I went here on Wednesday to get a gel manicure for my baby shower that weekend. By Sunday (just four days later), the polish had already started chipping. For a regular manicure, maybe that would be expected, but not for gel, it should last at least two weeks. Considering the price and the fact that this was a special occasion, I'm really disappointed in the quality. A gel manicure should not chip this quickly, and the salon should stand by the durability of their work. This was my first time here, and unfortunately I won't be going back. The way I was treated yesterday by nail tech Snow, I will never go here again for service. I was running late for my appointment so I told Tracy that I will only get my hands done and not my feet. The reason I said that because I assumed Snow had a customer right after me. Snow treated me bad. She told me that I should go to Tracy to do my nails. I will start my review off my saying the nail salon is clean, relatively modern, and has many well organized colors to choose from. The owner is pleasant with customers, which makes sense, given we're the ones helping her pay the bills. However, on more than one occasion, I've witnessed the owner berate her employees in front of customers. It has been so bad that I've second guessed returning. During my last appointment for a dip powder with extensions, the nail tech Snow was 15+ minutes late starting my appointment. She then rushed me to the drying area. I had to call out and ask to be checked out. She came out, laughed and said she forgot about me, put lotion on my hands and left without so much as a goodbye. The following day I realized that one index finger nail was completely crooked and the other was cracked across my nail. I also wanted to get my daughter's nails done for her birthday party so we went bright and early on Sunday (4/6/25). When we got there the owner greeted us and said my child could get her nails done, told her happy birthday(walk in) and had her pick her colors out. I went to Snows room to get my cracked nail fixed and also mentioned my crooked nail. Figured since I was in the chair it would be worth asking for this to be fixed as well. I've had previous appointments and the owner stopped the nail tech from doing my nails and angling her body improperly to make sure my manicure did not come out crooked. However , this time, Snow continued to make excuses. She told me that I should have told her my nail was crooked at my appointment, said it was the angle, and became very petulant. I told her that it was not my job to tell her how to do a manicure and I would not argue with her about a straight nail. Snow began to slam her supplies around. My daughter still did not get her nails done at this point and all of a sudden they "didn't have time" and asked us to "come back later." Given she had already consented to the appointment and the salon was hardly full, I can't imagine that their treatment of my child was anything less than malice for how they felt about me advocating for myself. This entire experience was avoidable and simply bad customer service. Oasis lost a potential long term customer. Fortunately, there is nothing out of the ordinary at this nail salon that you can't find at one of the others in the area. read more

She is super passionate about the designs she does and wants to make sure that the client is satisfied. I appreciated them fitting me in last minute. This is the only nail salon I will go to. Have been going for years and Tracy and her staff are the best! Everyone works so hard but are all so nice! Tracy also has the best color selection you will ever see. If you mention you are looking for a specific color she gets it!! But the thing that sets this salon apart is they care so much about each client. The salon is open 6 days a week and they will come in early and stay late to make sure everyone gets the attention they need. I have gotten my nails done and reached out the next day to say I selected the wrong color and gone back and they switched my color with no questions asked. Anyone who has an issue and reaches out to Tracy she will set up a time to fix it. Pre Covid, I would have a monthly nail appointment with Kim or Tracy, usually doing dip powder or acrylic nails and I was always happy with the final result! Today after almost a year, I finally returned and got a dip powder manicure with nail extension, done by Kim and it was just as amazing as I remembered! My sister joined me for the first time and loved her refill with Snow! She visited another salon and had a poor experience so was grateful to have her nails fixed by Snow. While at the salon I was happy to see they are taking extra safety precautions with regards to covid; dividers between each chair, masks and a hand washing station to wash hands upon arrival! I was a VERY loyal customer for years and I have sent/referred several people to this nail salon. It is VERY hard finding a great nail salon these days!! It was ALL good until... I was sadly disappointed and stopped going to the salon when I was told that I could not return to my regular nail tech - she (the nail tech) was the main reason why I started going to this nail salon to begin with!! I