I showed my technician a picture of what I wanted, and she did a great job of creating the look I was hoping for. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price. With the tip, my total came out to be almost $100, which was a bit more than I was expecting. I believe the technician mentioned they charge extra for each color used in the design, so that's something to keep in mind if you're getting nail art. I should've asked beforehand. It also took about 2 1/2 hours which I also wasn't expecting. The salon was also very busy and crowded. I was seated shoulder to shoulder with my friend and another customer I didn't know, and it got pretty hot inside. I went to this place one time, and absolutely loved it, the woman who did my nails originally did a great job and listen to what I wanted. The second time I went I had my nails done by the man there, because the girl I originally went to was not working, I asked for a chrome finish, and when he did my pinky nail with it first, it was not the right chrome so I asked him to please do the other one, he proceeded to do the rest of my nails with a completely different color chrome, and when I asked him about the pinky nail, he just rubbed some of the next color over it, and said that it looked the same which it absolutely did not. I left and then just was feeling so crappy about it so I went back the next day and showed them and said that I was unhappy and I wanted to change the color they gave me attitude made me wait about 35 minutes and then change the color charging me $25 to do so. Now a mere four days later And the gel polish on my thumbnail is completely peeling up. Would NOT recommend. I went in three weeks ago for the first time and got the dipping powder and it went okay. I decided to give them another shot and it went absolutely terrible! The first time I was charged $35 for the same exact service I got this time (soak off and dip- 1 color and no design) and this time I was charged $45. They were all speaking to each other in their language and he didn't converse with me the entire hour and a half I was there. I also left with 4 of my fingers bleeding and the rest of my cuticles bright red and throbbing. I spoke with the manager and she told me that I must had gotten gel the last time (even though I had to soak off and sanded- I know what I get done) and then said that's just how it is.
