I felt relaxed and taken care of right before my trip, which is exactly what I was looking for. I asked if she could give my hands a little shape and polish before I left - she fit that in, too! My hands and nails look great! Trish even helped me put on my sandals before polish so that I wouldn't smudge my toes on the way out. I had muscle spasms and severe pain when I would lift my arms, especially when I would lift anything heavy or bulky. Marylin was able to effectively work the muscles of my arms, shoulders, head and neck. I have been pain free for over 24 hours for the first time in years. It gives me the time to look at the options and compare all the schedules. My daughter wanted a specific cut and our hair is very thick. If not cut correctly, the cut would easily turn out like a mushroom and not sleek. We showed Aynsley a pic my daughter liked, she looked at my daughters hair and was good to go. I'd traditionally 'hung out' when she got her haircut but this time she was confident to go up on her own. After the cut--which looked FABULOUS--they had built a relationship, had plans for next time and talked about hair care. I really loved not only the talent Aynsley brought but the experience. On a side note, while waiting I think I overheard a lady forgetting an appointment, when she arrived the male stylist was hospitable and didn't make her feel bad at all.
