I came into Lovers today on a mission to find an accessory that would allow hands-free play, but I wasn't sure what that would look like. One of the managers, Holly, discussed my options with me and asked what kind of toys I had at home. I told her I had the Lelo wand, but that I had lost my charger. She then ran to the back and GAVE ME A FREE REPLACEMENT CHARGER! I then purchased a spectacular wedge pillow to pair with my newly recharged wand. I went in with my friend on cinco de mayo and got the adam and eve Rose suction toy (?) (forgot the actual name of ir. We were super exivtes and when we got home hers worked great but mine was defective. I would charge it and the light would stay on after taking it off the chargwr but it never turned on. I brought it back to the store which was swappes out for a new rose. I was super excited, however, same thing happened again. I was mad and really and frustrated. I called the store and the manager Holly helped me with the issue. I sent her a video of the "broken" toy and explained to her this will be my second return for the same issue on two different toys. She offered me 20% off and to exchange the toy for another one or another toy of equal or greater value. When i went in the next day, Holly greeted me and helped me find the Lelo. I was able to swap out the rose for the Lelo ans it was the BEST decision i made. Even the rose was cheaper, however the Lelo is better quality! Holly was super helpful and understanding! I love all the employees there, especially logan and Kaliem - both of them are very helpful and understanding as well. But Thank you again Holly for helping me with the defective toys and for helping me find my new favorite toy, the Lelo! i will DEFINITELY be returning to this store. I do not go to Lovers often as I find it a little intimidating and I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Barbara was such a huge help to me and made me feel comfortable. She had knowledge about the products as well as help me pick out the best sized corset for me. Along with helping me, she still tended to each customer that came into the store. This is probably the smallest lovers location i've ever been to ever and the selection was also small and so was the cock ring my boyfriend bought that advertised its ability to stretch and fit around all cock sizes. Plus the dude working their was rushing us to hurry up and get what we want and get out because closing time was in 10 minutes, while on yelp it said we still had another hour before closing time. I wouldn't even give this place one Star! I have always worked in customer service, i know it is not that hard to greet someone when they come in. The ladies working there were on their phones the whole time and didn't ask if i need anything. I was there to exchange a pair of underwear, and when i had mentioned that the women at the desk, demanded for my receipt from across the store, when i had advised that i was not done looking she said " i need to have a chat with you." So i went up there and she said that they are not allowed to preform exchanges ( when the federal way store advised me that i could) but, she would to it for me as a favor. She was so rude i decided not to conduct business there and left. next time i'll drive further away to the new federal way store, where the ladies working are great and the selection is far better. read more
