When I approached and asked why they were being recorded, he and the business owner showed me the video and stated it was being used to promote the business. The footage focused on the girls from the waist down while they were wearing shorts. No parent or guardian gave permission for our children to be recorded or used for business promotion. When I expressed how inappropriate and disturbing this was, the situation was laughed off and minimized. Law enforcement was called to the location, and a report was made. Regardless of whether anyone tries to excuse this as being in a public place, recording minors in that manner for promotional purposes without parental consent is unacceptable. Parents deserve to know when their children are being filmed by a business, especially when the footage is focused on their bodies. The officer informed me that the individual posts these images on their social media. I am asking mall management and the business owner to take this seriously, confirm that the footage has not been posted or shared, delete any recordings of the minors, and make sure this never happens again. The presentation is great and the staff was very nice and friendly pointing out what could be a good addition to the already laid up courses. I took the salmon tuna poke (2) and added as much different colors I could (5 was already included). The edmame, sesame seeds and oil together with ginger cilantro and a whole bunch of other ingredients in addition to mango, made this the perfect lunch. Healthy as .... Too! There is plenty of seating in the food court and more outside if you can bear the heat. The brown sugar boba was good! Sweet flavor, cold drink, and soft boba. I would order again. I was hungry for something healthy. I walked up to order all the staff were really nice. I did a bowl you make on your own. I was not in the mood for raw fish so I asked for fish that's cooked. I got to the back door and 2 of them came to the back door to try and intimidate me. The older one that was the cook told me in broken English "You leave now" and he strangely laughed at me. The other one said we are not giving back your money. These 2 guys need to learn the American culture if something is bad plus rancid you return money promptly. I got the feeling their business is hanging on by a thread and should be closed down. I will be reaching out to the health department and also the outlet management. Awful service!!! My husband and I went to the outlet mall this past weekend and while we were there, we decided to eat at the food court. My husband ordered a bowl from Love Poki and as he was walking to find a seat to sit and eat, he dropped his food because he is a diabetic and his sugar dropped causing him to almost pass out. I ran to him and yelled for help getting him into a chair instead of him falling to the ground. I ran and got him some coke to immediately help him. I went back to get another bowl explaining to them that he dropped his due to a medical emergency. They told me I had to buy another meal. As they were making a new bowl, I told the manager that he dropped it because he was falling over and almost passed out due to a medical issue and I was told I had to pay for another one. He said he can only take off 50% because what happens after we walk away is not their problem. I told him that I have worked in the restaurant field for a long time, and I have always seen them replace things when they are dropped and this was not dropped for being clumsy, but because he could not hold onto it any longer as he was about to pass out. It was a stressful situation, and they could have helped by being a little more sensitive and just replacing the bowl. It's not like they were really going to lose that much.
