I was there for almost 2 hours for a simple refill , that was the first red flag. the lady who started doing my nails couldn't complete my French tip and that's when I should've just asked for something else because they do nails poorly. I went back to fix it asked the nail tech who wind up finishing my nails to repaint them she tells me I should've said something yesterday granted i should've, but after almost 2 hours for a refill I was hungry and ready to go, plus I had to get back to my kids I didn't have another 30 mins to wait to fix this horrible job! For a 60$ refill she should've just repainted them like I asked I shouldn't see smeared polish. lesson learned I know where not to go do my nails from now on! read more

Where do I start? I should've know to keep it moving when I walked in the nail shop and the kind of music that was playing! I cannot believe this place is in business! I went and got a full set and a pedicure! I want to cry! I couldn't be believe how these people were doing my nails and my feet. They are fresh graduates and that's plain and clear! These people are taking peoples money and that explains the prices. I'm not even the kind to leave reviews, but after leaving this bum nail shop, I had to research it and see the reviews because ain't no way these people are still in business!!!!!! My toe nail polish is already lifting up. This lady has nail polish smudges all over my feet and ankles. She act like this was her first time doing a pedicure. Ong I wanted to scream! My ombre nails looks like an ice cream scoop that's melting, I have glue all over my cuticles and all up under my nails. Like this is crazzzzzyyyy! Why in the world are they open. I wouldn't even let a child wear these people polish! I'm livid! I do not play about my nails and feet and soon as it loosens up I'm removing this asap! They had do shut that nail shop down! I've been going here for some time now they change nail tech often I been with the same nail tech a while he's one of the two men who work there, they just recently added a third I went in just for a nail polish change I had been in for a fill in a few days earlier they were trying to charge me $40 for a polish change. $20 to remove the polish and $20 for the new polish my bi- weekly fill in is cheaper it seems the prices change every time I go. read more

This is the worst mail shop experience ever. They had the old lady to repaint my toes and she cut them uneven and kept offering if she could keep cutting it down. I wish I could select: ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! 0!!!!!!! Not one star, zero!!!! I went there three weeks ago, and OMG!!!!! I paid $40.00 for S&S on my natural nails, Kevin did my nails. Kevin had a smart mouth, he was arrogant and rude, and on top of that, I had to return in 2-3 days because two nails were lifting bad, then a few days later three more had issues, one broke completely, the others were lifting/ coming off my nail bed... When he tried to fix one of my nails, he broke my entire nail off then said oh! those are your real nails, I told him more than once they are my real nails... Then the nail salon is very dirty, if you look on top of the other S&S containers they are so filthy.. I was looking for a new shop. Found this place on yelp. I decided to try it not based on the reviews but on the pictures. I am so glad that I did. I was able to walk right in and sit in the chair. All I went in there for was a pedicure. I am so glad I did. They did an amazing job, even with my overly ticklish feet. The lady that was doing my pedi recommended to use gel polish on my toes - it lasted forever! Prices were decent. Now I visited the establishment again on a Saturday, that was a mistake. It was super busy, that's great for them bad for me. Have 2 kinds and wanted to get on and get out. But that says alot about the business. I'll find my day and continue to go here. read more

They did such a poor job both times I came. Horrible wait times. I sat for several hours. The second time, when I got home, I noticed that my nails were uneven. They don't honor their prices. My nails look like a first week cosmetology school student did them! Never again! They were also pretty rude. As soon as you disagree with something, they started to speak Mandarin. Just mediocre nothing to brag about. I needed a fill in and my nail tech was out of the country, so I decided to stop here because I had been years ago. Well first off it was Labor Day Weekend (Friday) but there were only two nail techs doing nails (one man and one woman) the other two ladies were only doing pedicures. I waited an entire hour and a half before anyone even got started. They say me at the pedicure chair so long that the water was cold by the time the lady actually came to do my pedicure. I tried to be patient because apparently they were short staffed. At around the 2 1/2 hour mark that's when then gentleman came to ask me what I wanted done to my nails and advised me he would be doing my nails next. The horror is the polish on my toes looked like I painted them in the dark and I'm horrible at painting nails...I mentioned it and he said it would be $3 to get my nails repainted...what? Why am I repaying you for something you messed up? I said forget it. Then I go to his chair for my nails. He did a good job on my nails and even suggested a nice gel nail polish When he is done with my nails I ask him if he could put a top coat on my toes because he neglected to do so. He said yes and proceeds to touch my big toe to test if the polish was dry which he said should be. Well it wasn't and he messed up the whole nail. Now he instructs me to WAIT AGAIN! So now I wait for another lady to come fix what he messed up. But that's not even the best part...he still charged me $3 to repaint my toes after he messed them up! Oh and when I asked why no one was working they were all on vacation...not a good management call off you ask me..but no one did. By they way the gel polish chipped off in two days. Had to go to a better nail shop to get it done over and spend more money. This place is a joke. Maybe if you need a quick polish change that you don't mind waiting an hour for. I asked for the super deluxe pedicure, if this was their super deluxe they need to charge what other salons display as a basic pedicure. The young lady started working on my cuticles before even soaking them, did not put any kind of cuticle softener prior, did not use the cuticle pusher instead used cuticle clippers. She constantly stopped to get on her phone, the towel wrap was cold and the massage was her tapping my legs like I had a bug on it. Moving forward to the paint, she was near however the lamp got gel kept shutting down and she kept replugging it in for it to shut off 3 secs later instead of getting a new lamp. I wanted to try a new place bc my old place kept messing up my shape, but Im back on the search. read more

I'm recently moved to Lithonia and was looking for a nail shop on this side of town so I googled nails shops in this area and Georgia Girls nails was one shop so I decided to check it out. Bad idea. I wanted a pedicure and manicure with acrylic coat my natural nails. I get there and I'm seated in a pedicure chair while I wait. I seat there until the water gets cold for three hours to where at this point I'm getting my things to leave then the guy says I'm next so I wait. I get my toes done then have to wait another 30 minutes for my hands. When the guy asked what I wanted done I tell him I want acrylic on top of my natural nail. He tells me I should get a full set of fake nails when my natural nails are as long as fake nails then he tells me to cut down my nails and I tell him no. The lady next to me told me to be careful about my natural nails in this salon BC they will always try to cut them. I won't be returning to this nail salon. horrible service and customer service. You can tell the customer what they want. Also my toe polish started chipping after three days. read more
