It's a three-level store that feels clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I also appreciated how clean the restroom was, which is always a nice touch during a shopping trip. The overall experience was efficient, and I think it's easy enough for a first-time visitor to find their way around. The men's shoe department employees could have been a bit friendlier, as the service felt somewhat reserved. My biggest disappointment was the selection, especially for sandals, which was noticeably smaller than what I've seen at the Downtown Seattle and Bellevue Nordstrom locations.
