I had specifically ordered from Diosa because of how beautiful and whimsical the floral designs were on their Instagram and their website. I had even paid the extra delivery fee to get this delivered outside their service area because I was happy to support this small business! But what I got was a sad average looking floral arrangement that I could have gotten from a grocery store (see picture). This is certainly not the value of a $135 arrangement that is depicted on their website. Additionally, their website says that they include a hand written card. I wasn't expecting an actual big folded card with envelope, but at the very least I expected it on a blank notecard?I certainly wasn't not expecting the note to be on their business flyer which I find to be a little tactless, considering how I emphasized that these were exciting congratulatory flowers being sent to a professional office when placing my order with them over phone. I even asked if the medium was a good size to send since the large vase arrangement looked really huge on the website. And they assured me that the arrangement would be about 1.5/2 feet tall. As you can see from my photo this was not even 1 foot tall. I would have gladly paid for the large vase arrangement if it meant a more impressive floral arrangement. But sadly I don't think I would have gotten anything better if I ordered the large vase arrangement. I understand that flowers are seasonal and I wasn't going to get exactly what they have on their website. But the arrangement I received isn't even in the same realm of the arrangements on their site and Instagram. I will say their customer service was good and they were able to deliver. But I definitely won't be ordering from here again. Total bummer since I was really hoping to support them again in the future.

I previously received birthday flowers that smelled like heaven from Love these flowers and absolutely loved them, so naturally I got their business card from my friend. Shortly after, I needed same day flowers delivered and Bradley worked with me on the color scheme of my preference based on a arrangement displayed on their website. The results were to die for! For both arrangements, a card with the name of the flowers were included which is unique and very helpful if you want to order something similar again and don't know the names of the flowers. But what I am here to rave about the most, is my elopement bouquet. Bradley maintained contact at all times, giving me updates and really paying attention to my request and aesthetic. I first sent a referral picture and detailed what I liked about it and the color scheme I wanted (which was different from my referral picture) and BOOM, just like that Bradley put together a few options and sent me videos and photos, he gave me many ideas of different flowers that I had never seen before that were BEAUTIFUL. At this point I knew I would not be disappointed but when I say I was IN LOVE with the final results! I've been coming to Love These Flowers for the past two years to get Mother's Day bouquets for my mom, sister, and grandma. Each year, I'm blown away by their amazing customer service and floral artistry! Even though I don't know much about flowers myself, they were incredibly helpful in creating custom bouquets based on the color palettes I wanted. They listened carefully to my ideas and put together absolutely stunning arrangements that were perfect for each recipient.
