I had really wanted to get something boozy and vegan, but they only had one flavor on at the moment that fit the bill and I wasn't particularly interested, so I sampled a few of the dairy boozy flavors and went with a vegan non-boozy ice cream for my actual order because a full scoop of dairy ice cream does not sit right in my stomach. I liked the boozy flavors more but that was only because of the flavors offered - the vegan ice cream itself was great, very smooth and creamy, not overly sugary. I got the float season vegan ice cream: blackberry ice cream with salted dark chocolate. I did still enjoy this flavor a lot. I really liked the crunchy bittersweet dark chocolate bits. I didn't get anything to drink but I was kind of tempted. The ice cream + beer or wine flights looked interesting. I don't know wine well enough to comment, but it looked like they had a good selection of beer with quality brewers and a good variety of beer types. This is technically a Warehouse Food Hall vendor but it's only accessible from the street outside the food hall. I wasted a few minutes wandering around the food hall trying to find it before I looked outside. They have a fair amount of seating inside and outside.

I dare you to blind taste this and figure out it's dairy free. Cabin Time - peanut butter ice cream with small bits of Oreos. Very peanuty but not much Oreo. Good but not great. Bake Sale - Brownies ice cream with cookie dough with chocolate drizzled on it. Dairy but gf. One of the most popular and I can see why. Grandpa's Stories - Vanilla ice cream with Scotch Ale. Oreos, & Caramel mixed in. Alcohol is subtle and I could still drive. You can pair the ice cream with wine or beer (which seems odd to me). There's a few lunch items too. At a coffee shop, a good number of employees were in high school and absolutely were incredible. Want some of the best onion rings Boise has to offer? Don't Freez, you will miss them. This is my all-time go to for a down and dirty drive in style burger. Best of the genre in the valley says this guy. The burgers are great, and the shakes are some of the best around. If you are in the downtown area and you want a burger this is a must stop. So the kids was the perfect size. My burger was great! The patty was seasoned. The cheese was nice and melted. The pickles were tasty! And the bun was fresh and soft! I added some ketchup to that bad boy and it was perfect. The fries were so good! They were fried golden but not too hard. They were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Walking in feels like stepping into a small-town, old-fashioned family candy store. Their dark chocolate caramels are some of my favorites, and the malts are always delicious. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. While the ice cream can be a little icier and not quite as creamy as some of our other favorite spots in town, we still love coming here. Sitting under the big trees with ice cream in hand is part of the charm, and it keeps us coming back to sit on the patio with our ice cream.
