Both times I've gone in, I was helped by, I believe, Hailey, and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable right away. What amazed me the most is how quickly she could figure out my correct bra size. She'll take a look at your back, see you in the bra you came in wearing, and then bring you an option she thinks will work. The first time she did that, I was shocked. How would she act know my size without even using a measuring tape? It was like magic. She came back with two bras to try on, and my mind was blown after the first bra she brought fit me like it was made for me!!! I can't explain the feeling you have once you wear a bra that actually fits you. Like you thought you were a bra that fit you until that moment. You're like, "Whoa! This is what it feels like. " It's crazy and out of this world to explain. It's honestly impressive how experienced and skilled they are. They also do such a great job making you feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. It never feels awkward or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Another thing I didn't realize before going is that they sell more than just bras. They also have underwear and a really great selection of bathing suits in different styles and colors for all kinds of preferences and body types. I highly recommend making an appointment if you can, because it can get busy, and you might have to wait a bit otherwise. That said, even without an appointment, the wait sometimes isn't very long. I've told my mom and several friends about this place, and every single one of them has come back telling me how impressed they were with the customer service and the overall experience. Yes, the bras can be a little more expensive than what you might find at a typical retail store, but the quality and materials are excellent, and they last a long time. And just try finding a sales person to answer a question? Good luck with that. I had a few questions. One item on the shelf didn't match the display model. And there was a clearance item that was tied up with a security device so I couldn't examine it. That's two things I didn't buy. That's a missed sales opportunity. And, why wouldn't you post signs on the "up" escalator to warn people that you will be trapped on the 3rd floor unless you want to take the stairs. Both the elevator and down escalator were out of order. Once you've made it to the 3rd floor, it's too late. If you are of a certain age or have mobility issues, this is a big problem going down 3 flights of stairs to the 2nd level where the escalator was actually working, going down. I did hear one sales person tell customers, "it's just one flight down". No, it's THREE flights down to the 2nd floor. A flight is an uninterrupted segment of stairs. I counted 3. It's one "story" or level down. As I made my escape I actually stopped a young person with what looked like a grandparent with a cane and warned them not to go to the 3rd floor unless they were prepared to take the stairs down. I'm sure Macy's lost more customers that it kept because of this fiasco.

HAVE NO FEAR, JEZEBEL VONZEPHYR IS HERE! They will help you with everything. If you have ideas, great! They'll work with them. If you have NO ideas, that's ok! Their creativity seems to know no bounds. If you have extensive collections of sexy, sultry things, bring them on it! If not, they have an amazing treasure trove of...everything: bras, panties, corsets, stockings, shoes, dresses, skirts, tops, robes, jewelry, etc. And they post videos going through their client closet so you can get an idea ahead of time of what might excite you to try! These Client Closet tours are posted on their Facebook group which is another amazing thing about them. The people in this Facebook group are so kind and they are 100% here to hype you up and help celebrate you as you are. Besides glimpses into the client closet, they also feature "Seize the Selfie" posts encouraging group members to post any selfie where they were really feeling themselves. It's truly a great community they're building. On the actual day of my photoshoot, I packed up my stuff and went to their absolutely amazing studio. They have 9 sets and at least one that gets updated throughout the year. I got to experience this one in the "Something Wicked This Way Comes" setup. Gorgeous! It's giving darkness. It's giving sensuous. It's giving "I have your heart in my hand... literally as well as figuratively". To say I felt powerful on this set would be an understatement. 100% no notes. Sarah worked with what I brought and supplemented from the client closet as needed. She picked pieces I never would have considered but everyone had done so much to cultivate this air of trust and safety that I knew I could just RUN with it. Sometimes, you gotta let the professionals do their stuff, you know?! I think the thing that floored me the most was the inclusion of my walking stick. I have a few health conditions that can make it hard to hold poses, do stairs, or just... remain steady. Since the studio DOES have some serious stairs, I'd brought it to make sure I could get up there. Sarah was immediately on board with working my walking stick (I mean... it's more like a staff, being over 4 or 5 ft) into the sessions. I know I mentioned body positivity but let me just say it again. TALK ABOUT BODY POSITIVITY! We're not going to hide this mobility aid; we're going to celebrate ALL of you and that includes this. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, and if I'm being honest it's been a continuing feeling since then, I felt celebrated and powerful.
