I went in for a dip manicure and they had 3 giant books with lots of choices! The nail tech was nice enough to help me pick between a few colors since I could not decide! Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! So I was super excited because it's hard for me to know when I will get free time, and that night I knew I could get my nails done and have my kids watched a little later. So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

We thought based on the reviews that we were sending her to a quality company. She's the kindest, most generous person you'll ever meet. She has four young children and works hard taking great care of them so we wanted to get her a gift where she for once was the one being pampered. That didn't happen! Because of her generous spirit, she used half of her gift certificate on her best friend and they went together on May 9th, 2026 to have pedicures done. They sat side by side and while our DIL received a very short (5-10 min) pedicure and a small fraction of what was supposed to be provided, her friend who sat right next to hers pedicure last nearly one hour which is what was paid for and she should've received. How horrible is that? When my wife called them to discuss - the owner was disinterested, at times rude and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue or provide satisfactory service. In fact, she actually wanted her to purchase another pedicure and promised good service - WHAT? We DO NOT recommend that you use this company!!

But this whole service was great and included a massage, hot stones, and a hot towel. The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge. The next time I decided to get my nails done I will go back.

However, I am no longer going to remain a customer. Lonie gave me a gel manicure. She overfiled the sides and left me in terrible pain. The owner gave me a 15 dollar gift certificate. I went back and Lonie was my nail tech again. The electric file hit my skin and over filing again. This place feels more like a chop shop than anything else. Nail health is too important to leave with technicians who are careless.
