I showed my technician a picture of what I wanted, and she did a great job of creating the look I was hoping for. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price. With the tip, my total came out to be almost $100, which was a bit more than I was expecting. I believe the technician mentioned they charge extra for each color used in the design, so that's something to keep in mind if you're getting nail art. I should've asked beforehand. It also took about 2 1/2 hours which I also wasn't expecting. The salon was also very busy and crowded. I was seated shoulder to shoulder with my friend and another customer I didn't know, and it got pretty hot inside. The shape of my nails were inconsistent and some of them were a bit wonky. My mom's nail color wasn't even, there was a different amount of polish on each nail, making them different colors. I went to this place one time, and absolutely loved it, the woman who did my nails originally did a great job and listen to what I wanted. The second time I went I had my nails done by the man there, because the girl I originally went to was not working, I asked for a chrome finish, and when he did my pinky nail with it first, it was not the right chrome so I asked him to please do the other one, he proceeded to do the rest of my nails with a completely different color chrome, and when I asked him about the pinky nail, he just rubbed some of the next color over it, and said that it looked the same which it absolutely did not. I left and then just was feeling so crappy about it so I went back the next day and showed them and said that I was unhappy and I wanted to change the color they gave me attitude made me wait about 35 minutes and then change the color charging me $25 to do so. Now a mere four days later And the gel polish on my thumbnail is completely peeling up. I usually wait 2 to 3 weeks for fills and I have never had my gel polish pull up like this!!! 0 out of 10 do not go here!!!!!!! read more

When we started it was pretty great, a few issues here and there but things happen. Would NOT recommend. I went in three weeks ago for the first time and got the dipping powder and it went okay. I decided to give them another shot and it went absolutely terrible! The first time I was charged $35 for the same exact service I got this time (soak off and dip- 1 color and no design) and this time I was charged $45. They were all speaking to each other in their language and he didn't converse with me the entire hour and a half I was there. I also left with 4 of my fingers bleeding and the rest of my cuticles bright red and throbbing. I spoke with the manager and she told me that I must had gotten gel the last time (even though I had to soak off and sanded- I know what I get done) and then said that's just how it is. Ugh. I took my 3 daughters to get pedicures and we should have gone somewhere else. I sat down in my chair & my daughter told me there was a bug on my chair. The manager came over to see what was going on and he looked between the chair seat cushion and the back cushion and was more concerned about the crap down there (safety pins, Bobby pins & crumbs) then the fact that there was a bug crawling around on a chair where a client is sitting! He finally moved me to another chair. There was 4 of us together, my 3 daughters were done with their pedicures before anyone even started on mine and there was 5 employees working. I guess the manager doesn't count as an employee because he never helped any of the customers, just sat in one of the nail stations on his phone. The guy that worked on my one daughter wouldn't settle for her decision to get a plain manicure, kept pushing for gel or acrylic. She is 14. She kept saying no and I had to step in and say no.
