    Salmon poke

Had to update the truth. Poki was mediocre and not the freshest at all. I think they reel you in with a free drink if you review them well.

    Salmon and tuna bowl (2)
    Amir A.

It was a crazy crowd in the food court where Love Poki kind of stood out. I love Poke and was craving for something else than what you normally end up with kids over several days in themes park. The presentation is great and the staff was very nice and friendly pointing out what could be a good addition to the already laid up courses. I took the salmon tuna poke (2) and added as much different colors I could (5 was already included). The edmame, sesame seeds and oil together with ginger cilantro and a whole bunch of other ingredients in addition to mango, made this the perfect lunch. Healthy as .... Too! The only thing I didn't like was the tiny amount of salmon and tuna. And avocado was neither included, so all in all a bit pricey, but nevertheless the taste was good!

Store Front THEY SERVE HAIR IN THE FOOD AND WONT GIVE REFUNDS
    Melli B.

DONT DO IT!!! I ordered a Salmon Teriyaki bowl. I sat to eat it and after a few bites I found A LONG STRAND OF HAIR and my hair is in braids so it wasn't mine. First let me say, for two bottles of water and two bowls, I spent $48!!!!! So excuse me if I wanted my money back after finding HAIRRR!!!! Who on earth eats again from the same place that serves you HAIR?!!! ANYWHO, they wanted to fix me another bowl but refused a refund. They kept offering that I eat another bowl while I stood there gagging back so I didn't vomit. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE telling me no way would he offer a refund and would only make me more food. I asked him, would you eat from a place that served you hair in your food A SECOND TIME? All I wanted was my money back. I was in Orlando with a bunch of family and friends and one of our friends walked up looking as if they were about to order so I told MY FRIEND not to order because there is hair in the food and they won't issue a refund. He told me he would have me trespassed for that. Lol! He even went as far as to call security but apparently security has gotten multiple complaints about this place because the security guard said, "oh yeah...he's always like that!" Speaks VOLUMES regarding the customer service (or lack of) Furthermore, the salmon was super dry and fishy and looked NOTHING EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE to the beautiful char grilled salmon in the advertising image. It's not worth it to spend that much money for extremely mediocre food, rude manager that refuses a refund even though it was his staff members hair in my bowl. Shortly after I asked for the refund, a woman came out the rear wearing NO HAIR NET!!! I'm pretty sure it was her hair. I'm gagging as I type this. I find it completely disgusting that there was hair in my meal. I'm just happy I didn't have it in my mouth. Though I had already eaten from the bowl!!! No refunds...there are NO CIRCUMSTANCES THAT A REFUND WILL BE OFFERED SO SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! If you expect to be treated fairly, DONT EAT AT A PLACE THAT WILL NOT HONOR A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY PROBLEM IS THEIR FAULT!

I order Salmon teriyaki bowl from Uber eats and received a bowl with white rice, lettuce and plain cooked salmon. It was $20. Now... I realize that's ridiculous for any bowl but I accepted it was going to be a bit pricey ordering from Uber and I was ok with that. But the description of this item listed white onions, imitation crab meat, cucumber, edamame, cilantro, ginger, pineapple, jalapeño, sesame oil and sesame seeds... where were those items? Thankfully they were gracious enough to send soy sauce and some sriracha packets or it would been a very dry and disappointing meal. Won't order again.

Great bowl! My fave. Easy to choose and create. Jose and other staff friendly and helpful.

The food court at this premium outlet is 10x better than the one in my hometown. Lots of Asian food and drink selections. I ordered a brown sugar boba tea to cool off from the heat and humidity outside. The drink was made quickly and the service was prompt and friendly. There is plenty of seating in the food court and more outside if you can bear the heat. The brown sugar boba was good! Sweet flavor, cold drink, and soft boba. I would order again. It's kind of expensive at about $10 a drink. I guess that's the price of going on vacation.

Disgusting poke bowl with rotten food inside. Avoid. At. All. Cost. Don't fall for this shit.

