Worest manicure ever! Two days later and my nails are still wet and denting. The place was dirty, the staff was rude and my nails look like crap. I sat for 25 minutes under the uv light and they still never fully dried. They have bubbles in the paint and now I need to go somewhere else to get them done right. Amazing!!! I was on a road trip for work and I was well over due for some me time. Now I am very picky about my nails and feet so I was hesitant to try a place while passing through. I had the worst experience here ever! This old man with glasses did my nails with full set with acrylic and gel. First of all he was very mean, grumpy, and aggressive, second he filed and picked at my nails making them hurt and bleed, third he didn't have an patience and didn't let me choose or even look for a gel color, and first told me my nails would be 30 and then said they'd be 40. I didn't get a receipt from these people. And finally my nails are supposed to be coffin shaped and they are totally crooked!! He is definitely blind because my fingers ain't crooked! I don't recommend this place, I don't know how the other employees treat you but that old man is who you got to watch out for hes mean and shouldn't be working at a nail salon if he don't have any patience. read more

My cousin and I have visited this place a few months back and let me tell you it was a huge disappointment. We should've looked at the reviews before coming in. Though we decided to try out this place since it was just down the street where I used to live. We came in on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't as busy. We got seated on the spa chairs and the technicians asked us what was our ethnicity. We are both Vietnamese but we did say we were Hmong. My cousin and I understand Vietnamese well and the whole time they were talking crap on us. My cousin wanted her toe nails to be trimmed at a certain length and her polish to be smooth but after a few times she told them and you can tell from the guy's face expression that he was getting annoyed. He immediately turned to talk crap on us to the other nail technicians in Vietnamese. The shop is super dirty and altogether everything was unprofessional. The lady who did my toes did such a sloppy job even though they weren't even busy. The polish was super rough and not smooth at all. The prices aren't as pricey but paying for such a slapdash work I definitely would rather pay more for something I enjoyed. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I AM NEVER COMING BACK! read more

There were two people that did have decent customer service but one of the personnel's was rude and defensive when her work was asked to be repeated bc she did not do a good job. Best mani-pedi ever! Everyone that works there was so nice! My girlfriend and I were out here for our sons baseball tournaments and we had a lot of time to kill before our next game, so we decided to get pampered. When we walked in they were busy. He said they can take us in 30 min. So we left to look for another place that can take us right away, but everyone else was fully booked. So we go back and they seated us. And WOW! The best leg, foot, arm and hand massage I've had in a long time! They also did paraffin wax on our feet! Which we didn't know that was included in the combo mani-pedi for $30. That is a deal! The employees are so rude, I walked in 2 hours before they closed and specifically asked if they will have time to do a fill and pedicure, their answer was "yes just wait 20 mins". I waited for 20 mins then they put me in the pedicure chair where I waited for 20 more minutes for the lady to start on me, she scrubbed my feet then left to go scrub someone else's. she must have left 4 times while doing my pedi. Visiting from out of town & went for a pedicure. Technition spoke little English (no biggie), BUT hurt like hell, polish job was smeared before I hit the drier light (not by me), and when I got to the motel I had to recondition the roughness on my heels, which wasn't bad since I get regular pedicures.
