She clearly was not ready to be on her own but they left her to take care of me for most of my experience. 1st she tried to tell me that I didn't purchase one of my bras there. (She didn't bother asking the associate that was training her, she just assumed because they didn't sell that particular bra in their store that it wasn't from Soma)The associate had to correct her. Instead of asking, because she had no clue, she proceeded to tell me that I could not take that particular bra back through the store, but that I needed ship it back and contact the company the way that way had purchased it. Again, the associate had to correct her. (The associate was in the back and I had to ask her to go and verify that I could not return it in the store) As I was trying on the bras they did have in stock, she took forever to find them. I love Soma bras but every single bra she gave me from one of their lines was misshapen, it looked like it was crushed. She not only made up answers instead of asking when she did not know, she had a slight attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Needless to say I returned 3 out of the 5 bras. I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. When I went to return them, the store refused to refund my card or offer any kind of reasonable solution -- even after I explained that my daughter now lives in Columbia, MO and I was just trying to avoid the ridiculous hassle of shuffling money back and forth. No empathy. No flexibility. No effort. Just a cold, policy-over-people "no." What should have been a quick, human interaction turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience that left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer.