There is a reason they don't give refunds because their food is really bad

I was hungry for something healthy. I walked up to order all the staff were really nice. I did a bowl you make on your own. I was not in the mood for raw fish so I asked for fish that's cooked. They got the fish out of a residential hot pot and I had also added chicken. Both were pre cooked I decided to try it out. I got my bowl went and sat down I was really hungry. I took a bite of the fish it was super dry and rancid. I took a smell it was really bad. I took the bowl back after having only one bite. I asked for my money back they called who I would guess was the owner. While I was talking to him one of the workers smelled it and said yes it's bad. The owner said we don't give refunds. I said you have to give me a refund I don't want anything else. He said you have to choose something else. I said no after eating a bite of bad fish I lost my appetite. He said he could not find my order on his register so I got it from my phone with my capital one account and showed him. He kept saying he could not find my order the staff told him I was just at the counter not even 5 minutes ago. He said if he can't find it he was not returning my money. I said I just showed you on my app the name of the place and amount just give me cash. I kept my cool told him I was not leaving without my money. The owner whispered to me not to say anything more that other guest could hear me. People asked me what was wrong in line and I told them. Several people got out of line after hearing all that was going on. The owner asked that I went to the back door through the service door. It was down a hallway around behind the outlet. I got to the back door and 2 of them came to the back door to try and intimidate me. The older one that was the cook told me in broken English "You leave now" and he strangely laughed at me. The other one said we are not giving back your money. These 2 guys need to learn the American culture if something is bad plus rancid you return money promptly. I got the feeling their business is hanging on by a thread and should be closed down. I will be reaching out to the health department and also the outlet management. Beware of this place for health safety. Also note the sign there is a good reason they don't give refunds because I'm sure they get a lot of complaints of bad food.

    Poke Bowl so yummy!!

So yummy! Great service. The people were so kind and you can load up your bowl with whatever you want

This was a build your own salmon bowl at one point.

Amazing food! Great people! Sorry you can't see the food I ate it too quickly ‍. If you're in the area definitely check it out.

Solid 4 out of 5 for freshness, value, and convenience. I stopped in on a Sunday lunch with a friend, expecting a quick, casual bite, and that is exactly what it delivered. The staff was friendly from start to finish and genuinely great at recommending combinations. Service was fast the entire way through, from ordering to pickup, without feeling rushed. One detail I appreciated is that there are two entrances, and the back door is super convenient since it leads straight out to the parking lot. The vibe inside is clean and straightforward, nothing overly flashy, and I really like the nod to Hawaii in the decor. It gives the space a relaxed island inspired feel without trying too hard, just a well kept fast casual setup that makes it easy to focus on the food. What I ordered: I went with a custom bowl. The tuna and salmon were both fresh with zero fishiness, which is always the first thing I look for. I tried the soyu and Hawaiian aioli sauces and both were a bit on the subtle side and leaned slightly bland, but not enough to take away from the overall bowl since everything else was solid. The unlimited toppings were a nice bonus and pretty consistent with what you would expect from similar poke spots. My friend ordered the garlic fried shrimp rice plate. The shrimp came out crispy and savory, and the mac salad on the side had a nice balance of creamy mayo with a bit of carrot to lighten it up. Total came out to about $36 with tip, which felt fair for a casual lunch for two. Overall, this is a great go to if you want something fast, fresh, and relatively healthy in Mills50. I would definitely come back, especially when I want a no stress lunch that still hits!

The staff was really patient helping to make a selection and putting it together with a special request. They stopped by my table a couple times to check on me and clear plates. I think I got more attention than your usual quick serve restaurant even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. They were having a special 50 percent off pineapple Dole whips. They also have rice crispy treats and gluten free brownies so they definitely have plenty of choices for common dietary needs. It's $13.99 and you can get two bases (white rice/forbidden rice (an apparently healthier rice thats black)/spring greens), two protein, 6 toppings, 2 sauces, 3 crunchies and 2 spicy add ons included in the $13.99. You fill out a little paper and they make it for you. It did take awhile for the lady to build our bowls but I guess since it isn't Chipotle-style where you point at what you want, it makes sense. You can walk around the meat and cheese market for a bit while you wait though. However, if you're not there for meat or cheese, there's not much else to look at except a small collection of sauces, crackers and drinks that you can get at a regular grocery store. The bowl was a good size honestly. The container they give it in is a little large so it looked lacking when we picked it up but it actually contained a good amount. I think the most commendable aspect is that they give a lot of fish/protein. The poke isn't bad. I got the sriracha mayo and garlic sauce on my bowl and I think they paired well enough. The forbidden rice isn't bad either. I got both the white rice and forbidden rice and they taste almost the same tbh. The veggies are fresh and refreshing. Overall, not a bad bowl of poke.

I absolutely devoured the krab rangoons, which luckily kept their signature crispy exterior even though they were delivered and not eaten right at A La Cart. The sauce was tangy and a perfect complement to the homemade creamy krab dip. The Poke burger with tuna was a generous size and consisted of crispy rice buns stuffed with tuna/salmon/ or tofu (we got tuna), kai salad, avocado, eel sauce, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo. It definitely packed a kick, but the avocado kept it from being too spicy for me! The only drawback for me was the crispy rice is on the oily side, but truly this is a huge serving and is really tasty.
