I wasn't going to be interrogated, harassed, or gaslit. I told her that I've been there more than once, & I don't appreciate her calling to argue with me. I am entitled to an honest review of my experience & my feelings concerning it. She sounded argumentative wanting to argue the exact date & what happened, saying she had video proof. I told her that I've been there more than once, & left the room at different times & there is nothing to argue about. She has never cared about my feelings & experience there. The Brazilian waxing covers a delicate area, you need to trust the place you go to, and this Manager woman just makes the whole experience so much worse for me. I should have never given this place my business in the past, should've stayed at a better sugaring place in Oviedo which was honestly so extremely sweet, kind, caring, & patient. I even bought a nicely scented exfoliant from the previous sugaring place. I quickly went to the ladies room, and saw a front desk person with her neck pressed up against the wall right where I had been laying listening to my room. I was shocked when I saw her and felt like my privacy had completely been violated. That was completely unfair. I complained to management when a woman called me, and nothing was done. Unprofessional. That was the last time I went there. I had seen high schoolers there getting their hair blown out or put up for a dance.

She was really sincere and does a wonderful job with hair. I went to see the eye brow person but I have a reddish bruise that she blamed on my lotion. She was nice but I've been to a few eye brow ppl + have never had any bruising of my skin when waxing my eye brows before. And I'm not sure if I believe that the lotion that my dermatologist approved for my eczema would cause my skin to bruise (bc I've been using the same lotion for yrs without a problem), but maybe? Anyway, it hurts, as if I got burned but the wax was not hot, it happened when she pulled. She was super nice but I would not have my eyebrows done by her again. The boutique was nice + staff was wonderful. It also has complimentary sauna for patrons on day of service. The parking is easy + I would definitely come back for Elizabeth! It was a pleasure to have my hair done by her and she was also fun to talk to. Like sitting down and having coffee with a close friend.

Unfortunately had a bad experience…read more First, I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 on a Sunday for a male cut, and received a call that the stylist I requested was no longer available and they could move the appointment two hours back with another stylist who I was told could achieve the same goal. (Vivionne- I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) I asked for a medium/long haircut and was very specific with what I wanted. I included 3 separate inspiration photos and was very very detailed before the cut began. I told the stylist NOT to touch the back since I liked how it was laying at the moment and I also liked how the sides were laying. Really I just needed volume taken out of the top and sides so it wasn't too heavy. I don't believe I was asking for too much and my requests were relayed back to me and I was told what I wanted could be achieved. She reassured me she would just take off weight and thin it out on the top/sides, and wouldn't touch the back. Well, she trimmed off literally everything I had in the back, and took the sides way too short. Additionally, the line up was WAY too rounded and uneven. The one thing I asked her not to touch/trim length off of, she took INCHES off. It was nothing like the pictures I showed and did not reflect the conversation that was had before at all. Extremely disappointing. It was so far off what I asked for it seemed like she forgot the conversation and inspiration and just did what she wanted. If you can't do the cut I asked for, just say that. The salon was completely empty, and for such a large space this should've been a sign. Will not be back and would definitely not recommend Vivionne unfortunately.

When I got to meet Amy, she explained the options they had and then compared that to what I wanted, which was ultimately longer lasting shine/polish on my natural nails. She suggested a newer type of gel, Builder Gel and that's what I got. I never had luck with regular gel polish since it always lifts. The nail salon looks clean to me but some of the waiting chairs could be updated since there was some peeling to it. There was TV but no noise and relatively quiet ish the time i was there. Back to the service, Amy was fantastic! She was thorough and my nails still looks great. I am already planning to see if i can extend by refilling the builder gel since she recommended it last time. (Although the colors right now are a bit limited to neutrals, i think). All in, the service it self was $60.

I didn't get the scrub, so I thought extra massage would take place, but it didn't. I also didn't like the recycled toe separators and slippers. These are for one time use only and I never say anything because I'm always afraid. I'll still be on the search for a great spot, but it's cute inside, try it out for yourself. They don't offer you anything to drink either. The one tech greeting everyone was very nice and thanked me for coming in. I appreciated that.

They want me to take down this review because of the negative consequences to their business. Well, you won't get that by implying to me that I lied about not liking my horrible hair cut. If you want better reviews, then give a better experience. STOP HARASSING ME. I went to a different salon and the hair dresser was HORRIFIED at this cut. She said that she wouldn't have expected someone who failed hair dressing school to butcher someone's hair like this. Go here, get a horrible hair cut, then have people messaging you who know the "details" of your story and imply that you are not telling the truth. It's totally fun.
