I started going to this place when I moved into the area a year ago, but I will never get my nails done here ever again. My nails became so brittle and thin to the point where it hurts when i wash my hands. I went in after I cracked my nails, yes NAILS nine out of ten of my nails broke near the cuticle. I went in 8/15/2020 and got coffin shaped white nails. While the technician was taking off my precious set I explained my nails hurt a lot and it's cracked. I showed him my cracked pinky nail and he assured me it's fine. I assumed since he is the professional I could trust him and all would be fine, that was my first mistake. He tried ripping them off like usual but my screaming, jerking my hand away from him consistently and almost about to cry with tears in my eyes made him instead soak my nails for 45 min to get them off. Once the previous acrylics was off he didn't ask me to wash my hands. He immediately put glue ON TOP of the cracks on all my nails and proceeded to do the usual acrylics. 2 days later I couldn't even stand the pain of it. I noticed a small bubble forming UNDER my nail base. Eventually I popped it and my WHOLE NAIL FELL OFF. I went back 2 days later and they were closed. New hours states they're closed Monday and Tuesday so I tried calling Wednesday. It's been 2 weeks and I have no nail bass and have yet to be able to contact them. I figured if they won't answer their phones then I'll just do what I gotta do and warn others. If you want to keep your nail on your finger, AVOID THIS LOCATION. The ONLY reason I gave this place a 2 star is because or the pedicure they do. They do nice pedicures. read more

This has been my favorite nail salon for years. Various people do my nails and they're all friendly and professional. They have so many gel colors to choose from! It gets packed sometimes, so go early or call ahead to make an appointment. Their prices are pretty good compared to most nail salons. read more

First time there today. A guy did my nails. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails. Nothing out the ordinary, the picture was of a pink base color with gold glitter on top of it. He decides that he wants to put a chocolate color base instead of a pink base. And I was getting gel! He did it and I told him I didn't like it and to put a pink base color. He gets mad and have to take that chocolate gel base off and put the pink one that I told him. I didn't like my experience there. Because they like to talk in their language when you disagree with them and I'm not with that and would click out on them. Worst nail experience ever . I wasn't able to go to a REAL nail tech so I settled for the salon . The man in the front was nice and helpful. The woman that did my nails did a horrible job , she's nice but can't follow directions if I'm paying for a service I expect for it to be done right . All I asked was for short square white nails. She couldn't even shape properly. The shape looked so disgusting, someone else stepped into help and it still wasn't done right . $48 for nothing I'm so upset read more

Went in today to get a fill in and pedicure. The pedicure was fine and i was satisfied until it was time to get my fill in. The technician did not want to do my service. Telling me i needed just a polish change on two week old set. I expressed to him that i will not be satisfied and would like for him to continue with the service i asked for. The lighting is a little low with a lot of natural lighting so it makes it's hard for someone like me (i wear contacts) to see exactly what's going on. I let the guy continue and i go to pay. She tells me my total which i wasn't pleased with but i still paid. I get to the car and take a look at my nails. They are terrible. I go back inside immediately to get them fixed and the older lady at the counter had an attitude. I told her I'm not satisfied and she can take a look at my hands herself. She refused and goes to get the guy he did them. He looks and asked me what was wrong. I told him i wasn't with the shape or polish. He wanted to add another coat on top of already clumpy shitty paint job. I told him no i want them reshaped and polished again. He decides to act like he doesn't understand what I'm talking about and still tries to offer me more polish. This is unacceptable! The first picture is my previous shape and polish. The service was terrible. They had 3 people working. I asked before they started if they do designs and they said yes. When time comes to do it they can't do it or the person who does it is not there. Then pedicure no lotion or oil and did not do the massage as stated. The technician acted like she did not want to do nails and had attitude. Never again. read more

