Store #234 · I have been patron of Love's Truck stops for years when I take road trips but now not so sure. I stopped by this truck stop and bought some items and used my debit card. Forty minutes later my bank sends me a message that my card has been hacked into and someone tried using it at an Ace Hardware Store in Oak Book, Illinois for $831.00. This place needs to have their financial electronic system fixed or upgraded. From now on if go to any Love's it will be cash only.

First off, the bathrooms are legendary for a reason--hands down the cleanest, most private, and most abundant stalls and urinals you will ever find on the highway. Outside, the sheer number of gas pumps means you never have to wait, and they even have a great car wash on-site. Inside, it feels like walking into a massive, one-stop-shop mall. If you need it--or if you forgot to pack it--they have it. They're selling everything from outdoor gear, deer stands, and lawn chairs to high-end Ray-Ban sunglasses and beautiful home decor. Then there's the food. You can smell the roasted pecans and smoked meats the second you walk in. The chopped brisket sandwiches are amazing, and the snack selection is endless--wall-to-wall jerky, fudge, and every road trip snack you could ever long for. Despite how busy it gets, the staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast. Everything is a fantastic value for the quality you get. Walking around this store just to see what they have is half the fun. Buc-ee's is hands down the best!

Was immediately put in a bay. 3 loves employees present, never saw a service truck move. I did see a man with his feet up, someone outside wandering around and soneone messing atound at the service desk. After an hour i asked the guy at the desk how long he'd been on hold with crst(often happens), he replied he was about to start on my trailer. I gave him another 15mins, told him i was leaving and got my key. Went to the loves in Italy-was in and out in an hour. If we weren't required to fuel at Hillsboro Loves i would never stop there again.

The evening shift ALWAYS welcomes me with friendly smiles as well as excellent customer service. Restrooms are always clean and fountain area always clean and stocked and free of debris. It is one of the smallest Buc-ee's, but large enough to have all the snacks available for your trip. Needless to say, the whole establishment is spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. My complaint: the fountain drinks were broken. The only cold drinks you could get were in bottles.  That's a big problem! They had a note to go next door to the restaurant. I would estimate that 90% of the time we stop, we are getting a fountain drink. And we are running into other people! This is a problem. For that reason, 3 stars.
