Don't go here! They have an attitude problem. My nail broke one day after i got it done. I asked the lady if I can get a quick fix. She made me wait 2hours and she only had one customer. I have acrylics and gel so I thought she would take the whole thing off. Instead she said "didn't I tell you to be careful?" And she just added acrylic and gel to the old part of my nail. Now I'm struggling everyday because the nail split down the middle and is ripping my regular nail, all because she wanted to be lazy and rude. They talk about their customers. I love Helen and the crew. I have been coming here forever with my daughters. Helen does my nails and my brows. Very friendly. Whoever says "they are rude" - they are not, they are just straightforward, they speak a foreign language, many of the girls there have just enough of the English language knowledge to communicate the basic things needed to complete the work. Dirty bathrooms and hallways are not on Helen, she owns the business but not the building. It's not a high-end place, so some of the reviewers' expectations are set a bit too high. read more

Everybody there is very friendly. The facility beautiful and clean. They have a great selection of colors (although I'm a very neutral color type of gal, I do notice they have a lot of bright colors and many dark shades as well). The price is very reasonable. You won't be overpaying here that's for sure. They have parking in the back but it's always lucky to get a street side spot. All in all I highly recommend. The most HONEST review you'll read and I hope Hanh does reply. I've been coming here for 8 years, always tip 20% (because I was a waitress so I know) and the reason that is is because it's convenient to home. Here are the positives: it's extremely spacious inside, they do take their time to do your nails(also a con). Here are the negatives: 1. Majority of the staff is incredibly rude. 1a.Helen the lead manicurist there literally told me over the phone that Lisa and her do not like to do my nails because I get my nails done by everybody. Ok. Not true but ok. 1b. You feel like you're in high school and the mean girls are always whispering and talking bad about you underneath their breath. They don't even try to hide the fact that they're being rude and talking about you. 2. No sense of time management. They will encourage you to set up an appointment yet somehow, you will find yourself waiting for quite some time before being seen. 2b. A lady here very new took 2.5 hours to give me a mani/pedicure. I had to be somewhere and leave WITHOUT getting my nails painted because I ran out of time. Found out later that she charged me what I would have been charged anyway if I got my nails painted. 3. "You wanna come back tomorrow".. you'll be asked by Helen even if she had the time and staff. I get it you want to leave early to be with family but if you're still open, you can't push people away. 4. Writing this review I'll add, my appointment was for 5:30pm.. it is now 5:52pm and I'm still waiting. And the reason for my attendance is because they overcharged me. Understand it was an accident but I want to get my moneys worth before I call it quits. If you still decide to go and get your nails done here after reading this review.. check out Cindy. She's truly talented and she's friendly. The person I went to before Cindy was Enie but she left to get married but if she comes back, she's also really nice and good at the job. Lovely Nails is my favorite place to go for a pedicure! Not only do they use the hot towels, but warm rocks during the massage, mud mask after exfoliation and incredibly smelling lotions. Went here on a whim with two of my friends because they could fit us in for three dip manicures. The place is huge and has lots of tech which is great if you're coming with a group or desperately need to get your nails done. The whole parking lot situation is terrible though. The staff there was quite rude and none of our techs tried to converse. We all had to sit separate from each other even though there was plenty of open seats for us all to sit next to each other.. my friend and myself dip chipped after a week. But I had six chipped nails by week two! They never touched my cuticles and didn't do any maintenance to my nails and I know I needed it! My third friends tech kept filing her nails and she kept telling her it was too much and it was hurting her yet she didn't care.. It's unfortunate because it was a big clean accessible location right off the highway. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here, there is plenty of better places to go in the area. read more

Worst place ever make an appointment in advance. Get there 15 minutes before and the owner explain to me that my appointment needed to be cancelled due to the girl not been there, no phone call to reschedule and no one was able to see me today. I drove almost 45 minutes to get in here and this is the treatment. This is not the first time that I have problem with this location I would not recommend this place to anybody. I decided to try Lovely Nails because it's close to home. When I arrived there were three women working on three clients, I was told there would be a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later, there are two women working on two clients, the other lady is in the back room, I suppose, cleaning. The entire 30 minutes has consisted of the women speaking in their native language to each other, and not at all engaged with the customer. I thought I would stop in for a quick Friday manicure, and I can withstand waiting 10 mins, but a 30 minutes wait when there is an esthetician available is completely