I got a 10 minute pedicure with no list options they didn't even have nail colors to choose from so I just got white. Gotta love it!! Multitasking, I chipped the paint on my toenails while holding the car door open with my foot. I try a new place. Lately the two places I frequent haven't been living up to my expectations. While getting my nails done they usually rip apart my cuticles and my toenails are never up to par. Well I get home and I can't stand to look down at my normally pretty feet =) I jump in my ride and head out to Nail Angel. I walk in and I think I've found my new Nail Shop. The service was awesome. I didn't have to wait, the girl that did my toes was a feisty little chica (pointing out where the other salon went wrong). The guy that greated me was hands down a 7.5 (yummy), asking questions about where I had my nails done prior to their salon, etc...once your favorite yelper began to blush...the hot Asian cheeks got flushed as well...oh yeah, I'll be returning ;-) Besides the hot staff, this salon was very clean, not super busy and over stuffed. BUT when getting my nails done I'll admit I like to get the standard french tip manicure, but my pedicures are personal they allow my creative side to come out through someone elses talent. I have yet to meet a manicurist that can't give me the design I want (if I say I want white lines that wrap around and go left and right..I get exactly what I want...if I want a butterfly, done) So I go in with my design of the week and color scheme, the chick in the chair next to me tries to ask for my design and color scheme very silently. My first time visiting this salon since I needed a last minute mani / pedi. I tried to stay away from reviews and form my own opinion. And it will definitely be my last time there. One of the male techs did a HORRIBLE and sloppy job of my nails. They are lumpy, uneven and even have a dent in them. I expressed my concern while he was shaping them and he assured me that it would be fixed. Wrong. Only star that would go towards this visit is my pedicure. The tech took her time. She was decent. HORRIBLE!!!!!! On 2/14/19, I went to this nail shop to get a "pink only" fill-in on my ombré nails that I get done at my primary nail shop. (Being that it was a holiday I didn't want to wait at my primary nail salon that was across town) Anywho, I get there at 10:00 AM SHARP & there's only one person present. She only does pedicures...So she requested that I wait a few minutes for other staff to arrive..cool! Approx 15 minutes later, in comes TONY who looks at me soon as he enters the door and says "what do you want?" I'm thinking "Darn he's RUDE" ...but I kept calm and informed him of my request. (Lord knows that I should have left at that moment) Within 2 minutes, he requested that I come and sit at his station. He goes to show me the type of pink powder he has. It "appeared" to be a match so I proceeded. While getting the fill-in, I noticed that the powder was a little too pink. I instructed him to finish the fill-in & then just go over with white color gel. Before polishing he request that I pay. Boom I paid...moving forward, he sits down with white nail polish & I question if he's going to use a gel polish due to me getting the pink powder or a plain white polish. He tells me white polish... So, he finishes my nails I'm definitely NOT satisfied because this man has transformed my nails. Mind you my ombré nails were fairly new & ONLY needed a fill-in!!! Ok...Fast forward....Monday 2/18/19, my white nail polish is "Tan", my middle finger nail is cracked, & my pinky nail broke off!!! A mess.....This has taught me to NEVER cheat on my nail tech again!!! Tony at this nail shop destroyed my nails!!! ....as of today 2/21/19 I have to get a NEW SET of nails because they can't be repaired!!!! If you don't have money to throw away......Avoid Tony!!!! I went looking for a place to get my nails done. All other nail shops were to busy! I didn't seen to many people at this one. Everything was good until the man did my nails! He tore my nails and cuticles up! My nails looked like crap and hurt like crazy! I was bleeding on more than one nail! Every nail, when they healed, had scabs! Let me start by saying that the services at this salon our mediocre. Depending on who you get, you have a 50/50 chance of your nails being jacked up. but that's not why I'm giving 1 star. I got SNS Polish which broke 2 days later. I returned to the salon 30 minutes before closing and before I could get to the door they were rude shaking their heads telling me not to come in and they could not help me....this is despite me being a faithful customer for the last 6 months! Helen did my pedi and polish change. She did a great job! The atmosphere is basic; no glam, just basic but appeared clean. I did see another tech washing off a pumice brush which contradicted the signage that said they don't reuse their pumices. Priced fair & lots of parking. read more

It's always a good experience with me! I went on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't packed but this is the only mail salon that I go to!

This place is beyond terrible, if you can go else where then you should. I had a gel manicure done and they peeled within 5 days of the service. Considering that I had been a customer before I came in to have them fix or at least remove the gel free of cost since this was their failure. The issue wasn't acknowledged and I was treated as if my request was unthinkable. In a few words, poor quality, poor service and even worse customer service. Stay away from here. read more
