Unfortunately, I believe the medical practice over books appointments because the wait time is excessive. I don't think there are many or any dermatology emergencies that need attention before seeing a scheduled patient so there is no excuse for long waits. Waiting 30 minutes is not unusual and if one calls in advance to check if they are running behind, the scheduler is less than helpful. If the patient is over 15 minutes late, they won't be seen and a late/no show fee is billed, but if the practice runs over 15 minutes late, that's ok.

I was especially happy that she is also an RN. I could hardly walk into my massage. I'd been counting the days till my appointment. I was suffering from sciatica type pain but muscular rather than neural. Dawn worked really hard to get my muscles to release and relax. It felt like a miracle when I walked out of there. I was so pleased with her services that I booked another one in hopes I wouldn't end up in that pain again before I saw her. I'd highly suggest giving her a try.
