BEWARE! - read all the negative reviews before coming to Irwin Toyota. My husband and I brought our new Toyota RAV4 in for some scheduled maintenance, we have Toyota care and we're happy to find out they prioritize it. Our appointment was at 7am, took about 5/10 minutes for all of the staff to put their coffee down and help us. Unfortunately, we were taken care of by BRANDON FURBUSH. It didn't take long to realize that this kid was not in the mood to provide upstanding service like they claim. From the moment we walked in, we were accused we didn't have Toyota care ( we only bought the car 3 months ago and remember adding on the Toyota care package), he told us it wasn't in the system (he did not call Toyota corporate or look into it any further/ or asked management), but decided it was best that we drive back home and pick up our "purchase of sale" documents because he thought the package we got was dealer specific (giving out false information ). Of course we we concerned so we called the Toyota dealership we brought the car from and drove home. Our sales man called up us immediately and told us we INDEED do have Toyota care, Irwin Toyota is being negligent. At that point we tried calling Mr. FURBUSH back on his phone he provided and the direct landline Toyota. He was impossible to get a hold of, we called at least 10 times, hoping to catch him before servicing our car. After an hour and a half, another associate told us our car was done. After looking through the Invoice at the checkout, we noticed that they change the oil at only 4000 miles, but we found out through the cashier, Toyota's only need to have an oil change every 10,000 miles. Needless to say, they still decided to charge us $96 for an oil change and tire rotation. Upset, confused, and down right uncomfortable at Irwin Toyota we paid and left and decided to work on getting our refund communicating with this Toyota through email since we didn't feel safe at IRWIN. Once we got back home, we had a laundry list of unprofessional emails coming from multiple different employees at Irwin Toyota. They ended up apologizing for their negligence in looking up our Toyota care, apologized for selling us a service that we DID NOT NEED and bashed our sales associate who was on the email thread stating we indeed do have Toyota care Before you give this company money, please check if you actually need the services they are trying to sell. Money is tight right now and the last thing we need is our community members trying to steal from us.

From initial contact with Jeremy to getting connected with Pete to delivery, everything was smooth. Pete was especially awesome and didn't rush me as I crawled under the car and poked around everywhere to check out the car. Even during the test drive, he didn't try to upsell the car. Not to mention, despite not being a Jeep dealership, Pete graciously let me have my first rubber duck, complete with a beanie and sunglasses, and Pete was knowledgeable about the car and even showed us how to use the transfer case shifter. Very easygoing and no high pressure. Even though we came towards the very end of the day on a Friday, not a single person from this dealership that we interacted with had that "oh god we're almost closing and it's Friday and you're here so late" look (or at least if they did, we did not notice it at all!) that we've gotten before. The dealership was clean as well and extra clean bathrooms are always a nice plus. But I'm sure what you care about is price, and that's what brought us to this dealership in the first place too. The market analysis they showed us demonstrated that they really were at the cheapest end in terms of pricing.

From the very beginning Chris L. was so kind and helpful guiding me threw the repair process of my BMW 535i GT bumper (after a deer collision), trunk (from a previous accident w/my garage), and two door dings. No luck I know.... They quoted me a 2 week repair time and had it done in less than a week. Amazing. Work was impeccable and even the receptionist was beyond kind and was able to get me in and out without a delay. Thank you! Most of all the collision manager Brendan was so funny, sweet, and a true keeper. He handled my repair from start to finish with exceptional professionalism and with such a friendly personality. Really put me at ease that my car was is wonderful hands. He even over saw my car getting a buff and detail making my car look like it came right off the showroom floor. His hands on approach (and lovely Irish accent), attention to detail, and door to door service were absolutely impeccable. Thank you Brendan you made a stressful moment so easy and worry free. On May 21, I brought my 2018 Volvo to Irwin Chevrolet for an oil change and four-wheel alignment…read more I requested that the tire pressure not be adjusted. I have my own calibrated air pump; I check my tire pressure periodically and whenever there is a significant temperature change. Every time I do this, I go into the "My Volvo" feature and have the system recalibrate the tire pressure. Vovo recommends 38 psi for my car; I always run 40 psi for a firmer ride, so that's the pressure I set the calibration to recognize. After being serviced by Irwin Chevrolet, a dashboard caution came on indicating dangerously low tire pressure. A check of the tire pressures revealed that the Irwin Chevrolet shop, despite my request not to adjust the pressure, had reduced it to 38 psi, triggering the caution. Irwin Chevrolet also performed a rotation and charged for it, although I had not requested one. When I complained, I was told that including these services and the associated charges was General Motors policy. In the past, I have had my Volvo (and two earlier Volvos and two Volkswagens) serviced at what is now NUCAR in Tilton. At NUCAR, my requests were always honored. I see no reason to patronize IRWIN CHEVROLET in the future if its employees are unable to honor customer requests.

Alan the owner and his wife helped us, and we ended up purchasing a relatively low-mileage one owner Camry - exactly the kind of car we had in mind. My husband and I were eyeing more expensive small SUV's, but for our needs ( we are only in the lakes region during the summer so we don't have to deal with NH winters), the Camry was a better fit AND a lot less expensive. Alan said that he'd be happy to sell us the more expensive 4WD SUV's but steered us to the Camry. BTW Alan told us he's been selling cars for 50's. He's awesome. In all the years of buying used cars, I think this car purchase was the quickest most hassle-free car-buying experience we've ever had. I think we were in and out of Young's in less than an hour, including taking two cars for test drives (going back later today for the completed paperwork). Painless. Recommend Young's and Alan!

They are honest, informed and stand behind their cars after the sale is complete. They are great to work with and will help steer you in the right direction when needed. The cars they sell are pre inspected. As you drive up the first thing you will notice is the quality of the selection. They in fact, take great pride in the automobiles they sell. It's my opinion they get a kick out of obtaining and selling unique or cool motor vehicles. Even when I'm not in the market I check out the lot when I drive by. This has lead to at least one purchase that was not planned in advance!
