    Thai Chicken Pizza
    Kerlin M.

They're all super nice in there. I had placed an order over the phone. I went to pick it up and was told to go 2 doors down. I was a little confused on where I had to pick up my pizza, so don't be like me. Pay attention- there's a sign out there telling you where to go lol. The Thai chicken pizza was good, but a little too drenched in the sauce for my liking. I also got a Caesar salad, which sadly had a lot of wilted lettuce. In all, i recommend for you to come and check out all their pizza flavors/toppings. It's definitely not your average pizza spot

Location, location, location!.........great food and and an awesome beer selection helps too. Oh, and so does being right next door to an excellent affiliated coffee shop to keep customers coming back at any time of day! Yea, this place was awesome, and I imagine that its super popping during peak ski season. Menu is packed with options. I had a big juicy salad and some really lightly fried but well cooked chicken strips. My partner had a big calzone that could give any Italian place in the city a run for their money. We came back for coffee three days in a row....needless to say, we loved it! Friendly and knowledgeable crew of young guys running the place. Like, chill vibes but super focused (probably all the non-stop coffee Thanks Ryan!t

First time in Dillon and at Cove & Craft. Great spot, food and personnel- both employees and regulars. Just a simple neat spot. You can order pizza from Last Chance Pizza.

We spent our last evening (4th of July) of our trip dining on amazing pizza and enjoying the incredible service offered to us by the staff at Cove and Craft. An amazing setting, friendly staff , great beer selections and a relaxed and friendly vibe. Next time I visit Cove and Craft will definitely make the must go list! Cheers!

WOW. Cove and Craft was an immaculate experience. With the pizza shop right next door, the local feel was amazing. The variety of beer on tap was mind blowing. I couldn't have asked for better service, food or drinks. Will be back and will absolutely recommend.

He recommended a real banger for a beverage in the Brewmaster's Stash, also the brewery mustard for my burger. I'd recommend this location to my friends and family. Enjoy!

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.

There was absolutely no way we were driving past the Frisco exit without pulling off. Outer Range is our ultimate mountain pit stop. They have an awesome location with a stunning modern build and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air. It is wild to think that we just visited their sister location in the French Alps during our recent European travels. The fact that they can maintain total excellence across two different continents is unreal. The two spots are completely equal, and the Colorado taproom continues to prove why they are world-class. The beers were spectacular as always. We started out with a couple of pints of their New England-style juice. In the Steep is a masterclass in the style with a beautiful, pillowy mouthfeel and heavy tropical notes. Sun in the Clouds was just as impressive. It delivers those bright citrus flavors without the aggressive hop bitterness. I even noticed Cross Flow on the tap list, which is a fresh, hazy collaboration they just put out with Casey Brewing. Before packing back into the truck, we made sure to grab a new metal tacker to hang up in the garage. We also snagged a four-pack of Lil John Wayne. The can art is easily the funniest label on the shelf, but the actual beer is a solid ten out of ten. To fuel the final stretch of the drive home, we ordered from Bird Craft right inside the brewery. They do not cut corners here. They are frying up full wings, including the drummies and the flippers, and they will toss them in any of their house sauces for an incredible snack. The skin stays remarkably crispy even under a thick coat of sauce, and the meat stays perfectly juicy. It is exactly the kind of savory comfort food you need after a long road trip. Every single time we stop by this place, they manage to completely knock it out of the park.

For entrees we had the braised short rib, HH smashburger, and scallops with truffle polenta. Everything was tasty! The polenta was slightly bland but polenta often is; Just ask for some lemon and salt on the side and it would be perfect. The scallops were cooked perfectly!
