First impression is that it's a very clean and organized store. The staff has excellent customer service! It was my first time buying lingerie and they were very helpful in finding me something sexy . Their lingerie was good quality for reasonable prices, nothing seemed too high for me. You get what you pay for... Previous reviews noted that the staff were pushy. I did not feel that way at all. When I asked about flavored lube, I wasn't pressured into buying more expensive products. The customer service was pretty good where my partner and I would to shop three to four times a month. Until about a month ago my partner and I saw that there where hiring. I applied, got an interview, but never heard anything afterwards. So I took it I didn't get the job. No biggie. The other day my partner and I went in to the store to get some normal stuff we normally get, and once the employees saw us they pick up what ever they where doing and left. Whether it was helping customers or putting thing away. To me this seam really shady. I mean yeah I did apply for a job here and I didn't get the job but that doesn't mean I am going to shot up the place. I am still a customer after all. My partner and I left the store feeling pretty upset about the whole experience. I went online and started looking at the stuff they have at the store. I found that almost all of the items they sale are online for way cheaper. I found the items for about half the prices, or even 75% off the price they where sale them for. I also was able to fine phone numbers to these items to get some customer services and to be honest the customer services was great. Yeah the customer services person was not really in front of me helping every step of the way but they did help me with any questions over the phone. So now I am shopping on line and as for, "A touch of Romance" I will be telling everyone I know about this store and telling them to not shop there. read more

Great selection. Decent pricing. The staff is well trained and can give you a great intel to any questions you may have. The store is always clean and organized usually have a good deal going on too. Very comfortable setting not sketchy or creepy like a lot of adult stores. The one thing I will say is that with the exception of ONE employee (not sure of her name but she is slender with bright red hair) who always asks me if I need help right away and is so sweet. And attentive each time I come here, the other staff seems involved in their own conversations and sometimes will welcome you in, sometimes won't and you have to get their attention before they give you excellent customer service. Overall they have a great selection of sex toys for men and woman,lingerie, massage oils, intros to s&m and sex pills. They have a deal where you get 20% off for signing up for their rewards programs. I suggest doing it cause it may seem like youll only come once but after you try one thing you end up coming back for more(lol). This store needs better management and employees. First of all they were making fun of a customer who had called in asking a question. Secondly when I went to make a purchase the item was clearly tagged at 9.50 and rang up as 9.5, but the employee stated that was the wrong sticker and wanted to charge me 100. We informed her that it's California law to sell the product for the sticker price and she argued no. Defiently going to report them to the California department of weights and measures. read more

They make you feel real comfortable for those who might feel a bit embarrassed by some of the stuff they have displayed. Best and largest Touch of Romance i have been to. I have been to several A Touch of Romance and Con Rev stores ( they are the same company just a different name) They have a very large selection of lingerie, club attire and sexy clothing and costumes, Lost of toys, games Blue Rays and DVDs.. The staff is friendly and you don't feel uncomfortable shopping here, you regularly see couples and singles here. If you are concerned about someone seeing going into this store. the parking lot and door do not face the street so no one would see you going in unless they were there too and then well nothing to be embraced about because hey they are doing the same thing. I gave this place 5 stars because of the large selection, the comfortable atmosphere, and friendly employees. I am a fan of other Touch of Romance and Con Rev stores, but this one is the best and the only one i would give 5 stars too. read more

i enjoy this store quite alot. brought some bachelorette themed stuff for a friend a few years back and came back to buy stuff for my own bachelorette party. it is on the pricey on side on some items but figured thats how they make business. you can get a 40% discount when you check in on Yelp which is awesome. the staff are very friendly, helpful and nonjudgemental. First time there today, after looking it up here on Yelp, and I couldn't be happier. The women that worked there were nothing but helpful and open and polite, and they didn't make anything a big deal and they didn't make it like you were buying kidneys off of the black market either. They answered every question I had, weren't pushy or sales person-y, and they knew what they were talking about. It was a carefree environment and It was very easy to find what I wanted. They had so many things that looked like fun, and it was all easy to find. I wish I could have bought like half of the things in the store!! It's got a very girl friendly environment, not creepy guy in the back checking out the chicks shopping for toys kinda feel, thank God. But it's also a good environment for couples. They have fantastic deals, a good free membership that gives you more deals, and even events sometimes. I definitely plan on becoming a regular customer. 5 stars!! read more
