This is one of the few places that has chili oil and fish oil set out on the table; in addition to sriracha. Maybe we just went on a bad day... First off I didn't realize that it wasn't a real sit down restaurant where you have a waiter come take your order. You order from the big menu board and pay at the counter and then they bring it out to the table. They were out of many of the items on the menu and the person working the front was frazzled and not very helpful. They were clearly understaffed and tables hadn't been bussed. Once we managed to get our order communicated (there was a lot of confusion and order changes due to items being out of stock) we sat down at our table. The appetizers came out pretty quickly and mostly were good. The dipping sauces were not great (no peanut sauce or nam pla for spring rolls?!) and the shrimp/pork spring rolls were definitely subpar. The fried tofu and pot stickers were good though. Several people in our party had ordered boba drinks and they all tasted good. However, they ran out of boba pearls before making the last one in our order and didn't have any of the alternate choices that person asked for. We waited a very long time for our pho to arrive but everything tasted good. Not sure I'll be back since it was so disorganized and mediocre. read more

They need a new person greeting guests. So awkward. We came for lunch and it was not even 25% occupancy.. we asked for a table for two and he goes ... "uh.. if you're going to dine in I don't recommend you eat here." And we're like "what?" And he said.. "yea, we're really busy... so... 40 minutes?" Lots of long pauses. This is my new favorite Vietnamese place. Their boba smoothies are really good - I get the coconut with lychee pearls. I've never been disappointed with the steak pho or the vermecelli noodle bowls. The atmosphere is cheerful; peppered with twinkle lights and plants make it a cozy place to tuck into hot food. Additionally, the staff has always been friendly and quick. Lovely Pho?!?!?!? MORE LIKE DANG GOOD PHO!!!! The owners were friendly and the noodles came hot and quickly. We ordered the 1 protein and 2 protein bowls with rare steaks and beef meatballs. This is absolutely the best broth I've had in Utah Valley. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture. It's all-natural broth and it doesn't have MSG in it like so many other places - it doesn't make you thirsty. Y'all whenever I take my girlfriend out for food and ask whether she likes it she responds with "meh". But when we came here she wouldn't shut up about how good it was. The food was really good and tasty and was a good amount for what I paid. However, I ordered pick up and once I got to the store, no one greeted me or said anything to me when I walked in, or even when I was buying the food. I also had ordered the egg roll and pork vermicelli noodles, but when I opened the box after getting home, there was only pork with the noodles. This place is Amazing, best Pho I've had in utah by far. I ordered the beef brisket Pho and they were not stingy with the meat nor the noodles,, there broth was on point.. There Mango Boba smoothie was so good and delicious it tasted just like freshly peeled Mango. We also ordered the fried dumpling and egg rolls, I loved that when it came to my table it was so hot.
