The store is intentionally giving customers less product than advertised just to save money, which directly affects customer satisfaction.On top of that, the drive-thru regularly has four to five cars sitting without being able to order, and once you finally do order, you're pulled forward with multiple cars to wait around the parking lot.I hope the franchise owners step in and address this location.
