We just purchased a condo across the street and will never step foot in this business again due to his attitude. Will drive the 5 minutes for someone that wants our business. Passed by this store on the way to get my ski rental gear a few doors down at the excellent Mountain View Sports. Well, that was some good fortune for me, because you can get a six pack of good beer for the same price the Hyatt Place bar across the street charges its guests for a single. Don't even get me started on liquor, similar idea; two drinks at Hyatt or a whole bottle here and make your own?! Champagne / sparkling wine selection was a bit limited, but pricing wasn't bad on what they did have, so no complaints. Beer, wine, and liquor selection was all the typical stuff so should be a good option in easy walking distance for anyone staying on the Mountain Lodge side of Keystone. read more

Upon arrival we were treated with disrespect. The workers were outside of the store smoking and taking shots, so when my friends and i went to purchase our wine, he accused our ID's of being fake because "we looked "eleventeen"" and when I handed him my paper ID because my ID recently expired and all I have is my interim, he said "are you f-ing kidding me" and so my other friend hands his ID, and he accuses it of being fake. He then proceeded to cuss out and disrespect us out of the store. If you're young and look "Eleventeen", I would never waste your breath if you see the dude with the long hair. read more

Horrible selection. Horrible prices. Horrible service. Appears as though they buy products from the City Market (10 minutes away) and put the items on the shelf (with no prices). You don't know how much you've spent until they ring it up. Then get ready for that moment of shock!! At least 5x the cost (not exaggerating) of what you can buy less than 10 minutes away. There is a liquor store directly across the street too however thier prices are slightly higher. We stopped by here to stock up for our final day at our Snowberry Cabin... Becca herself had polised off a handle... yes a handle of Crown AND Jack... then 2 regular size bottles of Jack. I think they shocked me so much that I couldn't drink as much as I normally would have in this situation. So we had to stop to get another bottle of Jack for Becca. She texted and left voicemail as we were skiing at Keystone. This Liquor shop doubles as a convenience store too but with 2 entrances... One for the liquor store and the other for your non-alcoholic basics if you will. We picked up some booze and on the other side/shop we picked up a whole bunch of mixers including Bing Energy Drinks. A fabulous energy drink with a nice Bing Cherry Flavor. Highly recommend it! Friendly service and who doesn't like a liquor shop?!? read more

Idk if the long haired red head is a friend of the employees, owns the store, or works there, but he was incredibly rude and made our party feel very uncomfortable. We walked in to grab a 24 pack of Banquets and accidentally left the fridge door open. He made a huge scene and wouldn't stop talking about it. Will never go back. read more

Not a drinker but I come here for the convenience store which is perfect. Good location right off the highway, mostly everything you need, prices are good, and every person I've come across working the counter has been nice, helpful, and even provide some insight into what's been happening around Summit County lately. The man that works here was so rude to my friends and I. We tried to talk to him and ask about recommendations and he was judging the fact that we wanted a white wine to pair with our dinner rather than a red wine. I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone. Go to The Bottle Shop instead. Just stopped by on a Monday at 5:15 pm and store was closed. Lights on but doors locked. The guy in the store ignored the knocking of a few customers and after the third knocking he started cussing and swearing at us?! This is a tiny hole-in-the-wall liquor store in the Mountain View Plaza, but it has a fairly astounding selection of craft beers tucked away in its little coolers. Six-packs and bombers galore! They even have a few high-end scotches tucked away here and there. The market on the other side of the cash register is nothing to write home about, but it has mixers. And hot dogs. Easily the best liquor store in keystone. This place is full of great deals on an absolutely huge variety of top to bottom shelf liquors. The service was impeccable. I was trying to buy a bottle of fireball and they introduced me to the area it was in within seconds. Don't pass this place up. It's amazing! read more