was told she didn't like doing nail designs but yet most of the nail designs being posted on the salons IG page were done by that very same tech. Then was told that I didn't need to return to the salon if I didn't like what was being said to me! I got bad vibes when I called recently to try and make an appointment, because my new nail girl had disappeared. It is HARD to find a nail salon that keeps consistent nail techs these days!! I was told that I would be put on a waitlist and I had a friend call right after me and she was able to book an appointment immediately. I then called again and was told that I would receive a call back in a couple of hours...I am STILL waiting for that call back and days well weeks have now gone by! They do JUST OK job. They still rely on phone appointments in 2021 so if the manager is your nail tech, count on her getting up or stopping to take phone calls. Had one of my best nail experiences ever with Vanessa! I'm usually super picky about how my nails look when I get dip powder so I was nervous to try a new location. However, this is probably one of the best dip manicures I have ever had done. I came into the store at around 10:20 am on a Friday and probably waited for 10 minutes before a nail technician was available, so not that long of a wait! At first I wanted a gray color and after showing it to Vanessa, she suggested another color that she felt like I might also like. I went with the color that she suggested and I absolutely loved it! There's A LOT of color options for dip powder so you will always be able to find a color that you love. Vanessa took her time and she was super gentle with my nails throughout the whole process. We also had a great conversation and she made me feel comfortable. I've been here a couple times now and always had a good experience. They get pretty busy and they do not accept walk ins so you need to make an appointment. They are very good with their appointment times. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. You wash your hands when you first arrive. They also have plexiglass dividers between each person. I am very happy with my nails! Will definitely be my go to salon when I'm in the area. read more

I recently moved to MA and searched for a while for a new place to gets my nails done. And wow I'm glad I went with Oasis! It's an adorable little place with top quality nail technicians. I didn't get my nail tech's name but she was meticulous, gentle, and detailed. I have thick cuticles and she took her time clipping them and making my nails beautiful again. I really appreciated it! They aren't in a rush at Oasis. They made sure myself and the other two women there were taken care of and were happy with how our nails came out. The greatest thing about Oasis is Tracy's amazing nail art! I came in and asked if it was possible for her to paint a cactus on my middle finger. She's never done it before but she nailed it! (Pun definitely intended) At one point she even started over with the cactus because she wasn't happy with it. She made sure everything was perfect and is super sweet and talented! I'm obsessed with my manicure and can't wait to go back to Oasis. I hope to bring another new design for Tracy to try. I'm sure it'll be amazing, just like this one. Tracy is the best! She has a bunch of great colors and is always willing to listen to what your needs are. This shop has switched owners a couple times and Tracy just recently took over the business and reopened it as her own. I used to come here because Tracy used to work here awhile back and once I heard she was taking over the business I came back! This place is super clean which is important to me, as it's something I have had horrible experiences with in the past. She has an autoclave machine for her nail tools which is basically a sterilizer machine that kills any type of bacteria and makes the tools medical grade. The pedicure foot baths use disposable plastic liners which are thrown out after every customer. Prices are very reasonable - I come here bi-monthly but honestly my nails could last longer if I really wanted to, I just don't like the look of nail regrowth. If you're like me and have weak nails that break easily, Tracy is super talented and can help fix those cracks so your nails can keep their length (I do gel, not acrylic) This spa is basically an all in one kind of place - there's lots of different spa treatment and wax services too. They recommended that I try the dip powder nails instead of continuing with acrylics because my natural nails are really long and the dip powder would help make them stronger and healthier. So I have been coming to Oasis for several months and it never disappoints. Tracy is amazing and makes so many accommodations. My natural nails are very long which means she has to switch dipping powder containers to fit my nail. She does all that and does an amazing job. It's much harder to longer nails and to make sure there are no ridges. If anyone knows me they know I am very particular about my nails and only allow one person to do them. They have to be perfect. And when I go to Oasis they are perfect. My last gel is the green color and I had it for 6 weeks. read more
