She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. However, if you'd like to work with a specific nail artist, especially Amy, I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend this salon and Amy!

They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. It looked brand new but they've been there a long time. Very impressive. I can't recommend this place enough. Book! Now!

Other than that the vibe was chill and I was treated nicely but my cuticles weren't treated nicely. It was unfortunate for them because if I can't get the design I want or if I get hurt I don't tip too very low tip. If they're able to do the design I want without getting hurt. There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

Adorn was open and had avails, good reviews, and affordable to boot. Each of us got one of each pedicure service - bday girl got the Adorn, mom got the basic, I got the deluxe. All the technicians were so kind, sociable, and their work was excellent. The salon was empty (Super Bowl time! Prime time!!) - which showed us how clean everything was. The receptionist was such a pleasure to chat with, and even helped out the technicians when needed (we had Lynn, Jennifer, and one more! I'm sorry I forgot her name!). Massage chairs are always a plus, and they didn't rush us out. Super considerate and a lovely place to spend some pampering!

My pedicurist was very gentle, not once did I feel pain or uncomfortable. (I still have ptsd from my last violent pedicure from Tule Nails in which I bled a lot). It's pretty new so all the equipment is new. Very quiet, no music playing just cooking shows on the tv screen but it's on mute. Like I read in another review, there is no super strong chemical smell here like other salons, I think that's a good thing. The pedicure was thorough and relaxing. Callus remover is an extra $10. Gel pedicure is $45 originally. They have different levels and pricing for the pedis like most other salons. They don't offer any free beverages but they're clean, efficient and get the job done right. So no complaints!
