The team that came arrived an hour late, to the wrong address, and did not speak to me. The one interaction I did have was me commenting that this was the first professional cleaning team I'd ever hired and the cleaner saying, "I can tell." Not great. It was made worse by the fact that the cleaning team of 4 people pulled everything out and rearranged everything. When they were done, everything was clean, but in complete disarray. They even left out my stepladder, which they had pulled out to use to clean up high. If they hadn't found mine, would they not have cleaned up there? And why wasn't it put back? Trash cans and chairs were in the middle of walkways and rooms when they were done. They missed a lot, since they hustled as fast as they could to be done in an hour. The shower and hood above the oven were the only deeply cleaned things in my entire apartment. They left lint on the baseboards, gunk on the cupboards and doors, and built up dirt on the bathroom floor. It was not a deep clean at all. It was not reasonably priced, as other reviewers led me to believe. I will not contract through this agency again.

She spoke with Someone named Teddy and tried to book them through Thumbtack. However they immediately took it off Thumbtack and wanted cash and Apple Pay. Furthermore apparently they tried to request Apple Pay in advance of the work. So this way there was zero guarantee the work would be done or done properly. She obliged and paid for 4 hours. The first booking was okay. It wasn't great but it was okay and she really didn't know what to expect. She then booked a second cleaning with them as she wanted the home done in sections because this was for a deep clean of a very neglected home. The day they're supposed to arrive she was contacted after the scheduled time and told they needed to reschedule. She was then told that it would be different cleaners as the two people that came the first time had allergies and she has dogs. Mind you this was all stated upfront. She did let them know she has dogs in the home. They only stayed for 3 hours. They did not do a deep clean. They only did a surface clean. They spent most the time talking very loudly about my friend and her home while her children and her husband were present. Now mind you she never claimed it was clean. She paid for deep clean as she knew the home had been neglected while she was dealing with some serious medical issues. I can't even imagine how awful she felt. But she called me in tears. Absolute tears. I offered many times to help her clean her home but she wanted a professional job done and didn't want me doing it. To add to this nightmare. She requested that they did not take any photographs inside her home and violate her privacy. Well that is the very first thing they did. They took photos and then sent them to her and their boss. She felt extremely violated as this is something she was very specific about. She did not want photographs taken in her home. When she contacted the person she booked the cleaning with he was very rude and proceeded to make more negative comments about her home. She then tried to contact Thumbtack and they stated that this company is no longer on their platform. They also stated that she would be entitled to a full refund if she had kept the booking with thumbtack. All in all extremely unprofessional. They refused to even do a partial refund. So very sad. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. Never pay upfront. Make sure the job is done and done right before hand. Bad service. Horrible quality and deplorable value.
