She did a great job on my nails, so I booked her for my hands and feet today. I wanted an ombré set on my nails and something a little more fancy than white on my toes. My gel deluxe pedicure was well done, she pays a lot of attention to detail and took great care of my feet. As my feet sat in paraffin wax, Tuan removed my previous dip set and put on and shaped my tips. She executed the ombré look I wanted perfectly with dip and gave me signature coffin shape I wanted! She ended up having to find a different color that closely matched and used it to paint OVER the color on my toenails that she'd already painted on. I didn't like this particular encounter because she rushed through my service, especially once the color, AGAIN, didn't match. Nails are straight and there's still a difference in shades between my nails and toenails. I wished he had gotten a tech with more patience and more concern to take care of me, especially after having the experience I had beforehand. I'd never experienced this in like 17 years and I've been all over, to include overseas. I had high hopes after speaking with the owner but I guess the tech didn't share his enthusiasm to make things right. Original Review: Went in and asked for a regular mani/pedi. The whole time I was getting my pedicure, the tech was trying to upsell the gel manicure. She said, the regular polish would chip and they have the color match in gel. Only gave two stars because my pedicure was good with the exception of her using a drill on my toenails which was odd because it was regular polish but she didn't cut me so I left it alone. They recently opened and I had my first appointment yesterday. It's a huge, beautiful, sparkling clean establishment with a huge row of pedicure lounge chairs and nail stations. There are also hair stations for the future and private rooms for things like eyelash extensions and waxing. Similar to Southern Swings, they offer you bevvies (they have a little bar set-up, which is so cute) and a little cup of nuts. I love the nice touches! Facts: I had the best pedicure in years here! As in, super thorough and they even do callus removal and hot towel wrap as part of the most basic option ("Refresh"). I don't love getting pedicures (my issue), but this was so relaxing and my feet feel like buttah. I needed new claws and had Halloween on the brain, so I showed a photo of candy corn nails, super pointed and long(ish). I'm in love with my nails and can't stop looking at them. They have a 10% special now, but even without that, the price is so reasonable, a rarity these days. Nicki, the owner, gave me my mani/pedi and she is just lovely. I couldn't be happier with this new salon and I'm so thankful they are now in the neighborhood. I can't wait to go back!

They're lumpy and misshapen, it was really hard for me to swipe my card at the end. Did not listen to what I wanted, did not react to when I had to pull my hand away because I was bleeding, and did not seem bothered that I was probably dissatisfied. Never going back.

They accommodated me as a walk in today, and did not disappoint. I finally found the perfect emerald green dip color I could never find at other salons. They were able to get me in for a dip nail & gel polish on my toes last minute and I'm so grateful. The color, shape, & service was great. I'm so happy to be back in the neighborhood & they will be seeing me often.

They did offer for me to go to another location on a different day to get what I originally asked for which was not helpful considering I had an event the next day. Disappointed overall despite their efforts to fix the problem.
