Charming Volvo dealership in a beautiful location. We drove up from Massachusetts because this dealership had a specific XC60 we were interested in seeing. As soon a we walked in, we were warmly greeted at the door by BettyAnn. The dealership was clean and modern and fit the brand and the area. We were offered refreshments and snacks. We let BettyAnn know the vehicle we had wanted to see and within minutes, she had a sales associate, Kelsey, pulled the vehicle up. We immediately got to take the vehicle for a test drive. We had a wonderful experience working with Kelsey, as she was relaxed, informative, and very personable. After the test drive, we wanted to talk numbers and we worked with BettyAnn. BettyAnn explained the process of purchasing a vehicle from out of state and made us feel much more at ease about the entire process. We paid a very fair price for the vehicle and did not need to engage in haggling (which would have soured the experience). All in all, the entire process probably took less than 2 hours with the test drive and paperwork. We even got to sneak in a brunch across the ways while they prepped the paperwork. The relaxed atmosphere fits the vacation hot spot of Meredith and am glad we didn't have to deal with a stuffy dealership. One of the last dealerships we dealt with was BMW and the process took almost 4 hours, so this was such a nice change of pace. Being that we lived in Massachusetts, the kind folks at Volvo Meredith offered to have the vehicle delivered to Nashua once it was all cleaned up and ready. This is top tier service. I lost the only key to my XC90. If anyone has ever been through this it is not a typical lost key experience. The key is cut by Volvo headquarter (I think in SC) and then shipped to the dealership. I had to have my car towed to the dealership because they need the vin and proof of ownership/registration. I was staying in Conway, 50 miles away. Lovering made this so much less painful than it already was. Because I had the car towed there in New Year's Day (they were closed) I called first thing the AM of the 2nd. Bill in parts was on it! He was surprised to hear the car was already there. I didn't even need to go there, which was convenient because we were staying at a hotel and there were zero Ubers in the area. He did his best to get me the best pricing on TWO keys. (It was less than I was originally quoted) Thanks Bill! If I were local, I would definitely return to Lovering for any servicing needs and even a new purchase. Unfortunately, I am in RI and the Volvo dealership that I deal with here is horrendous! read more

I found the used volvo I had been looking for at Lovering Volvo recently. Sales Associate, Dick Hastings was very friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy. The dealer then encountered a problem with the state losing the title application (twice) preventing them from actually completing the sale of my car. Meanwhile, we had sold my old Volvo online in about an hour, so I was without a car and the dealership couldn't sell me my new car! Lovering Volvo really stepped up and did everything they could to take care of us. They delivered a loaner vehicle to me ant my home, and when that one sold, they delivered me a second loaner. They also provided me with a generous gas card. As soon as the title arrived, they called and we arranged a convenient time for me to come in and complete the sale. Certainly a strange situation, but they took care of me - a first time customer who wasn't even buying a new car - as if I'd been buying from them for years! read more

When I decided to replace my 20 year old Volvo wagon, my mechanic recommended Lovering for a newer used vehicle. I found exactly the car thatI was looking for (XC70' low miles, one owner) on the Lovering website. I emailed my inquiry and got a response within hours. My husband and I drove the car and had the paperwork completed with financing in place within a couple of hours. Everyone from the appointment setters in Nashua to Shane, our salesman, to service and management, all around, everyone was kind, professional and easy to work with. My husband got a quote for snow tires for his S40 and the price was better than the big box tire store, they put the tires on and even washed the car for him! I can't give them enough praise. This past Sunday morning, as I head out of my driveway to merge on the side road it becomes clear to me that it is time for new front brake pads. Dilemma , no coverage to take Monday off from work. Had my yearly state inspection and regular scheduled mileage service done here recently. Again, the service department was very efficient in terms of providing excellent explanations of what was to be performed, provided a loaner vehicle, and in a timely manner communicated when completed. The staff were very attentive but by far, salesman Dick Hastings went above and beyond. He picked up my father from the airport right before Christmas, even though his flight was delayed and they could not get to the dealership until 2 hours after it closed that day.
