We booked Tidy Box for a full move-out cleaning for an 1,100 sq ft apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each associate we dealt with for booking was very pleasant and attentive to our needs/expectations and was very quick to respond which made booking extremely easy since we had to coordinate internally with 3 roommates. The price quoted was the price charged at the end of service and was a very reasonable price. Another thing I loved about their service is they were very patient with payment as they wanted to ensure we first received the photos as proof of the service. Not only are we appreciative of this fact, the photos did indeed prove an amazing job well done with the clean! I loved their service so much that I even reached out again to see if they could clean my parent's home! I've attached some photos that have a before and after for reference. Edit: I am lowering my 3 star review to 1 star as the owner accused me of reviewing the wrong company and asked me to remove the review. I had reached out to him a week prior to my cleaning date asking for a date/time and my message got lost so rather than wait, my boyfriend called them instead to set it up and handled the payment. The contact information was exactly the same and done through this yelp contact. While the cleaning itself was mediocre, the owner also lost my request and then accused me of lying when I was not happy with the service. Original review: They did an adequate job for the price but it was not nearly what I expected for a move-in deep cleaning. If she couldn't immediately see or reach it, it was not cleaned. There were huge piles of dirt and dust bunnies in some corners (areas I specifically needed cleaned so I could paint), the top of the fridge is an oily dusty mess, and several of the kitchen cabinets were dusty inside. The corners of my bathroom floor have caked up dirt and rust on them still. The stove was cleaned nicely but everything really felt like a surface clean that I could have done myself. If you want a true deep clean prior to moving in, I would go with someone more thorough. I'm shocked at how bad it was considering all the 5 star reviews. read more

I did everything on our end... and they ghosted us even before a single visit. Seems skeazey? I filled out all the stuff and got a reply with price. I agreed. I need the household help because my kids are disabled. Fund that helps with costs requires just a bit of paperwork from Tidy - all standard stuff. At that point, they ghosted me - even after repeat inquiries. Are they not not legit with things to hide? Just unwilling to do the least bit extra?Maybe I dodged a bullet? Used this cleaning company a handful of times. Things seemed okay at first, but the cleaning quality is inconsistent for the price charged, which isn't cheap. They do the bare minimum and some areas aren't cleaned (I'm not talking about things that are "extras" or uncharges... I am talking about things you'd expect to be cleaned during a normal cleaning session). The bigger issue is that their communication is extremely poor. They rescheduled on us once, okay fine. Things come up. But they just did it again -- after we had scheduled our recurring cleaning well in advance, rearranged our day to let them in and expected our place to be cleaned that day. On that occasion, they were a total no-show/no reply to messages asking for updates as to what was going on and to provide ETA of the cleaners. That is just unacceptable. Their communication is really bad and they waste your time. Not worth it, not recommended. read more

I wish I had a better experience with the quality of the cleaning, as the company was very communicative and easy to book with. Unfortunately, it didn't seem that the team that showed up to do the move in deep clean really understood what that meant. When I went to do the final walk through many of the things listed by the company as part of the service hadn't been done - the oven hadn't been cleaned, many fixtures and baseboards were still dusty, etc. They stayed and completed the job, and the management team was very accommodating, but I was frustrated with how much I had to point out hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. First of all Cristhian fit me in when I had ZERO time. And I was coordinating another bunch of things. He EVEN raced down to the house last minute for a tall enough implement to reach our ridiculously high ceilings. They even Vacuumed under the bed and got all our cat hair. Now this was a deep clean and they were there for a LONG time. I have really bad allergies so they really helped with dust and dander. I mean, I could go on and on about how hard the ladies worked! Anayeli and Angela worked very hard. Angela didn't speak English but both Cristhian and Anayeli did. So they were very detailed and did an awesome job. With tip (I tipped $100 - $50 to each woman) it was $555 but they moved my stove, moved every glass on shelves, couches etc. They were there for 6 hours! So yes, It was expensive, but for me, it was worth it. My home is everything to me. And my cat leaves hair everywhere. They cleaned it all! Even my fan! Truly grateful. I can't do this cleaning or I would be in the hospital from the dust. They even removed and cleaned my screens! It made a massive difference! read more

I called and spoke with Christian and explained that we had construction and I wanted a deep clean for this appointment. He asked the size of the house and said he would send 2 workers for the job. The night before they were to come out, Christian called me to say he was only sending one person. I said that I was not happy about that as it was a lot of work to be done. In the morning a lady showed up and said she wanted to see the house before she started. I explained that I had ordered a deep clean, however, they told her it was a regular cleaning job. She called the office, and they told her to stay and do the job. She did ok for a regular clean, if you do not care about it being really clean as she did not have a commercial vacuum, she used an electric broom and I have dogs, and residue from the construction, so that was not what I wanted. I expected her to wash my kitchen and bathroom floors, and she used a swiffer. This job was not what I expected at all. I would not call them again as I had to call another company to come out and actually clean the house as requested. read more
