We've had major dental work done, including a bridge and an implant, and both experienced issues within a year -- either getting damaged or falling off. Each time, we had to return for repairs and were required to pay additional charges, even though the issues were not due to any fault of ours. I would not recommend this office for the following reasons: - Repeated Charges for Corrective Work: We were required to pay every time there was a problem with the bridge or implant, despite these being recent procedures. - Insurance Handling: They collect the full amount upfront, even when you have insurance. They submit the claim themselves, and any reimbursement is sent back to you later. There is no standard co-pay process. - Credit Card Fee: Regardless of the amount, they charge a 3% service fee for credit card payments. They encourage payment via Zelle, debit card, or check. I have not experienced this practice at other dental offices. After years as patients, this has been disappointing. We hope they improve their service and billing practices for future patients.

I live in Austin now, but haven't found any dentist who comes close. So when I found out I had a cavity (which I've never had before) I was really, really anxious about the numbing/drilling/etc. and didn't want just any dentist to do it. I worked out my schedule so that I could fly to Allen after a work trip to see him. When they said this was going to be the easiest part of my week, it really was. He gave me some laughing gas, numbed my mouth with some gel & let that start working before injecting a tiny bit of numbing, then waited a bit more before giving me the full numbing dose -- I genuinely never felt anything. I listened to music and they talked me through everything that was going to happen so I was at ease the whole time. Never thought I'd say this, but it was such a pleasant experience. BEST PART: Gemma (the hygienist assisting) asked me if I had any big plans and I told her about flying in and my plans to drive back to Austin today. She came back a couple minutes later with two "road trip goodie bags" for my mom and I that had some coffee mugs, Starbucks gift cards and a gift card for Dairy Queen to stop for lunch on the way. They often remember my name or small details about me (where I work, who my family members who come are), and as I was in the waiting room, I heard one of the hygienists call somebody back and enter into a casual conversation about the patient's motorcycle. Everybody there is so gentle, and will stop immediately if you're uncomfortable at all, and try to correct it so you're as comfortable as possible. It's the little things like putting chapstick on your dry lips or offering a warm towel to dry the stray water droplets off your face after any work you have done that sets this office apart. Today specifically, Stephanie I think it was impressed me a lot by not only telling me about the cavities she suspected, but also took pictures of them, and went over the pictures and xrays with me pointing out what looked suspicious to her. This was my first time seeing her, but I love her already! I recommend this office to anybody and everybody! It's fantastic :)

My recent experience with their office manager, Annissa, made it clear that verifying insurance eligibility is not a procedure she cares to follow. At my cleaning appointment on 7/7/26, I was told they would also be taking X‑rays. At checkout, I was charged $97. When I asked why, I was told these were my "every 3‑year X‑rays." I reminded them that my insurance covers that. After checking, they admitted my 3‑year X‑ray would not be eligible until 8/8/26 -- 31 days later. They performed it too early. The office should have verified my eligibility before doing the X‑ray. I called on 7/14/26 and spoke with Annissa to request a refund. She said she would call me back that day or the next. She did not call either day. On the third day, at 3:20 PM, I called again. She told me they would "honor" my refund request, as if it were a favor. She then tried to justify doing the X‑ray early by saying they "needed to do it." When I told her they should have waited until I was eligible, she doubled down and insisted it was a necessary diagnostic X‑ray. I told her I am not arguing about whether it's necessary -- I simply do not want X‑rays performed before insurance eligibility. She then said she would put in my chart that I "do not want diagnostic treatment," which is not what I said. That was twisting my words. She ended the call by saying I would receive my refund. As of today, I still have not received my refund.
