My first appointment (over TEN years ago) was with Dr. Spinelli directly when he knew I was nervous. His calming words were enough to make me come back for my first cleaning. My Dental hygienist is Crystal. Although I've seen several other Hygenist there, I prefer her as she keeps me focused so I don't get nervous. Everyone else did as well, I just felt a great connection with her. To see any bad reviews here makes me laugh! It's impossible. I have referred several people to Spinelli dental (Three of which didn't "like" the dentist either) and all love the practice. My children go there as well, I decided one year (due to insurance) to send my girls to a "children's dentist" instead. Needless to say, I returned them back to Spinelli as we immediately didn't feel the trust or compassion as we did at Spinelli. My fiancé also used to hate going to the dentist. Amber, who is the office manager is the worst, who feels a free fluoride treatment ($30) makes up for the multiple times they have cost you to miss work, but when you have an emergency they want to charge you $50. The horrible part is they even send an email saying confirm your appointment, and guess what it was never confirmed, yet they still want to charge. On top of all this they will schedule for services that your insurance doesn't cover and then say oh we will give you a 10% discount. Insurance companies need to investigate this business, there is definitely some sneaky business going on. Customers be aware!!

A special 3-D scan cost $649; two other dentists I asked charged $150 and $250 for same scan and were surprised by the Brighton Dental price. On implants, the going price around WNY is $4,000-$5,000 whereas the Brighton Dental charge was $6,500. It was not a special case for an implant and I had it done elsewhere for just under $4,000. This time, not just two but three other dentists I asked about this were surprised by the Brighton Dental Group price. Also, the Brighton dentist assured me that I needed a second implant whereas two other dentists who did not know each other thought I only needed one.