Happened to be visiting my mom before my vacation started and she recommended her spot to me. Love it. Fast, friendly and great work. I'm picky and I would recommend on any day to come here. The price is never consistent. I get the same thing ever time and I never pay the saMe and when questioned the font know how to respond . I was told 33 for delux pedi plus 5 more if they Got gel polish I was gone with that.. I check out and it's 48. I pay but call inside and ask about the same service and had just received and the lady quotes me 33 . I go inside aardvark ask why I paid 48 She said it was a tip butt I gave her a cash tip. They are overcharging people on fill ins as well infecting people nails. When i asked the guy why am i paying $30 for a fill in. He said because a fill in cost $25 and nail repair also he put clear gel on my nails after i told him i didnt want gel. So i told him $25 for a fill in is a full set. Which i didnt get one. He only put put acrylic on my real nails and called that nail repair. Which its not. Then i asked why should i pay for something that i didnt ask for and kept telling the guy not to put gel on my nails. This place is very terrible to be honest. They're ripping people off. The worst experience I have ever had at LOVELY NAILS! The staff was rude, slow, and prices are never the same. I requested a simple pedicure which usually comes with a scrape of the dead skin, I was told I could only get that if I first get a calus treatment for an extra $5!....when I clearly insisted I did NOT want the calus remover the nail tech decided I couldn't get my heels scraped. Ultimately she got upset, did not do my feet, and sat there talking crap about me in her language and rolling her eyes. My 5 year old also got a pedi which was pretty decent. I would give this place zero stars, if I could! I used to come here a couple of years ago, and they were ok. I went in for a pedicure today and was serviced bythe older lady with a Bob. She rushed through my pedicure. In fact, it didn't look like I had a pedicure done at all! I had to keep directing her on what to do; cut my nails, file them so they are even, paint my full nail, etc. She had an attitude and threw stuff down. A man had to come and repaint my nails. The woman was talking to the other employees, obviously about me. The guy only did a slightly better job painting, but he didn't do a good job cleaning up excess polish on my skin. I would NEVER come back here again! That was a waste of $18! I could have done this at home myself and get the same results! read more

I've been coming to this salon for a few years after kissing a lot of frog salons. I think the prices and services are good. I have had most of the techs to do my nails but I have two main ladies that I go to. I generally make an appointment and have had few problems. If you use regular polish you should bring your own. Terrible experience! I went in at 7:30 tonight (Friday) not busy at all. I advised I wanted a take off and full set. I'm then told to go sit with a tech to take a look at my nails. He begins to take my nails off, he had trouble doing so so the acting manager had to help. Long story short, the tech they gave me did not know what he was doing. I can tell he's new because he took forever! I was in there literally for 2 hours!!! I told him from the beginning I wanted stiletto nails. He cut my nails into coffin shape. So I had to sit there as he and another tech filed my nails into OVAL for 30 minutes. I was charged for length and stiletto design which my nails were not long and no where near the length I wanted them to be nor were they stiletto shape. I was over charged and my nails are not to my liking. I was tired and did not feel like arguing, plus I felt bad for the tech because I could tell he was trying really hard. That's the only reason for 2 stars is for effort! Then I rushed out from my drying time by the acting manager! This is the second time they've rushed me out because they were ready to leave. Why am I being punished because you put me with a new tech that still needs practice! Needles to say I will NOT be back! read more

I had the worst experience here. I went here 9n a Sunday because it was close to my house and my normal nail salon was packed. So I wanted a pedi and a fill. I have acrylic and gel polish on my nails so the nail tech had to drill the gel polish off. Two seconds in he goes over my cuticles with the drill so I'm like "ouch". I let it slide because I'm desperate. Third finger in, the drill slips and goes complete around my finger and it cuts my finger tip. There is blood everywhere and I'm trying to not freak out. He says sorry and put whatever that liquid stuff they use to stop the bleeding but I'm like I don't want that. Who knows how many cuts they have used with that same bottle. So unsanitary. I just wash my hands and try to relax because my finger burns at this point and I HATE blood. I STILL stay because like I said, I'm desperate. So he continues removing my gel polish and goes to do my fill. Right off the back I can tell it's gonna be bad because it lumpy. My old set had a little dirt under them so I wanted that nail to come off but instead the nail tech just Put new acrylic on top and you can clearly see my fill lines and dirt. I'm almost in tears because I had been trying to get my nails done all weekend and here I am having a horrible experience. I didn't want to make a scene so I tell him to stop and just pay him $10 for the shitty fill and removal of my polish. I shouldn't have done that but I'm such a nice person l.