unacceptable, especially with all of the competition in this area. Additionally no one has bothered to give me an update or an explanation on the wait. Oh, surprise the lady from the back room has returned to show the other lady something on her phone, and has now returned to the back room again. I thought I would support my neighborhood business, afterall I did walk here. I now realize that I have made a mistake and will receive my service elsewhere. A note to Lovey Nails, please engage with your customers, after all we are the ones who will write your reviews and recommend your business. I've been here twice now and have left happy both times. It's definitely going to be my go-to nail salon. They do an amazing job with their gel manicures, which is $27 (before tip). I love love love this place...Lisa is great and so accommodating....my big toe nails tends to grow with a lean to the left and right depending on the foot and she didnt quite get what I was trying to explain to her, so she gave me the file to show her what I was talking about.... I loved that! I hate when my nail tech just acts like they know what im talking about, Lisa didnt know and that was ok ; she let me help her figure it out...now thats effective customer service and I appreciated it...its been a while since I have left a nail salon happy so thank u lovely nails. This salon is always clean and staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, I've given this place too many tries. For one, their gel manicure peels within a week and is always lumpy. The most recent time I went, my mani and pedi were complete trash. Do not schedule an appointment here because they make you wait anyways! One time the nail tech cut my cuticles so bad and blamed it on me... I only gave this place so many chances because it is so close to my home. My family always goes in and they are treated well, the quality of their mani and pedis are always good. Surprisingly whenever I go in, it's a different story. I'm not rude and I tip well so I really don't understand why my nails do not come out the way I want. I don't ask for extravagant things, I like the basics, if I'm paying so much for these things I don't know why it is so hard for them to do the basics. Glad I did because they were so busy BUT I loved that they honored they're appointments first and on time. Today I came for a pedicure, again for an appointment honored on time. Unfortunately I have to do this review. The last time I went to get a pedicure, the woman that did it, pretty much RUINED my toe nails!! I have been here a few times and have always had a good experience. But this time was the last. I have never seen this lady before so she might be new. The woman who usually runs the shop, i think her name is Lynn but I am not sure...she is very sweet. That is why I did not want to do this, but I have to. Back to how that woman RUINED my nails. She may have not been trained properly and I kind of had a funny feeling about her when she started. She trimmed my toe nails down but they did not look so even. Either way, I let it go. Next she cleaned and scraped out the dirt, as usual. But the ways she did it, was not pleasant and actually started to hurt. Again, I let that go. But this is where the big mistake came. She took the drill and drilled down the top bed of my nails. When she was doing it, I felt a little sensation, but nothing that was of extreme pain. After she was done, I soak my feel in the water and thats when I notice a little more sensitivity. Now again, I let that go. I paid them for my service and went about my way. Weeks later....WHY ARE 2 of MY TOE NAILS RIPPING FROM THE SKIN??? They look like acrylic that popped off from the nail. I wanted to take this further, but I realize I may be looking at something that would take forever. Some of my other toe nails have DRILL marks on them, which are making indentations in the nail and have made them crack. SO right now I have to wait until my nails grow back out, because I wont be able to get someone to really fix this MESS the woman did to my feet. Not to mention those 2 toe nails are painful. I wish I could upload pics in order to show exactly what it looks like. I will NEVER go back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, unless you do not care who does your nails. This place sucks. I received a gift card to the place by accident, my dad got it confused with another nail salon, same name but no affiliation. First off, they are beyond rude in the place. I went for a pedicure and the woman did not speak to me or even look at me. She seemed annoyed I was even there. I've been there one other time, treated the same way but I returned to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were having a bad day? There are gross flies flying around... It's winter... Clearly it's not just from keeping the door open. After my pedicure I went to get a manicure (acrylics). The woman pointed at the seat she wanted me to sit at, again, no words. She put her headphones in as soon as she sat down and proceeded to make a phone call. Rude. She didn't listen to me when I was trying to explain the length in which I wanted my nails. I wanted them a little on the shorter side but square in shape. They were wayyyy too short and rounded. She also did not remove all of the nail polish I had on before and simply painted over it. She rushed to paint my nails. She was rough and at one point completely RIPPED one of my tips off when she realized it didn't fit. She also put glue underneath the tip when it was already on my nail.. Therefore gluing my skin to the nail. She was sloppy, rude, and uninterested. I could go on. Never going back.
