Every single person I have interacted with has gone out of their way to under promise, over deliver, and generally treat me like I am family. Not the creepy uncle or drunk aunt kind of family, but the good kind. The type of family that supports you, wants what is best for you, and is willing to put in the work to show you that you are important to them. Going in I knew I needed to replace a very old high mileage minivan. My credit was less than stellar. By "less than stellar" I mean someone once stole it, but later returned it with an apology note pinned to a $50 bill. Regardless, the team worked to get me financed for a full-size SUV that met all of my needs and then some. It was a new acquisition that needed to be serviced before I could drive it home. Sid, the GM, took the time to sit and talk with me for several minutes and make sure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He put me in contact with Gregg, the Sales Manager who ensured I was kept in the loop the entire time. Again, Gregg went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and kept up to date. When Gregg was out of the office he ensured Kai (sorry if I misspelled that), the Service Manager, was up to speed and stepped in seamlessly to address any issues that arose. I know that people have different experiences and opinions. I can only tell you my experience and it was outstanding. Facts are facts, and the fact is I have purchased new and used cars from dealerships in Central Indiana for more than 32 years. Never have I been treated so well by an entire team at every stage of the process in all of those years. I will be a repeat customer and I feel like they truly deserve your business.

(My Husband wrote this!!!!)…read more Me and my wife have been going back and forth with this place for the past couple days , we had ran a credit because we are still in the middle of a bankruptcy and had gotten approved so we could finally have something to call our own (we were extremely excited) , my wife had mentioned over the phone to one of the people helping us that we would be bringing in a van as a trade in (it is my fathers van that he got us so we could have *SOMEWHAT* of reliable transportation, but we have been making the payments on it) , and had gotten a previous quote somewhere else to see if they could match it , and they ENSURED us that indeed they could match it or possibly even beat it.This made us all the more optimistic . I also warned them that we would most likely be rolling over some negative equity, and they ensured me it would be no problem and to come on in. After driving in an hour and a half traffic on a Friday night at 5pm with our 17 month old (we couldn't go on any other day because I had to work and my wife has a job this weekend) we finally got to the location and we're greeted by the people we had been in contact with . We handed off the keys and waited for our vehicle to be appraised , in the mean time we patiently waited and chased our toddler what seems like all over the store , one of the people who had been in contact with us came in and told us that there was no way for us to get into a vehicle because of negative equity. I showed them the paper from the previous dealer and they basically stated they couldn't match that because rebates were included in the trade in value, even though they told me they would give me the same price over the phone. They told us That we had 3 choices of NOT trading in our vehicle (not an option, we don't need more car payments , we need 1 car payment) , putting money down( we are in the middle of a bankruptcy, that is a stupid comment in general) , or getting another signer (once again we are back to square one of not helping my husbands credit and bumming off of someone else) . At this point me and my wife were extremely frustrated because we had basically not only wasted our time , but we had already ran my crappy credit for NO reason . This was the FIRST time we have ever stepped foot into a ray skillman store and I absolutely think it will be the last. We feel lied to , defeated , used and most of all we wasted the only time we get together sitting in a dealership getting told the same thing we have heard everywhere else "we can't help you"

The gas is high quality. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff were keeping things stocked and clean. They also had some fresh cut fruit, which was a nice change of pace instead of regular junk food. They also usually have some type of hot food available, whether it's a restaurant that's part of it or a hot sandwich cold sandwich area.They have a consistent product. There's plenty of trucker services from showers to qas and parking That was adequate for the truckers and for vehicles.

I have been wanting a Lexus for awhile and when I was pre-approved through Capital One, I decided…read moreit was a good time to find my vehicle. Searching through vehicles available at O'Brien Toyota, which was a preferred dealership, I was able to find a Lexus NX 200t. I called ahead because I wanted to make sure that I understood the process once I actually went into the dealership and I spoke to Chris Larson. We set a time for Saturday for me to go in and take a look at the vehicle, test drive it and then also decide if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Initially I wanted to change the day to Friday but Chris was off and offered to come in on his day off but I told him that wasn't necessary and we did move it to an earlier time on Saturday. When I arrived, the sales guys let Chris know I was there and he had pulled the car out front so once we did the initial stuff, we took the car out for a spin. I did notice a few things like some gunk on part of the dash (that they cleaned off) and there is some kind of residue on the display that they weren't able to get off that I have to address. As with any dealership, they told me they'd send my info to other financers to compete and hopefully give me a better rate. They did get me a slightly better rate through Toyota Financing so I went with that lender. The next step was the financing and for the most part this was ok though I found the process to be more stressful than anything. There were optional coverages that were presented to me and the finance guy, Kyle I think his name is, made it a point to mention that tires were expensive (duh) and that I could cancel if I later decided I didn't want the coverage. Only issue is canceling the coverage doesn't reduce your payment but it gets taken off at the end of the loan. Once the finance stuff was done, I was congratulated for getting into debt and not for my new car which I felt that was a weird thing to say. Also the finance guy needs to keep tissues in his office because he had sneezed a couple of times in his hands then used hand sanitizer to clean them which is wildly unsanitary. Overall, it was an ok experience. One thing that I'm now having to figure out which didn't come up while I was at the dealership is that the Bluetooth in the car doesn't seem to work and there's a chip in the windshield that I didn't see and wasn't pointed out when I was there. It's my own fault, I guess, for not doing a thorough enough inspection. Thanks to Chris for taking good care of me and being so nice and making this big purchase a pleasant experience. I'd have rated higher if some things had been tweaked and if they had taken sone time to clean out the glove conoartmentnof the previous owners documents. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I might consider this dealership again.

The noise coming from the right side was so overbearing that I didn't notice the left CV axle making any noise at all. Also, there were no signs of the left side showing any damage when it was on the lift. I drove up there thinking something must be wrong with the left wheel bearing, again, maybe something came loose. I explained to both Terrell and Jim that I had to get my Mom to West Virginia for her upcoming surgery. Terrell, once again, thank you so much for fitting me in and making this happen. Jim, I owe you BIGTIME! Jim was willing to stay over and get this done for me but there was no need. He got the job done what seemed like seconds, to me. Jim, you are the equivalent of a rabid pit bull, but in a good way. Brian at the front desk will get you in and out and on your way. Thank you all so much, once again! If not in stock they can order anything and have it within about 1 to 3 days normally. They do stock a variety of basic items that most people need, but being a smaller business they can not stock semi loads of items like the big box stores do. The big chain stores are 10+ miles away, so if you're in town this is a much better option than driving that far. Their prices seem about the same to slightly higher than the chain stores. They also build dune / mud buggies / sand rails that can be street legal, and they sell the parts for these too. This seems like more of an expensive hobby that also turned into a nice side business for the owner. If you need auto parts, before driving far to a larger town, stop in here first. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable when we last spoke, and had some special spark plugs I needed for a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad. A good place to do business, if they have the parts you need, or if you can wait to get them via delivery.

This gas station has been here at least 30 years, and is the main station in town. They are busy 24…read morehrs a day. Their convenience store inside is fairly large stocking many basic needs items. Prices for items are typical slightly higher in price, but very quick and easy to grab when in a hurry. Gas prices are about the same as other stations. The cool thing about this gas station is they have a drive thru window for people like me who are too lazy to even get out and walk inside, haha. I think their window closes at 9 pm though. But you just pull up to the window and tell the clerk all the things you want and they go around the store and get them for you. Basically anything they sell inside you can have them get for you. Now that's a lazy man's shopping trip right there, and it doesn't cost any extra, haha. Good place to get a few items and some fuel.
