I came to get a gel mani and pedi ... I have been here before. The pedicure looks great look great but the manicure looks very Messy .. polish on fingers , she didn't clean the cuticles enough, the polish needed another layer it looks uneven.. I don't think I'll come back again $38 dollar plus tip for this ?

This is my favorite nail salon! Every time I come here, they do an amazing job. The nails are always perfect, and they really take their time to make sure I'm happy. The salon is clean, cozy, and everyone is so nice. Definitely 5 stars!

This yet has been the best nail spot to get my pedicures done ! 1000/10 . Everyone is very nice and super attentive. I love that they take their time to actually focus on the whole service . They also offer extra things " spa " like to make the service feel very great ! If you haven't yet head over there to try it out . The vibe in here is very calm quiet peaceful . I will not be coming back it has been ran down since a little over a year ago. The butterfly's on the nails started coming off a day later on a 50-60$ set and my toes look horrible a waste of money in my opinion. They're very unprofessional from what I can see. read more

The ladies here not only do an amazing service but actually get to know you. I came when I was pregnant and then lockdown happened....a couple months later I came back and they remembered me even after having my baby. Not only do they also give great customer service but they take the time to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I came from the east side of town because I truly live their business. This salon is so good! I personally go to Mel. I've attached two photos of my favorite nails she has done for me. She's super sweet and she'll let you come in with idea or if you don't have any she'll make up a design on the spot that looks super great! I've had super bad nail experiences in the past with damaged nails and a lot of pain. She's definitely helped to erase all those memories. I will never go to anyone else for my nails! read more

This going to be my new spot I'm going to. I'm not the type of person who gets my nails done often, matter of fact this was my fifth time. The reason why is all the other 4 techs that I had my nails done with always ended up hurting my cuticles by drilling them. So once I was brave enough wanting my nails and toes done. So I went to I.nail carr because it was close to home. I was helped by Denah and OMG shes the best!!!! Never once I felt any pain with her. She took her and even tell me if the drill gets too hot let her know. I would recommend this plave to all my friends and family. read more

I refuse to go anywhere else! This is my forth or fifth time in there I always either get a pedi or full set/fill and so far have not been disappointed. I have been to everyone who works there and they ALL do a bomb job! They also take there time and make sure everything is perfect even if they are packed. read more

Beware of this place very unprofessional staff, and they do a half ass job. Jessica was so unprofessional and very rude! How dare you tell someone "you already paid" you can't fix your sloppy job wow. No wonder you got to advertise yourself on OfferUp I'm sure your clients never go back to you. I love this place! They have a lot of room, nice salon and everyone is really friendly. The prices are fair and quality is excellent. I worded with DENAH for my hands and VINCENT for my pedicure. Pedicure was okay, same for the nails. It was kind of gross to find out that they use the same set of toes separator one everyone. I watched my lady take them from my toes and used them on the next woman's pedicure. And The lady who did my nails left them extremely messy even after I asked her to clean them up a little. The overall customer wasn't the best either. The staff was in their own world, making phone calls, texting and talking to each other while working on clients. read more

A friend recommended Vy here and she didn't disappoint. The French tips look great and the pedicure by Marie was wonderful. I went on Saturday and it was BUSY so it took quite a bit longer than I expected, but with these results I can see why they are so popular! read more

For $35 just go somewhere else. The time management is poor I always call ahead for an appointment and never get in when they say. Last time I came I got in on time and my friends waited an extra 30 minutes. This time again we waited a whole hour in water and had to leave. It's fine to come here if you have all day. Has happened way too many times. read more

I got a spa pedicure and a mani over this location couple times. Their customer service is the best among the nail shops in Fresno, and price is very reasonable and cheap! Even though gel nails are trendy and last longer than regular polishes, the lady who did my nails told me honestly that regular polishes are better for my nails since I have very thin, weak nails to get gel nails done. I appreciated her honesty and enjoyed the whole nail care experience. However, the nail polish chipped off after 12 hours. It should have lasted more than a day since I got it done at the salon. I was so disappointed because it didn't last longer than when I did mine at home. This is why I rate this place three stars. read more

GREATTTT place. I've always had struggles finding a great nail salon and I've found it Manicures: great everyone pays really good attention to what they do. Acrylics: I love !!! both Stephanie and V do a great great job my nails never come out bumpy. Polish in always applied very well and smooth. I moved to fresno for school in august and was looking for a good place to get my nails done that was affordable for my budget. After searching around my roommate and I came here and they were amazing. I always have V do my nails and no matter what design or shape I want she always pleases my expectations. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. She had two nail techs working on her at the same time. That's my kinda pampering. I did have to wait about 40 minutes. No problem because I kept myself busy looking through their books trying to pick a color. I was having a hard time, going back and forth picking the right lilac, purple mauve cat eye glass color. You just never know if it's going to be dark enough or the correct shade. I picked my color and was taken care of in the back. I will say this place needs to do little more vacuuming as nail dust was everywhere. They do a lot at this salon. Eyebrows, eyelashes, hair shampoo massage and of course all these pedicure chairs and nail tables. My lady was older with great head of grey hair. She was quick and very savvy with the magnet. I loved the way she filed and shaped my nails. I like the curve. The only way to tip is by cash or Venmo which I don't do. What the receptionist suggested was go to Walgreens (a very short email away) and get some cash back, so I did. Tip: make an appointment or you'll be waiting an hour or so. For context, I specifically chose regular polish instead of gel because gel has started to burn and hurt my nails. As an esthetician, I'm also mindful of repeated UV exposure aging the hands, so this was an intentional choice. This appointment was also intentionally scheduled during a specific window so my husband could set up my birthday party while I was there. The rushed service defeated that purpose and ended up being frustrating not just for me, but for the person who thoughtfully arranged it. The space itself was clean, and I appreciated being offered water in a glass goblet with lemon. That part felt thoughtful. Where things went wrong was in the service. They did my manicure and pedicure at the same time without asking, which made the experience uncomfortable and rushed. I would have preferred to relax and enjoy each service separately instead of constantly shifting around. There was also a woman who appeared to be supervising who stood and stared at clients the entire time. It created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a relaxing one. The biggest issue was the manicure. It was completed in about 40 minutes and felt very rushed despite booking a higher tier service. The polish application was extremely poor. The pedicure technician, Tony, actually had to step in and try to fix the manicure, which I appreciated, but instead of removing the original polish he painted over it. As a result, my nails were thick, uneven, dull, and still sticky 25 minutes later as I was leaving for my birthday event. I paid $110 total. I tipped Tony $20 cash for helping fix the situation and gave Helen $5, which reflects the quality of the manicure I received. I don't mind paying for quality. This simply did not reflect professional-level work, especially for a special occasion.
