him I wanted acryllics put on. He said "Ok. One moment please." A moment passed. Thirty minutes passed without anyone saying another word to me. I watched people walk in and get taken to get manicures and pedicures. They close at 6pm on Saturdays. I waited nearly an hour and thirty minutes before someone told me that they were "very busy" and that they would get to me shortly. The woman asked if I wanted water, which was nice enough. Thirty more minutes passed and then nothing. The whole time, I'm kicking myself for waiting so long, but I keep thinking "Well, I'm next I think! Just a couple more minutes and they'll get to me!" I ended up leaving without getting anything done. read more

The worst service and products. I've gotten my nails (acrylic) done for 8 years now. (I'm a male) She was not sociable and they turned out terrible. French tip with black lines. It all smeared and chipped. The fill was horrible. After four days I already need another fill. Terrible. read more

Avoid!!! When you walk in the door they all just look at you without saying hello or asking what you need. I had to seek someone out to ask for a manicure. I got gel on Saturday by the guy and after waiting 20 minutes for him to be ready he asked me if he could take a break to smoke....what?! No! He wasn't happy and it was weird. Then I had to come back - one week later - because the polish was peeling and turning colors. I asked for a color change and she said it'd be 15 minutes...I waited for 40 minutes. Would NOT recommend. UPDATE - The girls are incredible! Ask for them! They were very sweet. read more

Gel nails chipped after 2 days, made me wait an hour on a slow day to get it fixed. Never again.

Went here for several months and liked it fine until last time they charged me $10 for rounded tips on my acrylics which they had never done before. This is a bit ridiculous as it is not mentioned on their pricing menu and an acrylic fill is only $15. Very irritating and definitely not going back read more
