She is gentle, thorough, and detail oriented. Not only did it feel great but her finish work is very clean. She has such a kind and pleasant demeanor as well. I had Ann do my nails, an almond shaped milky white. I appreciate that they are even in length and the points are straight. Sometimes you can get sideways looking nails and it drives you nuts! I have been to this nail salon a few times but it was a long time ago! Today I ventured back and I do not regret it. These ladies were awesome! I got a mani and a pedi and it was great! They were very knowledgeable and every time I had a question they were able to answer it quickly and efficiently. The salon closed at 7:30 and I was still there. They did not make me feel rushed or unwelcome even though it was the end of the day. I also got a technique done called cats eye and it was so cool. They technician used a magnet to help create the shimmer look. They do serve drinks as well, so if you are looking to have a cocktail and relax this is the place!! read more

My neighbor's nails are always pretty & she seems to have great things to say about OMG Nails so I decided to try them. Since its Christmas weekend I called early to make an appointment. Upon call they weren't open but answered my call & made an appointment. Upon arrival they were already busy but greeted me very politely. I was offered something to drink & to pick out my nail color. They were having a sale today but service remain priority. I got dipped nails & a pedicure, while my daughter got dipped nails only. We both were serviced by Henry who was great. Hit or miss... I pay extra for gel polish only to have to go back a couple days later to get it fixed because it is peeling. They give you the nail shape THEY want to give you, so be specific and make sure they know what you want. I moved further away from here, so It definitely isn't worth the drive to me. They can do better. Would not recommend. read more

Fabulous! I stopped here with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law on our way in to town, on the coldest, windiest Friday night the world has ever seen. We were weary from long hours on the road and frozen to the core, but the warm welcome at OMG quickly melted all our stresses away! Signature 'OMG Hers' Cocktails in hand and feet in the bubbling water, we felt like pampered princesses as the staff rallied around us, making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, happy and relaxed. The décor of the place was really nice as well, a lot of attention to detail and just about the prettiest floor I've seen at a nail salon. So if you are looking for a stylish place for a special occasion like birthdays or getting ready for a wedding, here's your place! We were pretty late walking in, and the place closed while we were still getting our gel nails done, but we never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. My gel pedi (with designs) and gel Mani came out to $83 total. I really wish I lived closer to KC so I could come back sooner, but I will certainly be back next time I'm in the area! read more

This place would never do that, they always treat customers fairly even if you work in healthcare and have to have natural nails for your hands. I love coming here. read more

Klara did an amazing job on my pedicure and my dip manicure. She's very good and very personable.

I had my nails done here for my sisters wedding and I was so disappointed. I got the gel and it chipped so quickly when normally the other salons I go to I can have perfect nails for weeks after getting gel. My mom had to get hers redone because the first person who worked on her messed up so badly. The staff was nice but I'm just upset with how things turned out. read more

I went to OMG Nails for the first time today and will definitely be back again. I called ahead to make an appointment, not realizing it was their busy time, right after work. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes before a nail technician came to start my mani and pedi, but they offered me a drink and a hot bath to soak my feet while waiting, so it was easily looked over. The staff were warm and friendly. I opted for a "Gotta Have It" pedicure, which included a massage, scrub, and icy mask for my legs and feet. It was wonderful! Others around me got the OMG Pedicure, that had scents and additional scrubs with it. Their pedicure lasted a bit longer than mine did, with all the extra add-on's. The creams they were using smelt really good too - I will totally try that next time. While my toes were drying, my technician started to moisturize and clean up my cuticles in my fingers for my manicure. I got a standard manicure that involved a nice hand massage too. I brought in a picture for easy nail designs - some sparkles and a party nail, and I walked away very pleased. Henry took good care of me, and the rest of the staff were very inclusive and conversational. I got what I wanted, and at an affordable price. I got my nails done yesterday and they look horrible. She didn't clean them up well and where she did it took the paint off too and she didn't fix it my toes and nails look bad and for my $85 I am very disappointed And won't go back ever again. After going there for about six or seven months to have my fingernails dipped I had a nail that hadn't looked right and I ask Anna about it she made like everything was fine. once while I was there I said I want to look at that nail and she grabbed my hand and started filing that fingernail. well a month-and-a-half later I decided I need to take off my own polish so I could see what was going on on because my finger was hurting. It was horrible. I may lose my complete nail and never get it back. I'm going to see my doctor Tuesday. I'm scared that my hands may be infected because of the improper sanitary procedures at the salon. the last time I was there one of my fingers was bleeding and Anna looked at it and just dipped it right into you the dipping powder. read more

I went to OMG Nails today. They did a decent job with my toes, but the worst job ever dipping my nails. They didn't trim my cuticles and said that you have to ask for that if they are dipping your nails. Seriously?!?! Anywhere else they just trim your cuticles. My cuticles and nails look weird now, and they didn't apologize nor try to fix it. read more

My friend and I were here It was the worst experience of any nail salon I have been to. We had an appt. We were seated. My water was cold and I told the pedicurist? She adjusted a little,I tried to stir the water and did splash a little on the floor which I apologized for but not before ahe told me don't.do that it is not a bath tub!!!! I explained it was still cold she promptly turned on straight hot and skirted my ankle with it and said see is this hot! I should have told the manager at that time but I did not The rest of the pedicure was.completed with the girl helping me and the girl helping my friend talking to each other in their native language. My Friends water was cold also but she didn't say anything after the way she saw I was greater when I said mine was cold I read the reviews before we went they were all good.
