I have been to Haus of Pedicures twice within the past couple of months. I went in April and again two weeks again (June) and I must say that both times I felt service was a little bit rushed. In April, I experienced the Crème and Honey Glow Pedicure ($75) and my daughter had a manicure and pedicure ($48). In June, I experienced the Eucalyptus Elegance Pedicure plus french tip ($93). The staff were friendly, both times I enjoyed the mocktails, wasn't really a fan of the snacks offered however it was a good experience for my daughter. Although my experiences felt a bit rushed I do understand that there's a high demand of customers considering the hype. Also I must mention that the type of form of payment you choose to provide in the end can help save like 5%. read more

Found out about this place through TikTok. I have been searching for an elevated experience for a pedicure. For the price I paid $75 for a lavish lavender pedicure, it wasn't the premium experience I was expecting. The owner was very accommodating with taking me as a walk-in but the pedicure felt rushed (little under an hour) and the pedicurist was moving fast to paint my toes which turned out a bit sloppy. She also did not take the time to remove the ingrown nails that were clearly there. I really wanted to love this place because of how nice the ambiance is including the free snacks and drinks but I wish they took the time to do an exceptional job. read more

The place is beautiful and easy to find. There is a parking lot free, because it is in a shopping plaza. So great location, when you come in you pick a color. They have examples on boards and in books. They have such a huge wall of polish. I was asked to sit and wait for a minute. That minute turned to 10, but I was being patient. Then I sat in the chair till the water for my pedicure turned cold my appt was at 11 and at 11:40 I was sitting in the pedicure chair feet in water. That was off to a bad start, ppl are busy and time literally costs them money. I had to ask if someone is going to help me and they kept saying in a second. Even though I was sitting here for 40 mins. While you're sitting they give you a book and a drink menu. They serve cocktails, bring you snacks and have so many different pedicure options. I did the Gold which is marketed as their best one. They have one that they provide steam. These pedicure chairs are amazing as well. Anyway, I wanted to do the milk and honey, and eucalyptus mint (w/ steam). Though a hard choice I thought I'd start with their best. For me nothing to special about it. Except they use a lot of gold products. They put champagne in it I guess too. Its a nice pedicure, dont get me wrong. Just not what you expect for the price of it. Oh they give you this warm beaded neck pillow. Its nice. I wanted to take a nap. From what I witnessed the best one is the eucalyptus. Didn't get to start my hands til after 1p. I cannot stress enough how much the time is bothering me. Didn't get done till 230. 3 1/2 hours. They are all very kind and really nice. My only issue was the time I spent waiting. I drove 45 minutes here so in total this visit cost me 5 hours of my day. read more

I had an appt and the technician was rushing me to pick my color by hovering next to me even though I arrived 15 min early so i would NOT have to rush. She accidentally cut my skin while filing. I don't know why they give a tray of snacks because you can't eat them during a manicure. They appear to be generic junky snacks from Family Dollar anyways. The mocktail was good however I got grossed out because I'm thinking do they even wash these glasses? I paid $25 more here to get the same manicure as I get at my place where I usually go. I came in today for a gel french Russian manicure. The lady who did my nails did a piss poor job. She drilled my cuticle once instead of doing the entire process. She didn't bother to trim the side of my nails. The cost was $45 to which is three dollars more than the gel manicure. The entire time it felt as if she was in a rush for what reason I don't know since it wasn't busy. I opted out the French tip since it came out bad; she then blamed it on the brush she used. I truly wanted to give this place a try. I love the vibe and ambience but if the service is poor then it's a big fat NO for me! read more

I came to Haus of Pedicures on a whim, because I had seen the new sign a week prior while driving by in the Dedham area. I called ahead of time and the woman on the phone was able to accommodate a last minute gel pedicure ! I walked into the salon and was instantly greeted by name. I was presented a mocktail menu with amazing options, I opted for the raspberry rose cooler, which consisted of rose water and lemon, served in a cocktail glass with ice and fresh raspberries ! I was directed over to color choices which were immense and had a wide variety and were also super trendy which was a lovely surprise as well! I sat for the pedicure, which had a fantastic massage chair, modern and actually enjoyable. Right on the arm table was a selection of snacks ! And shortly after being seated I was handed the mocktail along with a menu of services. I selected the lemon pedicure which was light fresh and hydrating! The tools were fresh out of the sterilized bag which is a huge green flag for me ! The pedicure was simply amazing, relaxing and quality! This is an above and beyond pedicure, typically go for a quick pedi over a relaxing one, but this place I wanted to stay. You all replied to my review but failed to tell the truth. Did you address what your staff said about the client I'm speaking about? No. Did your staff try to keep this lady's money? Yes. I have a good day and God bless. I will always stick up for people who are mistreated. The one star review is for observing how a client was treated today upon my arrival. If someone books an appointment, make sure the nail technician is not over booking and neglecting other clients that spend there hard earn money to relax. Client services should not be rushed! This poor lady was rushed, nail polish smudge and yet the tech cured the smudged polish and tried to send the client on her way. She was in tears and devastated because she did not get the service and treatment she respectfully deserved. I had two appointments booked myself. I was not greeted at the door. I waited 10 minutes for someone to address me. By then the events were taking place with the other young lady which left me speechless. Then, 4-5 technicians came to the counter talking about the young lady! First off, please stop speaking in other languages and thinking no one understands you, because AI and other apps can translate!!! I saw how this young lady was treated, I paid for her service (so she could keep her money for services not well rendered) and cancelled my appointments. They also tried to prevent me from paying for the young lady's service. I have the right to pay for whoever service/appointment I want to pay for. The young lady had the money to pay, let's make that clear! She didn't understand how her service was shortened and the tech was servicing two additional clients while she was neglected. I refuse to support such a business as this one, who has no respect for their clients. All they care about is a dollar, but lack in hospitality. I went to Shape Nails in Medford, where I usually go for my services. There I know I will be treated with respect.
